"Yes...Anything...Please stop..." She said in pain. She couldn't think straight...

BOY 3:"what do say guys? should we take her up on her offer?"

the boy said as he grabbed the front of her shirt.

Shadow didn't care what they did to her...Just as long as they stopped...

suddenly, the boy that was holding her ears and tail was gone.

She fell to the ground...The pain was gone...She put her hand on her ear...Then her other ear...She rubbed her tail a bit. She sighed relieved that the pain was gone.

she looked up to see the three boys in front of her slowly backing away...when she turned, she saw ion holding the last boy by his throat in the air.

"you DARE hurt her like that?"

he was MAD

Her side was in pain as was her stomach...she couldn't say anything. She only coughed up some blood that she couldn't cough up before. ~Ion...calm down...~ She thought to him. That was the only way she could say anything to him.

he didn't hear it..or if he did he didn't acknowledge it. the boy was running out of air fast and ions other hand lashed to life with lightning aimed at the other boys

Shadow couldn't stop him...she couldn't move...she didn't want to either. Not after what those boys just did to her...She looked at the boys in pain. More tears were streaming down her face.

a few tense moments passed.

"tell her you're sorry"

he said in a low growl.

Shadow looked at each of the boys...her vision was a bit blurry...

when none of them said anything, ion shot a bolt of energy into the bigger boys foot. the boy let out a blood chilling scream.

BOY: The boys looked at Shadow. "Sorry." They said.
Shadow looked at them in pain...blood dripped from her mouth.

satisfied, ion threw the body in his grip at the other knocking them all down like bowling pins.

"LEAVE"

came his yell

They ran off leaving Shadow and Ion.
~Thank you...~ She thought to him. She coughed up more blood...she was in bad shape. Her face was bruised from the punching and slapping. Her tail was bleeding because the boy's shoes had sharp things on the bottom of them. Her ears were torn a bit. Her side was bruised. She was crying from the excruciating pain...

ion leaned down and cradled shadow in his arms.

"oh god...are you gonna be ok? can you heal yourself?"

~I'm in too much pain...I can barely think...straight...~ She thought to him...barely...

his face fell. if she couldn't heal herself...what could he do?!

~Thank you...for saving me...~ She thought to him.

"shh...you need to concentrate on healing"

he said in a worried tone.
