So, Okay, I've been trying to send some pictures to a frind of mine on here, but every time i do, it only shows the URL ;-; Am i doing something wrong? Help please!
Depends on what, exactly, you're trying to achieve. Are you actually trying to upload an image from your computer to then show, or are you trying to display an image presently online?

The issue here is that you're linking to the page the image is on rather than to the image itself. For the img tags to work, the URL needs to be to the actual image file, which would end in .jpg, .png. or .gif (there are others, but those are the most common).
Deviantart isn't really meant as an image host host (at least for hotlinking), and so does not readily give that particular URL like many other image hosts do. You can find it by right-clicking on the image, though. However, some sites (if not meant to allow hotlinking) have protections from hotlinking, some sites have odd URLs that hide the actual file, and some sites periodically move things around, so the links will break.
