I have an idea for the location of the next shard.
The first shard was within an urban city which contained robots and Daleks - Edward's enemies.
The second shard could be found in maybe a small town out in the open where Yandela's captors could be?
It'd make a great story though.
The third and fourth shards could have a connection with Mars and/or Scolopendra.

If you don't mind me returning To adress your concerns Xianto will put the city he is in under lock down then sit there for several in game days turning it into a massive production area to justify his numbers. The machines will change again in design probably. Secondly he will get more involved, it will either happen when I advance that part of his plot or if someone says the right things to him.
