Oh dear, not another freak to add to the bunch. This reminded Scolopendra of a very old television show he would watch with his family and laugh it...It had something to do with dysfunctional families. No surprise why he found it funny, considering how crude his humor is. Hell, Scolopendra enjoyed anything made by that Seth dude, like Family Girl, The Simpletons, and American Lad. Was that the names? Scolopendra remembered a lot but he couldn’t seem to place his finger on the proper name.

“Hmm...The Gravy Bunch? No, I don’t think that’s right.

"Rachel." The woman corrected her, before scanning her surroundings. That's when she noticed Mitsuki. Rage boiled in her eyes, seemingly blood thirsty. But she wore a calm, warm smile. The boy was unconscious.

And that just mean her plan would go more smoothly than at first thought. If only these strange people could just leave..!

The insatiable thirst for violence in her eye did not escape Scolopendra.

“Easy tiger, we don’t need to spill any blood. What has this bozo done to hurt you? He’s just sleeping innocently, or maybe possibly dreaming up of different ways to ruin our lives.” (LIKE BREAKING THE FOUUUUUURTH WAALLLLLLL)

He did not feel comfortable around her, but perhaps he could find a way to exploit her hatred(?) for the manchild for his own personal gain.

"How would you feel if you had to serve that Bastard for all of eternity?" Rachel speaks calmly now, watching Scolo, "hey, what's your name? The feeling I get about you is strange... No, I don't mean it like that..."

He thought for a moment and decided to give her the same treatment as the others.

"If I had to serve that (WALLBREAKING) idiot..."

He unconsciously flinched from thinking of what might happen.

"The name's Patchy. Or so I've been dubbed by $l33p!ng B34uty over here. And as for the strange part that you mentioned, I'll forget I heard that. But I get that a lot, along with being called a creep, schemer, liar, and traitor. All part of the job, you know."

"Oh really? Coincidentally, same goes for me. Honestly, can't seem to figure out why the Hell everyone says that. Just because I know a few things that others don't, apparently I'm a liar and traitor." Rachel shrugs, looking over at the others. A mage and a boy with a blade... And wait, is that a..?! She points to Diana, unable to keep in her excitement. "Which one of you guys made that thing!?! Goddammit... These things are everywhere back home!!"

"That was Edward," Yandela speaks up softy, having watched the exchange quietly until then. She sends a glare at Diana. "He's... Uh. Quite the character."

She rubs her hands together, uncomfortable with the way her magic keeps sparking away from itself when she tries to close her hands. She would compare it to same charge magnets if she knew what those were, but she doesn't, so she didn't.

Scolopendra was beginning to like her more and more.

"Say, you see a guy that is about to die, but there is a chance for you to save him, although it's 50/50. What would you do?"

"Aha... Ed, 'ey..? Hm? Oh, well, depends. What's in it for me?" The girl speaks, observing the A.I.

"Nothing except the sheer fact that you've saved someone."

On second thought, perhaps he wouldn't be liking her as much as he thought he might be.

"Well, depends again. Who are they? Like, I am a doctor... So maybe I will. But maybe I won't. There's a fifty-fifty chance, yeah? So most likely I will. If they hurt my family in any way, however... That's a different story. Unless there's something in it for me, then I will save 'em. So it depends, dear Patchy, it depends..."

"An ordinary person with little to no value to the society except that they simply exist," Yandela cuts in. "But they also seen negatively affecting society either. What do you do?"

"...Mmhmm."

He backed off. Seems like she doesn't really have any firm moral stance. She'll just be another person to use to him.

"...Hm. Depends. Probably will, I chose my job for a reason, right? What would I be if I didn't? But... At the same time... Look, why are we even talking about this? What point is there?... Patchy? What knowledge are you hoping to obtain by this?"

Yandela sat back, allowing the conversation to drift on without her. A headache was forming between her eyes, a sure sign of magic sickness. Too much in the last few days, she supposed. She rubbed her head, trying to relieve some of the pain.

Rachel looks over at the mage, slightly concerned. "Hey, are you okay?" She almost went over and checked, but was hesitant. What happened if she could sense what she was? What she knew? No, that wouldn't be possible.

Scolopendra sighed and motioned Rachel to back off. He didn't know why she was hesitating but obviously she didn't want to touch her for some reason.

"I'll look."

He went over to Yandela and knelt besides her, wearing an expressionless mask of indiffernece.

"Hey there, champ, you doing alright?"

"Eh." Yandela forces a grin across her face, even if it does look a little more like a pained grimace. She pulls her hands from her head. "I will be. You weren't there when this happened before, in the city, but it's just a sign that I'm using my magic too much, since it's connected to my soul." She briefly considers that maybe telling Patchy all this might be a bad thing, but dismisses the thought. Too tired to consider pros and cons. "Have it happen too many times and sickness accompanies the sleepiness."

Rae just glared at Scolopendra. She didn't like taking 'orders' from anyone, unless by S.I.N., which was more battle plans than anything. Mark my words, Patch, I will make your end slow and painful if you cross me... Maybe I'll even have a little 'fun' with you... You white haired jerk.

He pointed to a spot next to the sleeping god, and with no sensitivity at all, he bluntly stated three words.

"Go to sleep."

It sounded less like friendly advice and more like something you would hear from your drill sergeant that just dropped a bucket of ice on you at 5 in the morning.
