Allec was really sorry about James " I...don't want....die...please...hear me out....Im really regretting on what I have done....especially the death of the 10 people because....of my pride...and Im really sorry..." James was really sorry for what he has done that tears comeout from his eyes. Allec said to him " Dont worry...the heaven have forgiven you from your trespasses...So close your eyes and you will enter in Paradise" After James heard it that he close his eyes and died peacefully. Allec put him gently and tries to catch up with Erica on the chase of the sniper. When they arrived on the building that the sniper is already gone.

As Erica walked around the 5th floor of the building looking for clues of the sniper. As she soon approached to where the sniper was, she said to Alec "When a person uses a weapon to kill someone especially a gun, they tend to try to make sure like nothing ever happen" as she bends down and picks up a bullet casing, "But they always forget to pick up the most simple of things" she said as she examined the casing for the serial number and maker's mark. As she raised towards Alec, she said "This the what we need to identify the Dark One, we just need to go to a gun store and ask about this bullet casing, it should be in a database of some kind"

Allec was standing spacing out and silence because of the death of James Pressnott.

Maria looked at him with an irritated look on her face. She swung her blade to his shoulder close to his face without it being reved and said "IF you can't stomach the death of a man, then how will you defeat the Dark One?" she looked at the back of his head and slowly started her blade making the teeth move slowly right next to him. "If you can't handle it, then I will deal with your problem and I'm not hesitate to kill you where you stand...in my eyes, I think your angel made the wrong choice" she said with intent in her eyes, disgusted at what she sees.

Allec look at Erica with a face of Determination " The angel doesn't look at my action but she looks at my heart...Because she loves a person who have a heart of mercy and compassion." Allec take off his scabbard belt and throw it that he looks at Erica with sharp eyes " Go ahead...thrust your blade to my throat that everyday I'm ready die as a martyr".Allec put both of his around his back and close his eyes.

Erica got furious when she heard him say martyr. She put away her blade and went in to punch him in the face. With emotion in her voice she said "Now who will damn remember you?! You haven't done a signal accomplishment but instead lay on the sidewalk aimlessly looking for a Dark One! If fought him right now with your little b*** attitude then you will surely die by his hand. No angel or God can help you in that regard if you die they find someone else to do it" she looked at him really mad because of he reminded her of the Dendrils almost martyr like devotion to her. She promised she wouldn't do it but to change his ways and recindle his flame, she decided to peer into his personal life with a threat. "If you die, who then will protect your pathetic little village and your girlfriend...if you don't change then I'll force you to change then by my visit to your village" Erica hoped that her threat can spark the dwindled flame and give him motivation to live on.

Allec just shouted to her" MY VILLAGE AND THE PEOPLE I LOVE AND CARE ARE ALL DEAD AND IM THE ONLY SOLE SURVIVOR!!!" Allec just nod down and kneel both of his leg on the ground " I can't...even protect them...all them...died, because of me...that..." Allec clench his fist and tears come out from his both eyes. " SO CALL ME WHATEVER YOU WANT!!! AND I WOULD GLADLY ACCEPT IT, IF THAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER!"

Erica seeing this as an opportunity to try to influence him said "And yet, here you are ,going to kill the Dark One...I'm done" Erica thought about trying to influence Alec but she realizes that beings with deep devotion usual have there minds made up. "I'm going back to my hotel room...you can go find and deal with the Dark One yourself" she said as she started to leave the building. Before she left she mutter "This is why I don't get involved with mortal affairs"

"before you left...do you hate me this much?"

She stopped for a moment, but did not respond to his question. The only thing she said before she left is "Come back to me when you harden up"

After Allec heard it, he decided to leave the building as well to find a place for peace. He was living in an abandoned cathedral for 1 week that He just laydown on the dirty bed and look at the ceiling and asked himself " how can I become strong?" after his word the same angel appeared on his dream again and said to him " Allec...you should go to her...because I believe she can help you once again...heed my words and go to her that she will teach you how to become strong enough and you can't live on your guilt forever...learn to get out from it for good." the angel just disapeared as Allec was awake that he quickly run as fast as he could to the hotel where Erica live and He knock at her door but she didn't respond that Allec said in a begging voice " Erica! I have found the answer! please...help me to become stronger and I don't care how hard and long it will take...please...help me..."

Erica stood at the closed door hearing Alec beg for her help. She felt slightly bad and said "Alec...if you truly want to be stronger, then meet me at this specific location" she pushed a note underneath the door for Alec to read which were coordinates to a clearing by the nearby forest. "Go to that location and I'll teach you how to become stronger, I'll be there as well I promise" she said looking at the door waiting for his response

Allec turn around and said to her " Thank you so much...please dont make I'll go to that location I would expect you are already there when I arrive" Allec quickly follow the location. Few hours later he arrived at the location and saw Erica and asked her " Why here?"

Erica smiled, got up from the rock she was on went behind a tree as soon as she went behind it she came back but wearing her armor that she usually wears. "Well Alec, I might as well tell you and not hid it anymore. I'm Lord Erica Codsworth, Dimensional Lord of Time and Space and a god to the alien species of the Dendrils" she introduced with a bow. "We are here because we can't have a sparring match in the hotel room, so what I want you to do is hit me" she said as crossed her arms on her armored chest piece. On the left and right hip where the blade that she had before leaving Alec just now two of them

Allec dont hesitate that gives his full punch at her that he might expect something a counter attack.

Erica saw the punch and grin. All she did was move to the side and said "Only when you know you have the enemy trapped when you can give an attack full strength as you can see it ver hard to stop inertia" she still looks at him with arms crossed

Allec didn't expect that" that he delivered a roundable kick "

"Good so you do know how to fight a little bit then" she said as she blocked his kick as she raised her arm

Allec sigh " This is could be a long training..."

She smiled and said "Well I doubt you'll be beating to death the dark one, so let's focus on sword play" she pointed a random stick coming out of the ground and gave him a wooden sword. "I want you to take this and practice going up against that pole...Knights of medieval Europe used to train like that" she said and she pointed to a box only a couple feet away and she said "If get a break from hitting the pole I want you read on various styles and techniques on the sword and see which ones are best for you...I shall be right back I need to take of some business, practice hard"
