" The Question is...Where should we start?"

"Well shall start where ever it is easier to access" she replied to Alec smartly. "I think we may have an easy time finding the rebels if we asked around the city, more towards the bad part of town." she suggested towards him. "If I was staging a rebellion inside the city...that's where I would do it" she reassured herself in her thought process as she put her fist on the palm of her hand.

Allec was doubt about what she said. " I know your plan is good but Do you think that is kinda risky to do that?"

Erica thought about it and said "Well we are a couple of nobody's so we I doubt the mayor would let us take to him. There is a plan though to getting a government official to talk..." she snapped her fingers and with a smile she continued "...with good old fashion bribery, and don't worry about the money I have that part covered"

"I dont know about that bribery thing and It's kinda a good plan." Allec notice that Erica and me are the only one left here in the cafe." Wow...its getting late, Dont ya think?"

Erica looked around as well and also noticed the emptiness. "Well I guess we better get going then" she said as she started for the door. "You can stay with me for the time being...my hotel that I'm staying in is just down the street" she added as she held the door for him.

Allec was little amazed on the Hotel " wow this place is fancy and only a rich can afford to stay on these hotel".

Erica smiled at him and said "I spare no expense on my vacations...you can sleep on the pull out bed" she said as she pointed at couch as she made her way to the bedroom to change. "I'll be back out in just a moment" said as she closed the bedroom door

Allec Put his sword next to the couch and start to lay down on the bed that he feel relaxed " This is more better than to sleep on my sleeping bag and I wonder why would she help me on my Duty? Wonder Why?" Allec stare at the ceiling while thinking about.

She soon came out of the room, in silk pajamas and wet raspberry hair. She leaned up against the door and asked "Comfy uh?" she looked at her feet and crossed her arms and looked back up at him laying on the bed "Tomorrow we will go to the bad part of the city and look for information about the rebels" she said looking at with a blank look on her face.

"Well I hope tomorrow will be a good success on the investigation" After he said that the yawn and felt sleepy. "well I should takes some rest and thank sgsin" After that he lay down left sided, close his eyes and go to sleep.

"Hope so too" Erica replied as she went back into her room. She laid on the bed and thought about who this "Dark One" is and is he violating the laws of Time and Space...Erica couldn't figure it out, maybe it is the mayor or even the rebel leader, maybe its some one who is bigger than the two. Anyway in Erica's mind focusing on the investigation should get some answers and not be completely in the dark. She turn on er side and fell asleep

While Allec was asleep that he dream the same nightmare. It was shown that his town was being massacre by a powerful demon called the Dark One that few Paladins were able to fight it but they are outmatch. After that they were killed and Allec was there that he paralyze from the deaths of his fellow men. The Dark One turn to him and said " Your can't protect anyone, especially those who you care and love" the Dark One grin evily that behind his wings was his girlfriend named Lara. Allec was surprise that the Dark One instantly killed her with the sword that He can't move a single muscle. After that the Dark One laugh menacely. In the reality Allec was screaming in horror that he got up on the bed. He was sweating really hard and his expression was like he see a monster that he breath heavily and said to himself " Why?! Just WHY?!"

Erica woke up to the scream of Alec and walked towards the door of her bedroom and opened the door and was greeted to Alec sitting up on the bed, all sweaty. Erica knew he had a nightmare. She looked at him with her arms crossed and asked "So what's your dream about? Was it the so called Dark One?"

Allec look to her and replied calmly " It's...just my past...my living hell of past...and I'm sorry if I wake you up this late. Because I want to forget it...but it keeps haunting me back." He nodded his head down while calming down.

"It doesn't really matter, I don't really need to sleep" she said to Alec. "We could start over investigation now if you're up to it" she suggested seeing that he may have more nightmares if he tried sleeping more

"Well I guess we should go to the outside city that you mention." Allec get up that he goes to the bathroom and take a shower. After that He wear his best hoodjacket and put on the scabbard belt and came out. His appearance that he wear a blue hood with a black trim and he has a blue streak hair. At the outside city that she asked Erica " Any luck finding the leader of the Rebels here?"

Before Erica left with Alec to the outskirts of the city, she changed back into her usual long sleeve shirt and pants but instead she carries her rather large square-like sword on her hip in its sheath. As they both went into the outskirts, Erica was able ask around and got back to Alec and said "Well the rebel leader and most of his guys are holed up in an abandon warehouse" as she consulted her notes in her notebook

"Well lets get going then." Allec and Erice went to the warehouse and when they arrived that on the main door they're were 2 men holding an Ak47 guarding the main door. Allec and Erica approach them and one of the guard asked " what business do you have here City People?" the other guard was suspicious of the sword were carrying that he keep an on us if we make an action. Allec asked calmly " Good Morning Sir, were here to speak with your Rebel leader that me and partner here will have to asked him some question". The 1st guard replied " I'm very sorry that he has no time for question and how about you two get out, because he don't like some visitor from the City." After what Allec heard that he replied " Oh I see..." Allec pulled a gold coin and flip it on the 1st guard that he(1st Guard) catch it with his right hand. ALlec said normally " well that changed your mind?" 2 of the guard examine the coin and accepted that 1st guard replied happily " Well you two can go in and please becareful not to loss his temper on talking to him" 2nd guard open the door for Allec and Erica. "Dont worry we will" Allec and Erica enter the warehouse. Inside the warehouse that many guns, ammunition, trained men,and war vehicles. While Allec and Eric was going inside the office of the Rebel Leader that he was surprise that he said " What the?! How did you get pa-Well it doesn't matter what 2 of you want?" The Rebel leader sit on his chair while drinking rhum and stare at ALlec and Erica suspiciously.

"Well we are here to ask you a couple of questions" Erica told the rebel leader. "First off my name is Erica and his name is Alec" she greeted as she rested her hand on her sword. "My question is who are you and what is the goal of your rebellion?" she asked as she pulled out her notebook and pen to record what he says.
