Yandela's gaze drops to the note and scans it. "...its shady. That Crystal is dangerous and you have no magic experience. You could seriously harm yourself, and I won't be there to pump healing energy into you if you get hurt again."

"The list of people who have created planets is endless, I can do that by planting a seed in the Tardis tree room. Does that make me a god?, of course not. The difficult part is creating life, something even the Time Lords couldn't achieve.
The more you keep referring to him as a god, the higher his esteem and ego will reach.
His name is Mitsuki and he is a creature of immense power, can't we leave it at that?

As for the shard, I understand that it is dangerous which is exactly why I'm going somewhere to help me learn the truths about it.
In order to do this, I need to go there without any technology, no weapons and no proper equipment.
I'm going to study the fundamentals of magic."
He glanced at her and smiled,
"You know, I'm not attempting to learn how to use magic. I just want to know how it works and how this shard can be used.
Besides, I don't plan on dying just yet."

"And you talking down to me as if I'm an idiot for not agreeing with you is so empowering, right?" Her eyes narrow. "You have no clue what you're playing with and I can't find it in me to really care about what happens to you since you seem to intent on brushing off my warnings."

The Time lord grinned, displaying his sheepish childish attitude,
"Yanny, come on, you're a master of the arcane arts and now part Time lord.
I think it's pretty safe to say that you aren't an idiot.
As for the shard, once more, you need to understand that everything I do in my life is a huge risk.
I gave you my last regeneration energy!, believe it or not I had no idea whether or not i'd survive.
I took a huge risk and in doing so, you are alive, I am alive and Fayall is dead.
You're inside a Tardis, safe as safe can be!,
All because I took a risk.
Now assume that Mitsuki is actually evil and gains his power then turns on us?, what will you do then?"

Yandela reaches up, gently touching her fingertips to Edward's forehead. She focuses on allowing a small trail of magic flow into him and sharing her Sight with the Time Lord. "Look. I see magic wherever I go. Everyone has the least bit of magic in them, whether they can access it or not. That's why I was so wary of you and eyepatch guy when we met- you gave off such a dark and powerful aura that I wanted no part of it. Look at yourself. You still have it."

She takes a deep breath, removing her hand and her magic. "I could always ask you the same thing. What if you're only doing all of this so you can get out, and you plan on destroying this planet and everyone on it before you hike outta here? Mitsuki's aura is lighter than yours. Whether it stays that way or not is up to him, but that's just how it is."

She looks away. "Now you're going to go off galavanting across the plant with a shard you have no clue what to do with and leave me behind WITH the very person you're trying to make a contingency plan against. That's super smart."

Edward's expression plummeted but he attempted to hide his dismay.
"So you think I'd risk killing myself to save someone when I knew straight off that I was planning to destroy the planet and have them killed anyway?, what sort of backward logic is that?,
But fine, Mitsuki's aura is lighter right?."

He tightened his grip on the bag over his shoulder and gritted his teeth.
"You know there's something about you that I just quite don't understand, you always seem to try to see the good in everyone.
You haven't realised that this world is a mixture of good AND bad people.
Let me just remind you of this,
You're going to sleep in the same bed with him and you expect me to treat the guy nicely?, he comes into my ship, acts pompous around me, and sleeps in the same bed as the woman I love?, how can I honestly not dislike him?.
But do go on,
Tell me what I should do."

Yandela tugs at the ends of Edward's dark hair playfully. "First, don't leave if you're worried he's going to do something. Second, trust me." She grins. "I plan on kicking him out the moment he does something crude. But even Mars was planning on sleeping in my bed until I pushed him out. Besides." Her nose scrunches. "He looks like he's thirteen. He's not getting anything."

She shifts uncomfortably. "As for seeing the good in everyone... I'm fully capable of seeing when someone is beyond help. But the only way I was able to make it during my years of slavery was befriending everyone I came across. It's essential to living."

The Time Lord was lost in the battle of his thoughts.
If he stayed, he wouldn't be able to understand the full extent of the shard's power , but if he left a whole manner of disasters could occur.
He glanced at the purple haired girl beside him then stopped in his position.
Turning round to face her with a worried look on his face, he looked in her eyes for an answer.
"Do you really think I should stay?, what if I never find out what this shard does and Mitsuki turns out to be evil?

And I know. it's a good thing that you're like that. Otherwise you would have never healed me when I was shot in the shoulder with that arrow."

"I can tell you what that thing does," Yandela rolls her eyes. "Just come to an expert first before making plans to run off."

She conveniently ignores his reference to her healing. It always made her uncomfortable when someone seems to praise her for doing what any decent being should do.

"Mhmm I guess you're right."
He glanced around, they had been walking for quite a long time.
Was the Tardis purposely shifting the corridors to give Yandela enough time to convince Edward?,
"Well this is stupid.
And here I was super excited to go camping....
If I'm staying then you might as well carry my bags."
He took off the heavy bag and placed it in her arms.
"Yandela, how would you like to go on a date??, tomorrow of course, when you're fully rested.
No shards, no Mars, no Mitsuki, no eyepatches and definitely no robots.
Just the both of us and a couple of home made meat pies.
They taste sooo good!"

"...a date?" She tilts her head. "You mentioned that earlier and I told you then that I didn't know what you meant... So. Um... Yeah. I... Don't think I'd be opposed to one...?"

"It's a thing that two people do, mostly male and female. It consists of a lot of eating, that's all you need to know."
He picked up both his bags once more.
"Young lady you need to sleep.
Even I'll sleep after I put my bags away, so off you go.
Be sure to have good dreams about me."
He grinned.

"I...okay." She shifts, beginning to awkwardly back away. Her cheeks flush bright red. "G'night, Edward. See you later."

The boy waited outside the woman's room, seemingly lost in thought. If only I knew her name... Oh, how I wish I knew, then I... Then we coukd've met once more... Oh dear... That's when an idea hit him: Why not ask Ed if he knew anything? Could it be possible for the Time-whatevee to know? The man was old, and with it, the habit of watching others and knowing everything.
Or, at least, that's what Mitsuki thought, anyway.
Perhaps he could even ask one of the gods from where he came from? They would know who she was, surely..?

Edwards eyes caught sight of the young boy.
"Well how's it going sir Mits?, say, you wouldn't happen to know where my green tie is would you?"

Mitsuki looked up at the older male who had interrupted his train of thought. "Ah, Ed, just the person I wanted to talk to... No, I haven't, sorry, but I have a more... Pressing, matter. Would you happen to know of any events occurring around 43, 44 Earth years in Tokyo? Y-you know where that is, yeah?" The boy had a serious look in his eyes as he spoke, not moving once from his position.

Edward folded his arms and gazed at the kid beneath him.
"You mean the crisis?, yes.
I was there.
Why?"

"Crisis..? What crisis, might I ask?... I want to know if you and I are thinking the same thing..."

"Just tell me what you're talking about.
I was most likely there.
After my rite of passage I studied the cultures of earth."

"You know, that crazy earthquake that killed thousands..? Yeah, right after that was about when I died. Reckless driver, fleeing the area, nearly hit this young girl- 'bout 13, 14. But they didn't, I got hit instead. Have you ever been abandoned by your family..? Anyway, I want to know if you happen to know this girl, or can find out. I really want- No, I need to know."
