I'm searching for a human female, preferably teen to young adult. She can have any type of personality. I'm open to most characters and am willing to make exceptions on certain limitations.

Growing up in such a large town it was easy to forget that there are still shrines. Most have been turned into parks, in which the shrines are attractions. Some still stand to this day. But on the side of the mountain there is a long set of stairs leading to an abandoned shrine. For in that shrine lies a legend of a dragon spirit. They say he was bound to the shrine by ancient priests, sworn to protect and defend the shrine. They say that bad luck comes to those who try to destroy or deface it as it is still protected by the lonely dragon spirit.
There's also a legend about the dragon that claimed he'd loved a young girl. And everyday since she died he sat at the shrine waiting for her return. Which to this day she hasn't.
But those are just legends. And your teachers keep saying thats all they are. There's no such thing as a dragon spirit. And she's assigned you and two of your classmates to that shrine for a volunteer project. Youre going to go up there and fix it up! Or will you be able to?
I'm open to more ideas towards this, this was just a base idea for it. Feel free to PM if you are interested I don't bite.
