"Moon..." said Chika as she clutches Moon in her arms. She then stares hard on Viviana "Mistress Viviana--"

"Come on, Mistress Chika, surely you know that I'm not capable of harming people. All I wanted to do was to play with her since she did say that she was trying to be funny. I was only playing along." said Viviana

"Hmm... I guess that's true that you hate hurting people, especially since Moon here is our friend, still can you at least be a bit more considerate and gentle with her?" asked Chika

*Sigh* "Okay, okay... I'm sorry, Moon..." said Viviana as she give an elegant bow to Moon in apology

After a while, a beam of light shoots out of the very center of the core as then all the surround machines begin to become very active.

"Wow... Is that?" asked Viviana

"Yes, the core has been fully restored, so now I should be able to recover soon. Although now that the core has been fixed, I think this is a good time to investigate that interesting thing around here, and I think I know who to call to answer such a question." said Vermillion

She sighed. "I was playing around too." She said. She looked to Vermillion. "Who?" She asked.

"Well at this point, I'm pretty sure that you've already met, isn't that right...other me?" said Vermillion

Just then Vermillion's silhouette appears, still the same as ever when the three first met.

"So you've called me... I think I can guess why..." said Vermillion's silhouette

"Yes, it is, do you know anything about the mysterious thing that I can somewhat sense in my Life Crystal?" asked Vermillion

"...You'll have to find it yourself... But I'm sure you can easily sense it out, and when you do, you'll be surprised... Farewell..." said Vermillion's silhouette

Afterwards Vermillion's silhouette disappears.

"Well so much for that... Although I did managed to sense it out pretty easily before this problem happens. Maybe I can easily sense it out again." said Vermillion

Vermillion then focuses as he immediately senses it out already, surprising him.

"Wow, that was quick! I can already sense it! We need to head back to the beginning, outside at the sunset shorelines." said Vermillion

"I see, then let's go." said Viviana as she helps Vermillion by holding on of his shoulders like before

"Thanks for the help, Viviana." said Vermillion

"But of course; you are my Master." said Viviana with a smile

She gets back into her Neko form and helps him on his other side.

"This looks vaguely familiar... I wonder if this means... Nah, I think it's best not to think about that now..." said Vermillion lost in his thoughts

"Persistent aren't you, Moon? I still won't lose to you." said Viviana telepathically

"This is quite exciting to see. I wonder who will win, Lord Vermillion's heart?" said Chika lost in her thoughts

It didn't take long for the group to take the portal back to the Cathedral.

~You will lose!~ She thought to Viviana.

"Ooo... I think the tension is rising very rapidly. Good, good... This is what I would like to see: A love triangle for Lord Vermillion's heart. Who will win it all? Will it be Viviana, long time servant to Lord Vermillion who just about follows him everywhere he goes to help and serve his every need? Or will it be the newcomer, Moon, who is a Neko Goddess that was saved by Lord Vermillion twice, and is a very cute and sweet girl to boot that you can't help but to like her. I can't wait to see with dying anticipation, though I think Lord Vermillion may have an inkling about what's going on, but if he admits it, it'll put him in a very tough spot. Oh...I wonder if... Oh! I don't want to say it, as it's better not to think about it any more since Moon can read our thoughts. Oh Moon, you sneaky little Neko you..." said Chika deep within her thoughts

After a while, despite both Viviana and Moon making Vermillion slightly uncomfortable, the group arrives outside into the sunset grassland shore view. Right back where the three started.

"Hmm... Interesting... The feeling is starting to get weaker the more closer we get to it. Finding it may be somewhat of a challenge here, but I have to know what this interesting feeling is. I'm sure it has to be a secret of some kind." said Vermillion

"Well whatever it is, I hope that we can find it." said Viviana

"I just hope by the time we get back that it's not late." said Chika

"That too, and I hope I can wake up, completely refreshed, by tomorrow." said Vermillion

She nodded. "I hope so too." She said. She looked to Chika. ~I may be a sneaky Neko, but I'm a smart sneaky Neko.~ She thought to her with a chuckle.

"Ever heard of invasion of privacy? Not that we don't mind since we're very close friends. That's why I'm going to choose my words very carefully from now on, and I'm sure everyone else is going to as well." said Chika telepathically

Vermillion continues to look around for, but no matter how far he walks, or look around, the feeling varies very little in order to point him in the right direction.

*Sigh* "This is going to take a while, ladies... I can't get a good lock on the location on where it's at... I wish I got a sign, or something..." said Vermillion

She looked at Chika with a smirk. ~Wise choice Chika. But if you don't mind. I like it when you talk as if we're in a battle and you're the Narrator.~ She chuckled. ~It makes it all that more interesting!~ She smiled. She looked to Vermillion. "I hope we find it soon." She said.

"I guess that's fair. I admit I had fun with that bit of dialogue." said Chika telepathically

"Hmm... I wonder..." muttered Vermillion

"What is it, Master?" asked Viviana

"I think I'm going to try a magical pulse. Perhaps I can use this to get a reaction of some kind to see if I can better sense the thing we're looking for." said Vermillion

"I see, but would that be a bit dangerous with the current amount of power you have?" asked Viviana

"Not to worry, Viviana, I just recently obtain enough, so one should be just fine." said Vermillion

"Okay...I'll trust you... Just be careful, Master..." said Viviana

"Leave it to me, I know my limits. Anyway, here I go!" said Vermillion

Vermillion then focuses his body into his body to create a red aura surrounding him. A few seconds later, once the energy peaks enough to be felt by everyone else, Vermillion expels the energy into one pulse that quickly spreads throughout the land.

"And now...we wait..." said Vermillion

Vermillion then closes his eyes as he then stands completely still.

(Please don't muddle with the fourth wall. There could be consequences...Not really... )

She nodded and waited... She chuckled in her mind. ~I'm going to win this.~ She thought to Chika and Viviana.

"No, I'm going to win! Master is mine!" said Viviana telepathically

"Oh I love you both... You two are just the cutest of friends..." said Chika telepathically as she tries to contain her joy

Vermillion still continues to wait for a reaction as he stands completely still...like a statue...

~Vermillion is MINE!~ She thought to Viviana. She smirked. ~He is MINE!!!~ She chuckled in her mind.

"My, my... It's is just me, or the tension is so thick that it can't be cut by anything? The strong burning passion these two women share is beyond admirable. I can't wait to see how this is going to go." said Chika deep within her thoughts

Viviana smiles very unamusingly, but at the same time she's also a bit angry at her for trying to steal away the one that she loves the most. She has been with Vermillion for years, and against Moon she's only known him for at least over a week now, Viviana refuses to lose to someone that only knows for such a short amount of time.

However, after a few more seconds of growing tension...

"I GOT IT!!!" yelled Vermillion, sensing a positive reaction

"Eep! M-Master, you scared me..." said Viviana as she jumps up

"Ah! I'm sorry, I'm sorry... I didn't mean to yell..." said Vermillion nervously

"It's okay... It just surprised me that's all... So you found where it's at?" asked Viviana

"Yes, it's behind us but it's a bit far away." said Vermillion

"But if we go behind us, that will take us to the ocean... Ah! Don't tell me..." said Viviana as she realizes something

"Yes, the secret is in the ocean somewhere, and it also holds a big secret." said Vermillion

"What kind of secret, Master?" asked Viviana

"You'll all see when we get to the edge. For now, let's head in that direction." said Vermillion

"Okay~" said Viviana cheerfully

She nodded. She followed them. Her tail lashed a bit...

"Hmm... Moon is getting a bit angry with her tail lashing about... I hope this doesn't end up breaking their relationship... I wanted this to be fun...not like this when they're at each other's throats..." said Chika deep within her thoughts

It took the group ten minutes to arrive at the very edge of the ocean.

"Okay... Now the trick to this is that, believe it or not, is that there's an invisible pathway that leads to an area that activates a secret area. There are, however, multiple branching paths, and we can't cheat this one by flying over to the location...that means you, Moon... I can project all the pathways for a while, but I won't be able to move, so it's up to you ladies to find the switch to activate the secret area. I know you can do it as I have complete faith in all of you... Oh and please work together okay?" said Vermillion with a calming smile at the end

"Leave it to me, Master~" said Viviana cheerfully "Something tells me that he knows what's going on between us..."

"I'll do my best for you, Lord Vermillion." said Chika "As expected, I think he knows, and I think he's not going to do anything about it...I think..."

"Alright..." She said. She looked at the water and didn't take her eyes off it...She wasn't lashing her tail because she was angry...She was lashing her tail because she was afraid.

"Don't worry Moon, the water isn't as bad and dangerous as you may think it is...although, just in case, I think I'll have either Viviana or Chika escort and cover you. Of course, if you don't want to do this then I completely understand, the maze isn't all that big, so it can be easily done with only two people." said Vermillion

"I don't mind helping Moon if she ask me. In fact I'll be more than happy to, just say the word." said Viviana

"Of course, me being her best friend the longest, it's only natural that she'll choose me, right Moon?" said Chika with a smile

"Are you serious? There's too much strong feelings and camaraderie with this group...and it doesn't help that I'm the only guy here... Urk! I'm not that kind of guy... I'm not that kind of guy... I'm NOT that kind of guy... *Gulp*" said Vermillion deep within his thoughts

She chuckled. "I appreciate it, but I need to face my fears." She said. "I'll go without an escort." She smiled. "I'll be fine."
