"You came in here with your swim suit on." She says and chuckles more.

"i haven't had a reason to take it off"

he says flatly

"Alrighty then." She said. "So do you want me to sleep in here again? Or if not I can go sleep on the couch. I really don't mind." She said.

"you can sleep here if you want...if you don't mind being close to me when im in just shorts"

"I don't mind." She says and she gets into the bed.

ion scoots over to give her some space

She lays down in the bed.

he almost reaches over to her, but thinks twice on it. getting that close to her while wearing just swim trucks? that might be passing a line with the young girl...

She closes her eyes...she's cold...the covers aren't enough to keep her warm apparently...

he glances over to her...she's shivering. against what he said before, he wraps his arms around her and pulls her against him. she shouldn't have to sleep cold.

She warms up... She sighs happily... "Thank you." She says.

"you're welcome"

Shadow soon fell asleep.

after being sure she was asleep, Ion began to ease his arms out from around her and get out of bed

Shadow slept peacefully unaware that he had gotten out of the bed.

"good"

he crept into the bathroom, coming out a few mins later fully dressed. he looked back once more to check she was still asleep before creeping out the front door and running into the night.

Shadow began to stir in her sleep a bit...she had started to have a nightmare...

meanwhile, ion had been out for little over two hours now. he had found what he was looking for. he decided it would be time to head home...morning was only a few hours away after all...

Shadow had begun to toss and turn as the nightmare progressed.

ion was almost home now. he just needed to take a break...running around for hours would do that to a person. he leans against a tree roughly a mile from his house to take a breather
