The year is 2078
In 2018 a plague broke out and ravaged the face of the Earth. The world population is cut down to a third of what it was. After the disease runs its course, finally dying out in 20, a small number of survivors discover something miraculous. The disease has left them with paranormal powers such as telekinesis, superhuman strength and speed, mind control, and an eternal lifespan. These people begin to take control using their newly gained abilities, conquering the human race and one another. The most prominent and brutal of these regimes is the Imperium, led by a man called the Imperius. They rule over Asia, Russia and Western Europe. They keep order with constant propaganda and their augmented police force, APF for short. These officers are cybernetically enhanced and trained to treat any dissent with deadly force, and many are just shells of humans, as the government, when it needs new officers, capture random citizens and augment then brainwash them. As grim and bleak as half the world under the Imperium is, there is still a resistance. Calling themselves the Militiamen, the group uses guerrilla tactics against the Imperium and the APF, committing acts such as sabotaging propaganda, destroying supplies that are essential to the Imperium, and so on and so forth. Recently, the Militiamen have gotten hold of a very important asset. The "instructions" to create their own augmented humans...

This rp will take place in London, now called Новая Москва, or New Moscow.
Players may play...
-Militiamen
Main objective for the Militiamen is to rescue and recruit people who were being augmented, combat APF's, assassinate the Imperius
-APF
Main objectives for APF is to wipe out resistance, recruit/force more people into APF (Haven't thought of a ton of ideas for APF so we may just stick to Militiamen and others)
-Augmented humans
(I've thought out this tole the most so it is likely we will have a lot of people using it)
-When you underwent the procedure,and rescued by the Militiamen you lost large segments of your memory. You are now trying to find someone you remember while being hunted by the APF (Or you don't lose memory and you're just trying to find family or something
-You are out for revenge on the government for what they did to you.
-You were a Militiaman who was wounded heavily in combat and then augmented by your fellows. You are now ready to wreak havoc on the APF and hunt down the Imperius.

I'd like this to be kind of a fast paced action centered rp with cyborg characters being able to fall from huge heights, perform awesome martial arts, trickshots if you will, and of course, plenty of parkour.

*It was dark out, around two in the morning. John was seconds away from being spotted by the APF patrol, he had to think fast. He looked at the patrolman who was coming closer and closer to him. John looked around to see if he could hide somewhere, when there was a crashing sound like dishes. The patrol man turned around to look at it, and thats when john grabbed his collar yanking him to him and kicking out his knee, putting the patrolman on his knee and choking him until he stopped moving. John dragged the unconscious man behind a building and taking his keys. He moved to the storehouse to disable it*

I was running from rooftop to rooftop trying to get my destination.I found out that the APF where having a patrol nearby.I saw there patrol they weren't patrolling looks they are on break they were sitting in a circle with there weapons.I decided to to go in fist blazing.I jumped off the roof right into the center making a crater knocking some of them over."whose ready to party."They all pulled the triggers on there guns right before the bullets hit me i disappeared.Now the real fun began.

John heard a crash and gunfire outside of his location far in the distance "Shit" he jumped behind a stack of boxes as a small vehicle driven by the APF rolled through to see what the gunfirr was, after it had passed he jumped out and sprinted to his objective, the small storehouse on a ridge above the base. As he approached it to place the charges he heard talk inside. Looking through the window he saw two APF soldiers. He hunped up and quickly took the down with his rifle. He entered the storehouse through a doorway and placed and armed the charges. Outside someone was walking towards the storehouse. "Whos there" John heard this and wheeled around

A loud bang could be heard as John wheels around. In the darkness, an APF officer emerges and falls flat on his face. From said darkness, a black adult man appears. He stands at nearly 6"10', and wears the garb of what appears to be reminiscent of a cowboy. He holds in his right hand a large revolver, which is fresh from the previous shot it took. He twirls the revolver around for a few seconds before blowing at the barrel to cool it, and thrusting it into his holster. "Relax mate, I ain't gonna hurt ya." He slowly takes the first step toward John, his shoes making a slight creaking noise as he makes his approach.

"Who are you?" John scanned the area to see if he had been spotted "I was sort of going for a silent approach." Despite being a good height himself, John was a dwarf compared to the man laid before him.

He stops in his tracks and smiles slightly. He starts giggling and shakes his head. "Call me Tai. Besides, I'm never one for stealth. It's much easier to just mow down them Imperium fellas with a good ol quick-draw." He reaches for his revolver with almost lightning speed and juggles it for a few seconds and making 'pew' sounds as he pretends to fire it. He gives it a final spin on his finger before holstering it back, laughing.

John slung his rifle over his shoulder as he went over to search the APF soldier's body for anything of use to him. He drew from him a small drive. "Whatever you are here for it can't be against me so I see no harm in telling you." He looked up at Tai "Im here to take a certain item from a storehouse and make sure that storehouse ceases to exist afterwards. What are you here for 'Tai'?"

"The exact same reason mate." He kneels down and examines the dead APF officer, taking out a pistol with a full magazine from the officer's holster, the pistol likely to be of semi-automatic design. Noticing the officer's thick armour, and potentially expensive equipment, he grins. He quickly removes the officer's vest and slings it across his shoulder. "Don't worry cobber, I'm with the militiamen... for now..."

"Then stay close" John swiftly turned and headed towards the building housing his target. He stood in the shadow of a building across from the store house. He rolled out a small drone which got some reconnaissance information. There was two guards on towers above the storehouse and a few patrolling in front. John turned to Tai and said "How do you want to handle this?"

Tai followed after John, easily keep up with him, his duster rippling in the wind, and the armour slung on his shoulder weighing on his large frame. After having followed John to the building across the storehouse, he pulls out his revolver. As much as he'd love to mow them down willy-nilly, his impulses would surely lead to their deaths. "How good a marksman are you? Take out the tower guards, lemme handle the ones on the ground." He spins the cylinder of the revolver and giggles quietly, his eagerness beginning to get the better of him.

John rose his rifle and sat for a few moments doing some wuick geometry and such. He raised his rifle "Go." He quickly raised and fired. There was a light sound and then, another as both tower guards fell John looked at the ground guards to see how Tai was faring.

As soon as John opened fire, Tai dive rolls out of the shadows. He quickly draws his revolver with lightning speed and unleashes a wave of bullets at the guards, each of the six rounds hitting them in vital areas. Tai smiles and twirls his revolver before putting it back in its holster. "Oh yeah... I still got it."

John stayed crouched, ran to the door and looked at a small panel on the side. First he tried to kick it with no luck, he then withdrew from his belt a small device and began pushing and sliding buttons. Then there was a faint click from the door. John pushed the door open rifle up and looked around. Moving to the back he found his prize. A large white drive containing valuable data within. He then armed a charge in the middle of the room. John strode to the open doorway and waited for tai to do his business within this storehouse.
