As usual, heavy winds blew back the hairs of the Mars and Yandela.
The landing had been silent due to the energy preservation.
Edward's Tardis materialized a slight distance away from the duo.
The doors opened revealing the Time Lord sitting with his back against the console, arms folded and watching the duo.

Yandela pivoted around, stalking into the TARDIS. She shut the door behind her, leaning against it. "He's being mean and I'm not letting him in."

Mars grunted as he hit the ground. Even with the cushioning it was still a bit of a surprise. "Hey, don't get mad at me, I'm just an innocent bystander who always is subjected to you two's PDA." He said standing and dusting himself off. "Do me a favor and leave me out of it after the kiss ok? Three's a bit of a crowd during consummation, don't you think?" He yelled from outside, and immediately laughed afterward.

Edward grinned.
"I'm staying out of this one."
He leaned back and watched the spectacle.

Her face flushed bright red at his words. "Mars!"

I'm going to kill him!

"It was just a damned hug!"

He observed her reaction.
"Mhmm, i agree."

"I'm just kidding, you guys can't take a joke." He said shaking his head sadly.

"You have a messed up sense of humor!" Yandela returns through the door.

Edward pulled down the door lever unlocking the door.
"Come on, give the guy a break Yan."

She huffs, but turns away from the door. She makes her way to the central control board. "What're all the buttons?"

He laughed. "It'd be easier to explain quantum physics than it would be to explain every single control here."
"That reminds me!, i didn't show you guys this before."
He clicked his fingers and V.I instantly appeared beside Edward.
"Yandela, Mars... meet V.I."

"Eh, I've heard worse." He said trying the door. It opened this time and he sauntered in causally. "Yeah, Yan, don't worry so much about it." He didn't really know what to think of V.I. Though, it (she?) was pretty cool. He'd never seen a hologram before. He waved simply.

No, that feeling wasabsolutely not jealousy. Cmon, that was ridiculous t was a hologram!

V.I spoke.
'Do require any assistance sir?'
Edward laughed.
"Could you show this beautiful young lady to the Victorian bedroom?, she needs to rest."
He patted Yandela on the shoulder, "Go with her, i think you'll like the room."

Yandela, too flustered by the offhanded compliment to really reply, nodded and trailed after the hologram.

Edward turned towards Mars.
"If you need a room yourself, follow V.I and Yandela. It shouldn't be too hard to find."
He walked in the direction of the corridor.
"I'm going to be in the library to do some private work. If you need anything, call up V.I and she should help you until we're ready to go in search of the other shards."
He disappeared into the large corridor frame.

When VI introduced her to the room that was to be hers, Yandela felt a small smile split her face. The room was gorgeous, yes, but it was the sight of a large, comfy-looking bed that made her smile so. Yandela's hand ghosted over the comforter, hardly daring to believe the softness that met her hand.

"I've never slept in a bed like this..." She turns to the hologram. "Is there a shower or something?"

At this Mars raced after the two. He could of said so earlier if that was the case. He did catch up to the two Yan had already found her room. A room he intruded upon instantly, letting himself into it. He went and flopped on the bed. But didn't say a word to either. Even his bed at home hadn't been as nice as this one.

Yandela smiled wryly, trying not to be too disappointed at not being the first to claim the bed. Stupid and irrational... "I'm pretty sure we're not sharing a room, Mars."

V.I pointed at a section at the back of the room with the necessary equipment.
'The room is fitted with an alpha sonic shower created by Master Edward himself.
There are several modes of the shower which are self explanatory.'
