PLOT:
It's a cool night in the small town of Peicho. A young teenage girl stands on the shore of the beach, the water just barely brushing the bottom of her boots as she stands there. She has a small cloth satchel with her, the satchel filled with sea-shells. A collection she had grown rather fond of recently. She is alone. A lone soul on the beach, or atleast, so she believes. A soft song escapes past her lips, a song, she is singing to herself as she looked up at the setting sun. Her favorite time of day. A day--when all the sorrows of the world seem to fade. Though there is a twist to such innocence...the girl was in the newspaper for being missing. She was a runaway.
Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Modern
A peaceful setting, but with a chance for small fights and struggles to break out on a very small scale.
