He limped towards the kid. "Those 'items' you gave us were utterly useless. You explained nothing about how they worked."
"Also i should mention, that unlike the rest of them, i'm not buying this facade, so don't expect me to risk my life getting any shards for you."

"Not yet," Yandela murmurs quietly. "The map and compass... I'm sure those are exactly what we think they are. But a feather...?"

She turns on Edward. "Unlike the rest f them!? I have been saying since the beginning we should think, dammit!"

Xianto ignored the boy. "It does not matter if you are a time lord or not, my loyalties lie solely with my emperor and these machines are his property. If you want to use one then you will have to gain enough trust to do so. Such is the will of the emperor.

"We did find a shard. I think? But the eyepatch guy stole it from me." He informed. Briefly he wondered what Edward's deal was, but it didn't really affect him much.

He glanced at Xianto.
"Pathetic, utterly pathetic."

"Yo buddy, I'm God here, and geez, I have no idea how goddamn Robots came here!!! I just put the shard in the center of the city which was full of life a day ago!!... Anyway, that feather should've kept you all safe!!..." The boy then sighed, "you know, it's not easy running a world, bringing others from another world, setting up a simple fetch quest for me, while keeping balance to Aelore. You see, I'm not like the others. I prefer being less of a bystander- I don't like sitting down and watching as the world falls apart... I like having interaction with my people, face-to-face." His eyes then began to gleam. "Wait, so you have gotten a shard?... But Patchy stole it, 'ey..? Well, seems the map and compass ain't gonna help much without the first shard..!" Mitsuki then proceeded to kick the wall in rage. "Goddammit!!! You make something 'specially for someone, and then they just go and..!!! Grgh!!!"

Under his armour his eyes narrowed. "Did you just say that my loyalty to my lord was ... pathetic? Or did you mean it that he was pathetic himself??" Numerous of the machines outside were stopping behind him. Others still moving by but a force of them building up was still there.

He stopped and stared at the child.
"And what makes you a god?, because you can transport people to a different dimension and planet?,
In case you failed to notice, as i said before. I have no place in this world. My being here is purely by accident. My ship located the energy of your transportation to this world and simply followed it.
I have no part in this 'quest'.

Edward then turned to face Xianto, "Could you remove those scraps of metal from here?, this is a serious discussion."

"Besides....i know your emperor. The emperor of the Rethait Empire correct?"

Yandela manages to cast a barrier that would allow her to hear the kids' voice better- over robot mans and Ed's quarrel. "What do you mean? Why can't you collect these things yourself?"

"Oh come now, Yan. That would be boring. It's much more fun to watch other people who have no idea what they're doing collect them." Mars interjected. "At least it would be to me,"

"Except few of us would do that." Her eyes narrow. "So why us?"

"Because I created this entire universe that Aelore exists in! I have ultimate power over you, Eddy!" He then proceeds to point at Mars. "And you!... I like you. You seem to get the gist of things pretty well. I have a reward for you..." Just as the boy said 'reward', a cake appeared in front of Mars. He then points at Yandela. "Because I want to give you another shot at life! Hey, be grateful!! I'm now in a truckload of s*** with the others!" The boy then finally points at Xianto. "You! I don't understand what the Hell you're saying, but... Um... Am I at least higher than your emperor..? I did sorta, um, you know, make everything here..?"

"I didn't want my life anymore!" She whirls, storming away with the feather tucked safely in her pocket.

Edward was silent. There was absolutely nothing he could do or say that would change the reality of the situation. No joke, no threat, not even the famous Time Lord quotes would be effective here.
Whether he accepted it or not,
He was in the presence of a god.
"If you really are all powerful. Heal me to my full strength so that i may walk again."
He turned to Yandela,
"And her too."

"Ooh, thanks!" Mars said happily and began eating his cake "All I had to eat today was a half a candy bar." He said to Mitsuki after finishing a bit of it.

Mitsuki raised an eyebrow. "I will heal you, but don't think that I'll grant her powers back, neither yours. They were taken away for a reason." With a snap of fingers, the Time lord was healed. He looked over at Mars with a smile. "Glad that you think so." That's when the smile turned into a happy grin. "Well then, guess you should find Patchy, hey Eddy? Don't worry about the junk outside- I think you can guess why from my previous visits." And with that, he winked.

(Wait what do you mean "taken away"? Magic just drains her, since it's another form of energy...)

In an instant Edward was fully healed. He was lost for words.
"W-Wow."
"Thank you......sir."
The truth of the situation hit him, he was absolutely worthless within this world. This very second he stood in front of a god capable of doing virtually anything.
He had made his mind up. He looked at the kid.
"Could you take me away from here?, i mean back to my universe. It was a mistake to come here."

Mars spirits dampened a little, he wondered what this reason Mitsuki had said was. "What do you mean a mistake? Didn't you agree like the rest of us?" He asked, glancing at Edward.

Silence followed after the Time Lord's question. The boy didn't know how to respond. Or was it because he couldn't speak? A question like that... Surely the man didn't know? "I-I... No, I can't. I'm sorry for that. Truth is, I... I've never been able to send something back to another world. Not something I can do. You see, while I can allow access to things coming here, I, um, can't get the others' permission... S-sorry..." He then looked at Yan. "Um, er, nevermind~!"
