((Six weeks is a very long time for an RP to be on pause. o-o that's over a month. We can just say she keeps scouting the downstairs for more passages or secrets? She'll always be one level below, keeping an eye out for anything coming up from the rear.))
When everyone was into place, Celestina opened the door. Slowly, carefully. It was a greenhouse. A greenhouse inside a tower. Very odd. She stepped inside, looking around cautiously. The plants were beautiful. All sorts of exotic trees, bushes and flowers. A light mist fell from the ceiling, watering the plants in intervals. "Wow..."
It didn't seem like a place that could do anyone harm. But Celestina was careful nonetheless. It was such a serene environment, it was hard for her not to relax.

The Sibling walked right behind Celestina, attentive yet blank eyes scouting the place. Blade unsheathed, ready for anything. He walked fearlessly, but not without caution. Plants.
Vegetation was a great place to hide traps and prepare an ambush. The one in white remained alert - he was the team's only hope, the others were all blundering fools.

The Ranger stepped around Celestina and scouted the visible parts of the room quickly. Only then did he lower his arrow and relax his grip. The room seemed ordinary enough for growing plants.. And none of the plants he could see were recognizably poisonous, but that didn't mean they weren't.
"Have you been here before?" He addressed Celestina over his shoulder.
"Have you been here before?" He addressed Celestina over his shoulder.
Celestina bit her lip at the question given to her. "Ah...not for a long time. Many things have changed since then." She took a few steps towards a plant. "I remember this flower. We found it together." She brushed her fingers along the petals. "It should have wilted by--" Something sounded. A creaking noise, like a door opening. Or closing. The door behind them shut. "Uhoh." No matter what they tried, it would not open again.
Sunflower jumped down to the ground in an almost over heroic body position. Landing with his tail held high and his back arched, he scampered over to the door to chirp at it angrily. The ferret sensed something malevolent around the door, or was it the room itself? Owaja sensed it too. Taking a few steps backwards, her backside bumped into a bushel of fern leaves sending them a-sway. For a short moment, nothing seemed to happen, though out of nowhere, she felt something slither against her legs which caused her to leap into the air with a shriek.
Turning around like a bolt of lightning, she fixed her attention on whatever it was that had touched her. There was nothing there. Or, at least that what it seemed like. Shrugging her shoulders, she turned back to take a look at the door, when something strong anchored itself to her leg. The thing, pulled with such a force it knocked her off balance and she fell face first on the ground. Twisting around to see what it was, her eyes widened in shock when she saw what it was.
Two vines had whipped out from the center of the fern bushel, and had somehow, attached themselves to her leg...and they were pulling her into the center of the plant. Struggling to rid herself of the vine that held her, her panic stricken mind didn't counter with a magic attack until she was nearly halfway near the plant.
Pulling her arms above her head, she shouted a word of incantation and shot a bright green orb at the vines. The orb acted as acid and ate away at the plant, causing the vines to wither and eventually snap; leaving her free, and a bit panic stricken.

Amelia stood in the shadows, no one had seen her yet and she was hoping to keep it that way. She took a deep breath and looked around the room keeping count of anyone she saw, if these were her captors she would make them pay. Annoyed at the fact that her previous attack had been so easily avoided, she closed her eyes and began to mumble words that to an untrained ear would seem like incoherent nonsense.
As she spoke another plant sprung to life, this time it would not be overtaken so easily. She gave her commands quietly and the plant began to rumble towards the others in the room, this time not so silently. It hissed as it approached lashing vines in all directions. "You wanna play rough, then lets go" Amelia whispered to herself with a sly smirk.

((P.s. guys; I talked to Amelia beforehand about how she could join in.))
Celestina was surprised at the sudden attack. She tried to reach out for Owaja, but by that time she was already giving a spell and that seemed to be that. Until someone started saying something and another plant tried to come towards them. "Stay back!" she instructed the others, drawing water from her pouch (like a waterbender from Avatar: The Last Airbender), then moving it quickly in a way to actually slice the plants with the fast-moving water.

Amelia watched the vines fall to the floor and grunted with disapproval, though she wasn't near giving up just yet. The large plant shot out three thick vines at least the size of a full grown adult in width and grabbed the girl who was using water to cut them. It wrapped around her ankles and pulled with a force that made the other plants around them shake.
As it began to pull it's vines back toward it's body the huge plant revealed a mouth, it's teeth razor sharp, dripping with a green ooze that seemed to be eating away at the other plants it came in contact with, glistened with an eerie glow. It's breath was seeping out like a noxious gas and was filling the immediate area around it turning the other plants a shade of brown before they withered away. Amelia grinned, it would take the girl at least a few minutes to cut through those big vines, which gave her time to figure out her next plan of attack

Dadj watched at the gnome dealt with the plants herself and then the water woman held her own. The first time, anyhow. Owaja was still recovering, the weasel thing was chattering angrily at the plant remains and Sitta had not moved to act yet. Sighing inwardly as he'd lost some of his confidence, Dadj tried to pull something from the bag... It was a foolish idea, as all he got was a handful of frogs... The amphibians bounced about the room, entirely frightened an confused as to where they were. The Ranger cursed audibly and unsheathed his twin short swords, coming to the conclusion that using an arrow might not be so safe.
He tensed and ran for the plant. Using his swords in tandem, he struck at the vines in two different strokes. First in an downward motion, then in an upward motion to saw away at the green menace from either side. It took too much time to cut just one, but Celestina was not entirely helpless. Her hands were free, which made her able to use the water as she wished after the initial panic. The Ranger and girl were getting entirely too close to the smog of poisonous gas and Dadj moved to start hacking away on the remaining green tentacle, while holding his breath.

Where was the Fencer? Well at first he didn't act, merely watching as the events unfolded. Others around him were fighting. He stood still... and in fact had his eyes closed. Taking it all in. The noises, the rain woman's words, the sound of terrified frogs and the Ranger's cursing. The sound of vines being cut, by both blades and... something liquid.
Then, amongst these noises, almost impossible to discern, a grunt. The elf was attentive. His enhanced senses alert.
It wasn't the ranger's, it was a woman's voice. It wasn't the rain woman's, as it didn't sound whiny and meek. It wasn't the wizard's, as it wasn't loud or obnoxious enough.
And it didn't come from the fray.
The Platinum Sibling opened his eyes, turned to where that grunt had come from, staring at the shadows with the ever neutral look on his face. Sword being held.
There it was. The plant beast was just a distraction.
The elf suddenly bent his knees slightly, and vanished, appearing within the second behind the humanoid figure he couldn't quite recognize, facing its back, raising his sword, holding it less than an inch away from Amelia's back.
"Yield."

Celestina was in a panic, of course, as the plant was suddenly dragging her to a mouth and smog!! She took a few moments to recollect herself and try attacking again with her water, but it was more difficult when she was also moving. Relief spread through her as Dadj came to her aid, but she still kept up her attack. They were getting far too close. Instead of attacking the vine, though, Celestina went for plan B. She looked up at the ceiling, the place where water was magically dripping down from various spots to water only certain plants at certain times. And she called it forth. All the water started coming down, like a hard shower of rain, and she splashed the water she was currently manipulating right at the fog. Clear it away with pure water. That was her plan.
Dadj managed to cut the vine as the downpour started. He glared at Celestina as he was instantly soaked. "I thought we were trying to stop the damn rain, Woman." With that, he turned on his heel and walked to the plant's "mouth". The gas had dissipated as intended and without that barrier, the Ranger was able to walk right up to the creature and slice it's face to ribbons.
Amelia watched as her minion was ripped apart with a sigh she began to chant once more but before she could finish she heard a voice from behind her, it seemed a calm voice but very stern. She glanced over her shoulder and saw an elf holding a sword to her back, she was good with a sword herself, when she was carrying one but all her belongings were taken.
She turned slowly to meet the swordsman then stepped back “I don't think that's possible”. A sly grin swept across Amelia's face as she spoke the last three words of the enchantment that brought a wall of vines and branches with sharp thorns between them. She turned quickly and disappeared under a pile of leaves, the rain was pouring down hard now, she could barely see where her captors were but she wasn't about to be caught again “What to do?” she thought to herself.

Sitta took a single step back when that wall, almost certainly the work of magic, appeared between him and the person, that the Fencer had recognized as a woman. Soaked under that heavy rain, and caring not, Sitta raised his sword and started slashing at the wall of vines, sadly not to much avail, since his beautiful sword the White Carnation was made for stabbing, not slashing.
The Sibling might as well be unaware he had allies within the room.

Celestina almost smiled at Dadj. Almost. "This is good rain." She stilled herself and listened, but not before giving a word of thanks to her rescuer. "Sitta, put your sword away." She listened. Intent, careful. "Dadj, over there!" She pointed in the direction that Amelia had disappeared. "I can hear the rain. It's different over there. Sitta's in the opposite direction, and you're here, so it can't be any of us. It's got to be our opponent." Being the rain-child that she was, she had talents like this.
"Who are you?" she said, loud enough to get to Amelia over the rain. "And why are you attacking us?"
"Who are you?" she said, loud enough to get to Amelia over the rain. "And why are you attacking us?"
Amelia sat there wondering if she should speak or not, it was obvious the girl knew where she was but whether or not she was ready to make it completely known to the rest of them was another thing all together. She looked at the floor and without a word pulled branches and vines into the shape of a sword, as she pressed them together it became dark and heavy with thorns protruding from all over the make shift blade. It had become as hard as steel and usable should the little elf decide he wanted to play again.
She stood slowly from her hiding place and looked directly at Celestina as she pulled vines up around her for protection. “I don't know who you are but you make lousy kidnappers!” Amelia shouted over the rain. “and if you think I'll go down without a fight you are sadly mistaken” She gripped the sword and waited.
((Sorry it took so long to reply, my daughter has been sick))

Celestina moved closer to Dadj. He was the one with weaponry, after all, since Sitta was farther across the room. "Kidnappers? What are you talking about?" She looked around for a moment, then back to the moment. "Please, wait! We don't want to fight. We're just trying to get to the person in this castle. Please, we don't want to hurt anyone we don't have to."
((I hope she feels better!))
((I hope she feels better!))
Sitta heard the rain woman's voice, but ignored it. Issuing an order to a Sibling? How dared she! He did pay good attention to the rest of her words.
"A coward who knows no Honor.", he said. Turning to the two figures he knew were Dadj and the rain woman (he could not see them very well due to the rain, but it was logical to assume it), he took a single step towards them and once again used the Gift of the Warrior to teleport to their side.
Three times in one hour. He knew that using that skill a fourth time could end in trouble. Now, the rain woman was between him and Dadj. "I will handle this woman, and I shall not do so with words. If she wishes a fight, she will have it. You in the meanwhile are to leave me and seek the one we came here to slay." With some luck, they would listen to him. He didn't trust the ones he considered idiots in the least, but he didn't feel like having to bear with them. He'd much rather fight a stranger. "Then do what you must. And do not let your foolish feelings cloud your sight."
He then slowly started walking towards Amelia, raising his sword. "One last chance to be gone, before I make you be gone." For someone who thought violence was barbaric, he was very willing to fight.

"Speak for yourself, woman. I would very much like to harm her. I'm soaked again." He did in fact resemble a sad puppy whilst being pelted by the rains. However, Sitta had just asked them to leave and Dadj lost his chance to chastise the girl. He sheathed his swords and stood in silence, waiting to see what Celestina would do before he chose to react.
Amelia watched as the elf moved closer to her, she really wasn't a fighter, but in situations like this she would do whatever it took to stay alive. Though as she heard the girl speak it was clear to her that something wasn't right, if these people weren't her captors then who was and why the hell were they here. She held tight her makeshift sword and moved away from the angry elf approaching her, the rain was still too heavy to see anything and she could hardly hear herself think, but the girl seemed to be the only sane one there.
She slowly manoeuvred her way through the plants until she was close enough to see the girls face, it was soft and pretty, not what she was expecting at all. Huddled under the leaves of a tree she cleared her throat “If you didn't kidnap me then who did?” Her voice was firm, but a little shaky, the cold rain was making her shiver.
(Terribly sorry, Soren was quite ill. After many trips to the ER and a lot of sleepless nights she's finally feeling better)
