Ritsuka stood still, Keyblade in hand and lowered into a defensive position, eyes forward as four glowing orbs of light, each glowing a different color, one red, one blue, one green. Ritsuka repeated the rules of this exercise in his head, defeat red orbs with with strikes, defeat blue orbs with magic, and defeat green orbs with techniques, the exercise will be over when he either destroys all of the orbs or breaks the rules. Off to the side, observing him, was an old man in regale blue robes and a blue wizard hat with golden stars and crescent moons decorating it, he also had a long grey beard and a fierce look in his eye. Floating next to him was a little Moogle, a piece of armor on his left shoulder not unlike the one Ritsuka had on his.
Eventually the red orb charged forward, causing Ritsuka to spring into action; he dashed towards the orb and met it in the middle of the room, hacking and slashing at it with fast but powerful strikes, however it wasn't so simple, as after a few slashes the orb would retreat, causing Ritsuka to have to chase after it. After a few more strikes the orb dissipated in a bright flash of light, however this prompted the next one to come at him, this time it was the blue orb, and it began emanating pillars of damaging light as it approached him. Ritsuka thought quickly and dodge rolled out of the orb's range, and remembering the rules, he pointed his Keyblade at it and yelled out "Fire", casting a blast of flame at the object, damaging it. Before it had a chance to continue its assault, Ritsuka bombarded it with Thunder spells, the orb breaking by the third. Finally it was the third orb's turn, it vibrated violently as it quickly charged at him, this time Ritsuka had no time to evade and instead blocked the green orb's attack, causing it to recoil back enough for him to nail it with a Sliding Dash. He followed up with a Blitz attack, slashing at it with three powerful downward leaping strikes. The orb went nuts and tried to retreat, but Ritsuka wouldn't have it, charging his Keyblade with the power of light he chucked it at the orb in a Strike Raid attack, destroying it before the Keyblade magically returned to Ritsuka's hand.
The old wizard nodded his approval before waving his hands and summoning two more orbs, a red one and a green one, keeping Ritsuka on his toes. He immediately fired a Blizzard spell at the blue orb, freezing it momentarily, allowing him to turn his attention to the red orb, landing a short combo before it began flying around the room again. Rather then run after it, Ritsuka turned his attention back to the blue orb, firing a Fire spell just as it began to thaw, and then following up with a barrage of Thunder spells, but before he eagerly cast the third one, the orb suddenly changed from blue to green. Ritsuka quickly stopped himself from casting the spell and instead channeled the electrical energy into his Keyblade, leaping at the orb and coming down on it with a Spark Dive, destroying it. Almost immediately after, Ritsuka had to evade the red orb that tried to attack him, before running at it and landing another combo on it. He was about to finish it off, but just as he swung his Keyblade the orb turned blue, forcing Ritsuka to over reach his swing, missing it, but leaving him open for the orb to knock him back with a pillar of light. The Moogle cringed at the hit, about to heal his comrade out of reflex, but he merely stuck to watching. Ritsuka quickly shook off the pain and got back on his feet, firing a barrage of Blizzard spells at it, but surprisingly it evaded them all as it approached him, Ritsuka dodge rolled out of the way and then nailed it with Thunder spell, then a Fire Spell, but just as he was about to finish it with a Blizzard spell, it changed color yet again to green. Ritsuka thought quickly and turned the spell into a Blizzard Raid, throwing his Keyblade at the orb and then rushing up to it before it returned to his hand. He then leaped above it as the Keyblade flashed back into his hand and went directly into a Quick Blitz that finally destroyed the object. He waited for a moment for any more orbs to appear, but none did, signaling the end of the exercise. He looked back at his Master, Yen Sid, who had a thoughtful look on his face.
"Your swordsmanship is as sharp as ever Ritsuka, but I see you are still uncomfortable with the casting of higher level magic, that will be something we'll have to improve on." Yen Sid critiqued with a slight sternness in his voice that almost hid his pride in his pupil's performance.
"Yes Master." Ritsuka replied with a smile before dismissing his Keyblade.
"I'm always telling him he has to brush up on his Magic, but he just loves swinging that Keyblade around, kupo." The Moogle said a bit teasingly, much to Ritsuka's chagrin.
"At least I have one to swing around." Ritsuka mumbled to himself, the Moogle shooting him a slight glare at the comment.
"Well then, it is your turn Moguri, perhaps you can show us how your swordsmanship has improved." Yen Sid said, much to the Moogle's dismay.
"Uh, y-yes Master." He said nervously as he took his position before three newly formed orbs.

Tatooine, was a warm planet world. Not much has changed for him since the Empire was destroyed and the dark lords along with it. People still gambled, debts still needed to be payed and Kinzoku (along with most others in the Star War Universe) were unaware of the other dimentions that littered the universe. Start your engines!!! Kinzoku was a slave owned by a man who bought him to be his sponsored pod racer. The man treated him well but also bought him for a purpose, the wins made the man happy, and the losses caused the man to ignore Kinzoku. Firing up his pod the humm of the engine roared at the clock ticket down in Ithorian, three, two, one! And Kinzo was off, whizzing to the front almost immediately tearing across the vast desert as the racers towards the middle sabatoged eachother. "Stay above the crowd and no harm will come to me..." Kinzoku's reflexes seemed super human as he traversed the caves and completed his first lap. The race started with twenty four racers and now it was down to ten with three of the fourteen no longer competing being fatalities. As they raced along a white pod began to pass his black pod with a reddish pod close behind. Kinzuko wasn't a cheat though, allowing the two to pass him up over the next lap was fine, they fought amounts themselves until a blazing plume of fire consumed one of the pods as they fought and by the time they crossed the line into their last lap Kinzoku was in second. Unfortunately there wasn't any great opportunities to pass the White pod and some alien racer named Toye Vanderhaum came in first with Kinzoku just a half second behind him!
Crowds cheered as the pods were taken Off the track for repair and maintenance and an odd looking man greeted Kinzoku, your mine now... Your owner lost you in a bet... Kinzoku looked at his previous owner as he walked away in shame. My use for you is very different then racing pods, he smiled with an evil grin. Have you ever heard of heartless Kinzoku???

Ritsuka and Moguri stood silent before their Master, Yen Sid had called them into his study after their morning training, he had a thoughtful look on his face, one that Ritsuka and Moguri couldn't help but worry over. After a moment or two of contemplation, Yen Sid finally spoke.
"I apologize for the interruption in your training, but a certain matter has recently been brought to my attention, one that I feel may concern your both as well." The old master said cryptically.
"What is it Master Yen Sid?" Ritsuka asked. Before responding, Yen Sid waved his hands mystically, summoning an illusion that seemed to be a map of the worlds that covered almost the whole room, making his two pupils jump in surprise and then look around in awe.
"As you both know, our world is merely one of many, each star in the sky is but the heart of another world, shining its light for all to see through the Lanes Between." Yen Sid explained before manipulating the map so that a particular world was shown. "These invisible pathways connect many of these worlds, but some, for one reason or another, have remained isolated, free from the influence of the Heartless and the Nobodies. However, recently unnatural pathways have begun appearing, connecting these worlds and allowing the Heartless to prey on them, that along with a sudden resurgence in the Heartless's number, and I doubt this could be any sort of coincidence."
"...The Heartless." Ritsuka muttered under his breath, Yen Sid was very well aware of the boy's... "interest" in the creatures of Darkness, in fact it made him reluctant to put his pupils to this task, but it had to be done, for the sake of the Worlds, and Ritsuka himself.
"So the Heartless are invading these isolated worlds and you want us to go and investigate, right kupo?" Moguri deduced, gaining a nod of confirmation from the old wizard.
"Precisely, but you will be doing much more than just investigating." Yen Sid said. "Remember, these worlds have remained untouched by the forces of Light and Darkness since their inception after the Keyblade War, as has their Keyholes, making them incredibly vulnerable to the Heartless. As such Ritsuka, it is your duty as a Keyblade Wielder to assure that balance is kept and these Keyholes are sealed, lest they fall to the darkness like countless worlds before them." He warned. Ritsuka looked away for a moment, memories of his home world being swallowed by the darkness flooding his mind, he swore that he would never let anything like that happen again, not as long as he had the power to stop it.
"Alright, I'll do it, like you said, it's my duty." Ritsuka replied with no small amount of resolve hidden beneath his playful remark. Yen Sid nodded his approval and with a wave of a his hand he condensed the map into a small orb and handed it to the Keyblade Wielder. "Take this then, it will guide you through these isolated worlds. Remember, you two are still but apprentices, if you let your Hearts waver the Darkness will not hesitate to engulf you, be cautious."
"We will Master, I promise we won't let you down." Ritsuka replied with a determined look before bolting out of the room with Moguri not to far behind. Not too long after, he heard the sound of a Keyblade Glider fly up into the air, looking out his window to see his pupils disappear into a portal of energy. The old wizard sat back in his chair, a troubled look on his face.
"Just what chaos do you plan to wrought this time... old friend." He said to himself.

Kinzoku was lead to a star ship and was told to board it, the ride was silent but eventually the ship reached the black hole in the center of the universe. "What are you going to do?" Kinzoku asked. The man in the hood explained how our galaxy was not the only one and how heartless had been showing up all over. I'm paying good money to see if this works so don't go dying on me... The man stabbed Kinzoku with an odd looking syringe and the boys vision got blurry, a hatch opened and Kinzoku's body was sucked out of the large Star Destroyer and flew towards the black hole... Faster, faster, and then poof he was gone. The chip in his arm wasn't destroyed, it just transferred to a different plain of existence, just like the other test subjects. The man removed his hood reveiling a blue face with red eyes, I, Admiral Thrall will rebuild our empire in another dimension using our new found heartless goblins!!!
