But until the new recruits are ready, they must learn the ways of the dragon magic, and bonding. Who will be taken in? Perhaps a village will have a sacrifice ready.
Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
