This is a really cool topic.

I started my career as full time author in 2017; my first book to be published this July! Before that I had done some baby sitting and odd maid/cleaning jobs for people; but Author has always been my passion and is honestly my only option; which does make it rough and put a lot of pressure on me, but... well, I'd rather push through than give up.

What other languages do you speak?

None, really. At least not yet.

I was teaching mostly Spanish speakers when I taught before and eventually found myself able to kind of follow their conversations - especially when they were trying to figure out or explain English grammar. It was weird, because I've never taken any Spanish, nor did I really have any vocabulary in it. Maybe I was just picking up on context clues.

Right now, I'm studying Hebrew. Without having a place to practice, I'm much better at understanding the language than speaking it though.

But the funny thing about teaching a language is that it's best to not use the student's native language in the classroom. So, you don't necessarily need to know your students' language to teach your own, but it definitely makes living in another country an easier and better experience!
This is great, thanks for bringing this back :)

I have an odd little niche..I'm a senior client specialist for a registered agent company. There's sort of two separate sides to what we do. Half of the time we are hired by attorneys and/or paralegals for searching liens filed against individuals or companies. This could be for someone trying to get a loan, or a company trying to complete a business transaction. We also handle the filing of of a lot of these liens. The other half of what we do is acting as registered agent for different companies. Basically, they hire us to deal with all of their filings and such that would be required in the state that they're in. This varies from yearly obligations to mergers/consolidations of companies, and also terminating businesses.

It sounds boring, and it can get monotonous, but after being in the industry for 6 years I've learned an incredible amount about legal matters.
I am a baker XD
I work at a little French style bakery in my town making macaron. I have been there for about 8 months and I love love love it. It doesn’t pay much but I’ve never been happier in my whole life, even having to wake up at 4am every day.

I work as a search engine optimization (SEO) specialist in a small-medium sized company!

It's a job that's very difficult to explain but in basic terms we help companies get higher up in Google search results pages. It's part research, part data analysis, a lot of writing, and a lot of fun!

So when you type a word or question into Google, who knows, maybe what you click on will be there because I helped get it there ;)

I used to work professionally in live theatre, but after getting married and buying a house, needed something with a lot more consistency. I fell into this because I'm a writer, and SEO requires a lot of careful writing.
I’m currently in school for a Studio Arts Major to which I sell pieces online on ETSY. I’ve been mostly focusing on ceramics and sculpting but I also have an interest in graffiti and painting.

Alongside this, I also lead a meditation class at a nearby dance studio as well as work at a late night coffee shop.

As for what I want to do after college, I plan on doing exactly what I’ve been doing I suppose. Making art and selling it online or at art shows.
