She smiled at Christopher. "So you were hatched before the change happened?" She sat down on a rock nearby, looking at the three with her. "There are some now who hatched afterwards. Some who don't know what it feels like to sleep." The fox again caught her attention. "It still looks like it is in pain..does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with it?"
"Love how it can heal others but can't heal itself." He said, then turning to the female. "Yeah. I miss the sleep...it was restful..."
"I can hear you."The fox looked back at the gargoyles and winced again."The reason I'm in pain is because I might be changing back into my human form."
"well were not the only ones then huh?" he said "Wonder if it will be as painful as it is for us..."
"Then change back to your human form. If you were human in the first place we wouldn't be in this mess right now."
"My name's Cody, not that you need to remember it or anything." He looked over at the fox. "You're changing back? Is that a good thing or a bad thing?" If the fox was human though, that he could work with.
"It may be a good thing or a bad thing.I don't know in this situation."The fox limped away from the other beings.She stopped behind some trees and let silver energy warp around her.The silver energy flashed brightly but because of the trees, it didn't blind the others.When the silver light died down,a young woman stood where the fox once was.She yelped and collapsed on the ground.She wore a white shirt,black shorts,and black sneakers."Geez,that hurt worse than the other times I transformed."She stood up and moved to stand beside a tree and lean against it.Her long silver hair fell behind her shoulders like a silver waterfall as she looked at the other beings with her dark blue eyes.
