After a bit of rethinking the situation, he thought it would be best as to talk about the situation outside.
He ignored Valder's remark and kept focused on what he wanted to ask of him. "I think it would be best if we talk about our situation outside, rather than in here surrounded by listening ears, don't you agree?"

The Baron said nothing more, he simply nodded, eyed them all once again, turned, and returned to his seat.
Sevyc then turned to the person beside them and muttered softly, "We should take this outside." Making their way to the great doors, they allowed them self out of the hall and back out into the town, unsure if the other was following or not.

Sif continued her journey alone as she was so very much used to. It was not a big deal for her. She preferred working alone, though in this case, it might be good to be on a team, but that might also just complicate things. She headed towards where the water spirit was last seen. She should be able to come up with an idea to dispose of it. Perhaps hiding and observing could prove to be quite helpful, so she went with that idea and decided to wait, hiding herself from anything and everyone. She didn't wish to be disturbed. She found a good spot in which she could hear and see if someone was coming.
Seraphine sighed. Well the Baron sure seems stubborn, she thought, not exactly angry anymore. She knew it would not do any good here, considering he didn't seem to changing his mind anytime soon.
She inspected the woman beside her. She seemed nice, but one can never be too sure. As soon as he was done, she turned to her. "We should find a spot somewhere to talk privately," she quietly told her, "Unless you want to talk here." She slightly eyed the Baron as she was talking. She didn't really want the arrogant man to listen in on their conversation and she believes her companion wouldn't either.

Karen and Dalia glanced at each other, and Dalia made a slight gesture towards the door with her head. Karen nodded, and turned back to their respective prospectives. Dalia followed the elf outside, introducing herself as she went. "Hi, I'm Dalia. Coffey." There was a momentary pause, and she glanced to her left for a moment. That's right. They had literally just- whatever. "We were wondering if you want to team up on this." Another pause- dammit! "My sister and I need a magic user, and you look kinda wizardy. Not that I'm trying to presume, but... yeah."
Meanwhile, Karen was delivering a similar speech, complete with identically nervous smiles and unconscious pauses. "Let's step outside. I'm Karen. Coffey." Pause, glance, mental curse. "We were wondering if you wanted to team up. My sister and I could always use another sword, and you look pretty good. I mean, as a fighter." On separate parts of the yard, both Coffeys smiled, brushed a bit of hair out of their eyes, and tilted their heads, all in perfect sync. "What do you say?"

As they were walking out of the mansion, Seraphine contemplated on what to say to the woman. Given the nature of this bounty, teaming up with someone seemed to be the best choice now, rather than going alone. Also, some of them already looked like they were forming groups or finding partners. She slowly nodded and smiled in agreement. "Alright, Karen. I'm Seraphine Brooke. I hope we can be friends in the future."
The Dwarf had to admit there was merit to this. He wasn't one for scheming, but teaming up with some folk might prove useful to his own quest."Sure, sure." The Dwarf replied before walking outside, back into the town and far away from the mansion."Alright, boy. Tell me what you want to say."
"Well, I'd figured it would be wise to team up with people rather than going in head on on this. Simply because there's other people here as well for the spirit's bounty, and no telling how strong that thing will be. So how's about it? If you do consider, we could a dynamic duo y'know. You going in all swordsman like and such while I provide you with Runic Shielding and supportive Thaumaturgy and Magic."
Sif just waited for the right time to strike. It was quite peaceful here really. Everyone had teamed up except for her. Not that many people wanted to team up with a bounty hunter like her. Especially not someone so hot-headed as she could be. She had a saying though. Other people would slow her down. It was best to be alone. Less things to worry about than your friends getting hurt or worse. It could be difficult though - to be alone - but that was just an occupational hazard. It was unavoidable. She'd get herself into trouble and get herself out again. She didn't expect anyone to come and rescue her. She leaned back slightly, without making a sound and just stared straight ahead.
Valder nodded as he listened."Magic user, are ya?" He had to admit that the works of magic were one of the few things that eluded him."Very well, boy. You're clearly wise to want to team up with me. You've got a deal." The former knight spoke as he held out his hand for Draken to shake."Name's Valder. Valder Odanar. And who're you, hmm?"
"Draken. High Thaumaturge at your service." He shakes Valder's hand. He puts his goggles over his eyes, and looks around for a moment. "Now do you remember where he said the spirit was?"
