Ova saw Vita and as Vita asked her what's wrong, she went by her ear and said "Not here, it'll cause a panic, meet me some place private and make sure you guard your mind" as she walked away from Vita, Ova face with frustration
Vita stood still as Ova leaned towards her and whispered in her ear. Vita raised her eyebrow slightly, then drew back. "Okay. And don't worry, no one has ever read my mind. There's a reason for that." That might sound strange, but it's actually true. You simply CAN'T read her mind. It's one of Vita's many talents. Her magic blocks ANYONE from reading her mind, so not even the Captain would be able to. He would only hear silence or disturbance. Vita had a lot of magic power in her body and had practised her talents and kept them sharp and strong.
"If you wish to know more, meet me at the crows nest or I'll meet you in the kitchen and we can talk about it, if you want to know, there maybe consequences if we do talk about it, so its your choice" she said as she turns around to look at vita with seriousness in her eyes.

Wanna bet*a voice echoes in vitas head*
Vita hears the voice, but quickly shakes her head. "Shush!" She says and puts her hand over Ova's mouth. She needs to concentrate. Focuses on clearing her mind a little bit, and the wind. She thinks: "You're a goddamn perv." Well knowing that he can hear that thought, she sends in another telepathic message: "You're not actually as threatening as you think you are." After this 'message' she completely cuts all connection, creating nothing but static and interference. Even if he tried (and she's not thinking), he wouldn't be able to read her mind. He may be powerful, but so is she, and she's got a ringer. She's got a magical shield that protects her thoughts from being invaded or possessed. It's a shield, that can't just be turned off with a snap of your fingers.
*appears from behind post* you do know there is no escape right after all if you haven't noticed* points over to right* we left the dock awhile ago
"Ah man, so scared" Ova rolled her eyes as she did jazz hands at Night. "Alright, why not you tell everyone what happen to your last crew...Triton!" she yelled at him angrily, saying his true name that everyone on board would know.
She looked towards him, not showing any sign of emotion whatsoever. Her eyes were cold as ice, and she looked like someone, who didn't really care much. She didn't seem startled or surprised, neither did she seem like someone you wanted to step on. "Don't be ridiculous. "If you haven't noticed," she makes quotation-marks with her fingers and then continues: "We possess magic, just as you do. And a good advice: stay friends with the one, who makes your food, and the crew. Otherwise you could quickly have a mutiny on your hands." She was dead-serious as she spoke. The more he spoke, the more annoyed she became with his presence. He needed their help, yet he completely underestimated them.
Calm down ms dark lord ahhhh so scary......oh bite me* sounding bored*
But I like you vita you know how to stand up for yourself without being a bitch about it like some people
Ova took his assumption directed at her which made her even more mad than before. She marched up to his face and said "Triton, Night, whatever your called you better tell me and Vita the reason why you decided to take us on board, and if I don't see her answer satisfactory, you'll see the power of the second most powerful Dimensional Lord and can do to a mortal who can cast magic like you"
I AM NO MOTAL you are sailing into a pure rage filled maelstrom* breaths in deeply* listen as much as I'd love to tell you what this is all about I can't all I can say is that I'm doing this for my family so please for the sake of all the realms understand
When he said he liked Vita for her spirit and then afterwards insulted Ova, she raised her eyebrows. She prepared herself for the following fight, knowing that Ova would explode for what he said. One thing that Vita had learned during this short time she had known them was that Ova had a short temper. And correctly, she blew up and yelled at him. It got even weirder as he talked about the reason to why he did it. Vita calmed down a little by his words. "You're doing this for your family?" She sensed his desperation and could now understand why. It kind of changed the situation a little bit.
I've said all that I can return to your post please* jumps down onto mane deck without gaining a single scratch and returns to the helm*
Ova, still quite mad leaned towards Vita and whispered "I bet 5 silver that you and me are the only ones going to survive the storm he's heading us into" she teleported back to her post in the cows nest and stared at the impending storm off in the horizon, irritated in being left in the dark and only giving vague reasons for the purpose.
She looked at him and then nodded. There was no reason to push him any further. They couldn't get any more out of him anyway. She therefore turned her gaze to Ova, and then stared at the horizon. No doubt about that one. She just hoped they would all survive it. This wasn't gonna be easy and there were a lot of risks doing this. The ship could capsize and then there would be little chance of anyone making it besides Vita, Ova and the Captain. Instead of thinking anymore about it, she decided to head back to the kitchen, where she could best prepare herself for the following storm.
* the captain pulls out a small flask and opens the cap and prepares to drink only to discover it's empty* WHO DRANK ALL MY RUM!!!???.......why is the rum always gone?
"You drank it all last night, you rat bastard" she yelled down at the captain from nest, still mad
Well sounds like someone took her bitchy pills this morning* he shouts back up*
