I'm looking for a furre-based setting with low to medium magic in a Time period that's located in some century between medieval and modern. Dieselpunk and old European occultism (think Lovecraft or Frankenstein) are my preferred aesthetics for this particular endeavor, but I can work outside of them if I must.
I like playing with writers that are interested in detailed world- and character-building and who are capable of commitments that are long term.
I'm not looking for a one-on-one and I'm not looking to start a group or build a setting of my own (yet), but if you or someone you know has any leads on a group or on players that are already doing this sort of thing, on or off of RPR, and they are open to new participants, please let me know! If you are very interested in the idea and are seriously willing to commit to its realization, let me know that, too.

Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.
Industrial revolution
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
