*Sigh* "Sure...go right ahead... You can sleep in your cat form that will give you more than enough space to sleep beside him... Also, with our combined bedding space, there's not going to be a lot of room since we'll be sleeping together, so this works out to everyone's...favor..." said Viviana

"Guess it can't be helped then... I'll help you set up, Mistress Viviana..." said Chika

Chika helps Viviana set up the makeshift bed, completing it in such little amount of time. Viviana then checks on the cushion of the three stacked mattress pads as she found that it's good enough to sleep on top of them. Viviana then gets ready to go to bed as Chika does the same.

"Being a Neko that can turn into a small cat really has it's advantages, right Moon?" said Chika deep within her thoughts

~Yes it does Chika.~ She thought to her. She got into her cat form and layed beside Vermillion.

Vermillion's body doesn't move at all, but he does breathe very normally and silently as he continues to sleep without snoring. Viviana and Chika finishes up setting up their makeshift bed as they go to sleep immediately until Chika says "Good night" to Moon as the two of them goes fast asleep.

"Good night." She replies as she curls up close to Vermillion. She falls asleep.

It didn't take long for the next morning to come around, but still a significant time has passed. Once the sunlight got through their window, Viviana wakes up first to go outside to get some food for breakfast. Chika was the second one to get up as she starts to pack up both Viviana's and her things for getting ready for the trip once they are ready. Meanwhile, Vermillion continues to sleep peacefully, but he will wake up soon.

She continues to sleep.

20 minutes later, Chika finishes packing up all the stuff, save for a stewpot, bowls, and utensils for breakfast as they're kinda forced to eat stew for the time-being. 5 minutes later, Viviana returns from shopping around for breakfast as she now heads to the table to chop up the ingredients for the stew. A few more minutes has passed as Vermillion now wakes up, feeling a bit refreshed as he very carefully moves out of the bed so they don't wake Moon up as he then helps out Viviana and Chika getting ready for breakfast.

A few minutes later, she wakes with a yawn.

"Good morning, Moon~" said Chika cheerfully as she was the first one to notice her being awake

"You woke up as we're getting breakfast ready. Unfortunately, all we got right now is stew with vegetables. We hope that's okay with you." said Viviana

"So how are you feeling after the craziness that was yesterday... A troll elimination, a journey through my Life Crystal's space, and then finally your dream of being attacked by Icarus... What a day...hopefully we don't get another one like that for a long while..." said Vermillion

"I see, but at least it was somewhat enjoyable..." said Chika

"I guess I can agree, but I rather not have the fighting..." said Viviana

Eventually everyone gets done with preparing the stew as Vermillion starts up the fire on the table while Viviana starts cooking it.

She gets into her Neko form and gets off the bed. She stretches. "Yep...I'm fine with stew Viviana." She said. "As for yesterday...I'd rather forget some of it..." She said with a shiver.

"Understandable." said Vermillion as he adds a little more fuel to the fire

"We actually really work well together when it comes to cooking on the fly like this. Lord Vermillion has the fire, Mistress Viviana with the cooking, and I provide the water, give or take the natural necessities of cooking right here. Anyway what kind of stew we got, Mistress Viviana?" said Chika

"It's a beef and vegetable stew with rice. Of course there's the matter of not having any other drinks besides water." said Viviana

"Well have to make do until we get to the kingdom of Rosary. Wait...Lord Vermillion, did you pack any drinks in your pushwagon?" asked Chika

"Well I pack a few things, but those are for use of emergencies. We're in a village so I rather not have it used up for now." said Vermillion

"Aww... Okay, I understand...water it is then..." said Chika

~Chika. I once had to go without food or water for 3 days straight...Not to seem offensive, but...It offends me when people want more than what they are given. I'm sorry if this offends you.~ She thought to Chika. She then went over to Chika and hugged her.

"I understand, it's just that this practically the first basic meal we have had in a long time since we eat more sophisticated foods. Also that must've been very rough for someone as sweet as you." said Chika telepathically as she hugs Moon back

A few minutes later as Viviana finishes the stew.

"Okay, it's ready. I've made enough for seconds too, so have your fill since we're likely walking the entire way to Rosary." said Viviana

"Well we're used to travel to long distances on foot, so this is nothing special. We may take a break or two along the way." said Vermillion

The three has taken up their stew as they begin eating it while Chika magically gives everyone a cup filled with fresh spring water with her magic.

"Thank you Chika." She said. She smiled and took a deep breath. "This smells great Viviana and Vermillion." She said.

"Glad that you're enjoying it." said Viviana

"So after this we should get going, right?" asked Chika

"Yes, and judging by how the day is right now, we might make it to Rosary by close to sunset." said Vermillion

"That is...if nothing bad happens by going through the forest that borders the two towns..." said Viviana

"We'll be fine. A forest got nothing on us." said Chika

The three finishes up their first helping as they now have a second one.

She finishes eating, but she never eats much so she's full.

"As expected of what Moon said to me earlier before we left that she doesn't eat as much. You're quite a hardy person, Moon." said Chika with a smile

"Well if you do get hungry later we do have snacks, but it'll be best to best conservative throughout the journey." said Viviana

The three finishes up their seconds as they start to clean up the dishes. The small extras was stored in a plastic food container to save for later if anyone wants it. After 10 minutes of cleaning and storing the dishes, everyone is ready to go.

"Okay, we now have everything, so is everyone ready to go?" asked Vermillion

"Yes." said Chika

"We're sure to have everything as I double-checked everywhere. We didn't forget anything." said Viviana

"And are you ready to get on the road, Moon?" asked Vermillion

She nodded. She smiled. "Yes I am." She said. "And if I do get hungry, I can save us the leftovers by hunting myself." She said.

"Well I hope it doesn't come to that as there can be some dangerous animals up ahead, but we'll see. Also we're quite a hardy bunch as well, so you shouldn't worry about us. In any case, let's go everyone." said Vermillion

Vermillion was the first to leave, followed by Viviana, and then Chika with Moon at the rear, as they close and lock the door from the inside. The group then makes their way out of town, saying farewells to the very few people outside currently during this rather cold day. Once they get on the pathway to Rosary, the three ponders about various unimportant things while they keep an eye on anything suspicious.

She walks with them quietly.
