Setting the papers aside, she turned on her computer and glanced at it casually, watching the little red dot on the screen moving slowly. "Where will you go?" She murmured. "Now that I've baited you... where will you go?" Leaning back in her chair, she studied the screen for a long moment. Well, all she could do was wait and watch.
Xinder thought to himself then stopped and looked at her and said "I don't know but... we can't stay here we..." he dropped her hand and said "I have to go... hide somewhere safe that no one knows about not even me okay? I-I am not human Mia, I'm a unwanted, unloved Alien who was framed for a murder he never committed... and now Scientists and Assassins are after me... If anyone asks you've never heard of Xinder Walahs okay? please tell me you understand!" he couldn't even look at he in the eyes.
She was silent for a moment, then laughed.
"X-Xinder, that's funny," she said, as though trying to convince herself that it was a joke. "This must be messing with my head more than I thought. Xinder, you're joking, right? Please tell me you're joking!" she shouted, tears quickly forming in her eyes. She was trying to get him to look at her. "Xinder, please!"

Avery stared intently at the computer for a moment, before her phone rang. Picking up the phone, she spoke impatiently. "Do you have the package yet?"
"Yes. Yes. It's exactly as you asked. Don't worry."
"Good... you'll be wanting to prepare it to be sent in the next few days... I'll let you know when. For now, wait until my signal. Oh, and thanks for the bleach, it got the stains out, just like you promised." Grinning devilishly, she hung up and set the phone aside.

Xinder looked at her silently then he said sternly "Mia... this is no joke... I need to go I won't lose someone else... I can't lose someone else! Just run, run and hide, I need to go!" he grabbed her shoulders turned her in the opposite direction, then he glanced around and saw no one near, then he let go of Mia's shoulders and flew off as quickly as possible. As he was in the air he sighed to himself thinking I have to hide, have to run, I-I have to... he teared up trying to think of another possible outcome, another scenario, ANY other scenario...but he could not find one. He knew he had to leave and never see Mia again, it was to save her and all his other friends he knew and loved...it was the only way. So he just flew aimlessly around high enough to where no human could see. He had no where to go but he knew he had to go...
Mia was in complete shock. She couldn't even move.
He left.
But he'll be back.
Yeah, no.
He will!
She argued with herself in her mind. She didn't know which side to believe. If he were that serious, it was likely he'd never return, but... But he had to... He had to!

When her gaze returned the computer, the altitude of the signal had increased almost exponentially. "So... you fly. I see." She chuckled to herself. "Well, that won't stop me. I'll just have to make some adjustments. But for now, I need to prepare." Standing up, she headed across the room and began the preparations to set her plan into motion.
(I went all out )Xinder flew for a while then landed swiftly as possible on a nearby building. He sighed staring at the sun unfazed by it's bright rays. He thought to himself I need to figure out a way to keep her out of harms way and the only way to do that is to practice my powers and the only way to practice my powers is on Malatic...my home plant...but they exiled me, I must prove myself innocent to go back and there is practically no way to do that so must think of another plan that doesn't involve Malatic... he thought to himself ideas spurting out in his mind then he singled down to one idea he thought to himself The Malatic Black Dojo, a dojo that secretly trains exiled Malatic beings... but their entry rate for allowing members is low... though I must try! he flew up into the air and landed in a quiet alley then he knocked on the door and a deep voice said to him "Password boy?" Xinder laughed "Malatic? Don't believe me you may know me by the name of Xinder Walahs..." the voiced gasped then yanked him in it was a girl she said in a soft and delicate voice "Hello Xinder I see you want to practice your powers?" he nodded then she continued "Then answer me this, why did you kill your parents Angelica Walahs and Tenterie Walahs?" his pupils shrunk and he said "I didn't I was framed!" the girl laughed saying "They all say that Xinder, just tell me why you killed your loving parents!?" he said "I didn't kill them! I was framed!" then her eyes turned a dark red and she yelled "GET OUT YOU LIAR!" his eyes turned a dark blue and he yelled "NO I WILL NOT LEAVE I MUST SAVE HER I CANNOT LOSE ANOTHER PERSON I LOVE IN MY LIFE YOU WILL TEACH ME!" she stared at him and said calmly as her eyes went back to normal "Get your gear on Xinder, your training starts now!" his eyes went back to normal as he grasped a dark blue suit that was slick and decently armored he then put it on and said "Um, what's your name anyway?" the girl yelled "No time for formalities!" she ran at him and immediately punched him in the face saying "Oh.. horrible agility try harder Xinder try harder!" Xinder toppled to the floor and attempted to stand as she put her foot on his throat saying "You're weak too... can't even get my foot off your neck no wonder you were framed your a total pushover Ii bet your parents were ashamed of you. His eyes turned dark blue again as he threw her off of himself he said "DO NOT TALK ABOUT MY PARENTS LIKE YOU KNEW THEM!" she ran toward him and he dodged her then he punched her in the stomach she laughed "G-Good job Xinder! Your getting better now my job since you have your powers down is to get you to be able to control those powers at will..." she looked at him saying "Now what you want to do is breath deep breaths then squeeze your eyes closed and force your powers to turn off then open your eyes swiftly and they will be back to normal got it?" he nodded eyes still dark blue thenhe attempted to do what she said but failed then she sighed "This is going to take a while..." they continued to practice for hours as Xinder got better and better. At the end of his training later that day she said "Now turn your eyes dark blue, activate your powers!" Then he closed his normal eyes and then opened them and they were dark blue she high fived him and said "Nice! now change hem back to normal, or turn your powers off..." and so he did. She said "our ready to fight them, now go Xinder!" Xinder smiled saying "Can I keep the suit?" then she nodded in response saying "And my name is Tiana by the way..." he smiled waving goodbye to her as he exited the building suit still on saying to himself "Now I need to find and kill the jerks who put that note in my pocket" he walked out o the alley way and threw his hood up continuing "Though I need a lead..."
Mia took a shaky step forward, then another, faster and faster until she was running at a full speed. She didn't know where she was going. Home didn't even cross her mind once. Her mind just said Keep running. You will get answers if you keep running. Don't stop until you can find somewhere to hide. Trust him.
She skidded to a halt in front of a pathway on the side of the street.
The forest.
It was perfect.
For a horror movie.
She decided she'd rather not make things more terrifying than they already were and took off again. She finally found a good place: her aunt's house. Mia's aunt left her in charge of her house while she was on vacation, so she had a key, and a place to stay for a couple of days. A temporary hiding place was better than none...

Picking up the phone, she whispered an address into it, and added. "Send the first piece." Then, she grabbed her bag and checked the texts from one of her associates. Whatever info they were feeding her, it was what she needed.
Heading out of her base, she pulled the hood of her black hoodie over her head, and started the walk to pick up her first victim.
When Xinder walked out of the alleyway, if he looked down, there was a box, with his name written on it in big, black, lettering. If he opened it, he'd find himself staring at the severed hand of a human girl. Along with a note, that like the first, smelled of bleach, and said, "Happy not birthday. The game begins now."
A girl in a yellow sundress, called out to Mia. "Excuse me! Can you help me? I'm lost." She ran up to Mia, attempting to get her attention.

As he walked he stumbled upon a box opened it and dropped it quickly tears in his eyes he said to himself "Mia..." he rushed back down the alley way flew up and looked at the ground with precise vision he said "Need to find her, Need to find her, Need to find her, NEED TO FIND HER!" he was flying around the whole town looking for her.
"Huh?" she looked at the girl. "O-Of course I can..." she shook her head. "Sorry, I've had a stressful day. Wadd'ya need?" she asked, putting her hand in one of her sweater pockets to try to find the key her aunt had lent her.
"Well, I'm not sure where I am and... Oh-" She gasped in surprise as someone put a hand over Mia's mouth with a cloth of drugs to knock her out.
"Shoo." Avery waved the girl away, her grip on the cloth remaining tight until Mia either passed out or started fighting, whichever came first. She only hoped that the girl would simply pass out and make her job easier.

Xinder had continued his search then he said to himself "She's said her Aunt was out of town! So I need to find her Aunt's house maybe it's near the school that's the last place I haven't checked!" He began flying in that direction.
Mia's instincts told her to fight back. She swung, panicked, but after a few moments, she was slowing down.
What's going on!? Who's behind me!? she thought. She tried to turn her head, but even that was getting harder than it would normally be, and not just because they were pretty much holding her head, but because she started to feel tired. Really, really tired, and it wasn't long before she just passed out.

Dragging the girl, she put her in the back of a car with dark windows and started the drive to the building she'd had designed specially for this project. Arriving at a warehouse, she had two men help her carry the girl into the building and then down through the tunnels that lead into the sewers. Near the sewers, she'd made a special holding room for the girl, it had all the basic things the girl would need, a bed, bathroom, and a small kitchen with a fridge stocked with food. Once the door was locked, Avery put the building in lockdown, waiting patiently for the game to truly begin.
Xinder arrived at her Aunt's house she saw tire tracks then he sighed saying "They were just here!" so he decided to follow the tire tracks angrily hoping she was okay.
Many thoughts, memories, and dreams ran through Mia's mind. The memory of what had just happened, for instance.
Where am I going?
I have no idea
Obviously. You're me! she thought, getting into another mental argument. In one of her dreams, she was in a black room, with memories lit up everywhere. They played like movies: The fire drill, her aunt leaving, even all the way back to kindergarten graduation. She looked up at each one.

He followed and followed the tracks he was halfway to the destination he was determined he wouldn't, he couldn't let her die!
Mia woke up a few hours later.
"What the... Where even am I?" she asked, looking around. She got up to get a better look. It looked like a normal room... mostly, at least.
"Why am I even here...?" she asked, holding her head. She had a massive headache from whatever was used to knock her out.
