"Yeah, especially since we also want you to enjoy your trip out to sea." said Vermillion

30 minutes has passed as then the group finally touches down on the pathway that leads to Vilnius. They now continued their way off of the earth platform, still having quite a bit of time before sunrise.

"We're now at the final stretches. Hopefully no more obstacles to get in our way until our task is completed." said Vermillion

She nodded in agreement. "Hopefully."

The group continues on the pathway leading to Vilnius, hopefully to get there soon, even though it'll likely be close to actual morning by the time they get there. The group walked for a 2 hours as sunrise is about to start, signaling the start of early morning. During that time Chika decides to come out, so now everyone is outside.

"Well we knew that we wouldn't get to Vilnius by the time sunrise starts, more or less later during the morning. We're trying to shoot for at least morning at around 8 or 9 o'clock, so we can start treating the sick as the day goes by. Viviana, as we approach Vilnius, I want you to relay the information if the plague is contagious in any way; if so then we may need to wear special clothing in order to treat the infected... Especially though we can't be inflected by it, we don't want the population to know what we truly are as we're afraid what they make think of us." said Vermillion

"I understand, Master." said Viviana

"Hopefully it's not as bad, more or less that it's dangerous that we won't get sick by it...especially you, Moon..." said Chika as she looks at Moon

She nodded. "Hopefully." She said. She smiled at Chika.

Another hour has passed, and soon the sun has risen on a new day. It's early morning now past 7 o'clock (If they have a clock) as the group continues on their way to Vilnius. Viviana has given her report about the plague, thankfully it's not contagious airborne, but it can be transferred via human body contact without silization. Because it can spread by contact, the group decides to wear special clothes and gloves as they treat the infected which was prepared beforehand by Vermillion stashing the suits in another hidden compartment of his pushwagon.

Another hour has passed, but the group can now finally see their goal in sight. Vilnius is just ahead.

"It's been a long and rough journey, but we're finally here." said Viviana

"Indeed it has, but we still did have some fun in some ways." said Vermillion

"Yeah...we have..." said Chika as she hugs Moon's arm gently

"Master, I'm sure you want to report to the Governor before treating the citizens, yes?" asked Viviana

"Yes. We'll require a town announcer, and a place to set up. We'll also require other small neccessities, such as water, towels, and food materials to make those lollipops." said Vermillion

"Oh? You want me to make those lollipops? What a good idea." said Viviana with a smile

"Well I'm sure we'll be dealing with children, but another reason is because your candies are special when you add a bit of your ingredients on it. You do have it correct?" said Vermillion

"Never leave home without it as it's my favorite ingredient in my desserts." said Viviana with a smile as she shows them a small bottle that she got from her pocket

"Very well. You should go on ahead to start making them as Chika assesses the situation around Vilnius. What are you going to do, Moon? You can go with any of us if you wish, but if not then please be careful if you go off alone. Though we have the medicine, I don't want to see you sick..." said Vermillion

She nodded. "I'd like to go with Viviana. I'd like to see how you make these lollipops. Maybe I could make some of my own as well." She said.

"Okay, Moon, let's have fun together~" said Viviana with a smile

"Then I'll head out to assess the situation, and see if I can round up some healthy volunteers... Even though we only have the four safety suits don't we, Lord Vermillion?" asked Chika

"Unfortunately that's all we have, as I got one for each of us. Still, getting the volunteers will be helpful as they can help clean up and recycle all the empty bottles and needles when we're done." said Vermillion

"Will it be okay that if I'm done early that I can come see you while you're meeting the Governor?" asked Chika

"Sure, I don't mind, but don't be surprised that I'll be done early. I'm just going to meet him, tell us that we're arrived and ready to help, and request a few staff to gather the necessities. It shouldn't take no more than ten minutes with him." said Vermillion

"I see...I understand... Well I'll just try my best to help out in anyway I can." said Chika

"I know you will. I'm counting on everyone to do their best as these people really need our help. We're doing this not to just improve our ties and relationships with the city, but to do our duty has friendly envoys to make the world a better place." said Vermillion

Both Viviana and Chika nod in agreement as they'll soon arrive in Vilnius in another 20 minutes.

She nodded with a bright smile.

The group arrives inside the city of Vilnius 20 minutes later. As they walk through, they can see a couple of people noticeably getting worse thanks to the plague. A lot of coughing and moaning sounds can be heard throughout the streets as they now arrive at an four-way intersection.

"This is worse than we've ever feared. We must hurry and start. My destination is down here, so I'll meet you three later." said Vermillion as he went down the western path on route to the Governor's Office

"It truly is saddening to see them like this... Come, Moon, I remember there's a candy shop around the eastern part of town which we can use to make my lollipops." said Viviana

"I really hope I can find some people that can help us... This really does look bad..." said Chika as she begins to head north to look for some volunteers

She nodded and followed Viviana.

The group has been apart for 10 minutes trying to do their tasks; Vermillion has arrived at the Governor's Office as he went inside to conduct his business with the Governor; Chika has gotten some healthy volunteers as she directs them to carefully spread the news that they have medicine, and that it's going to be distribute to the public within the hour; and finally Viviana and Moon has found a candy store as they head on inside to speak with staff inside by ringing a bell on the counter.

"Excuse me. I was hoping if we can borrow your candy making machines to make special lollipops for the sick." said Viviana

Soon a somewhat tall man came out to see Viviana and Moon.

"You want to use my shop to make candies for the sick? Why?" asked the man

"Think of it as an extra afterthought once we finish treating the sick. I can make special candies that helps heal sick people by putting in a special batch of my sweeter into your candies to make them potent along with the medicine that we're going to distribute." said Viviana

"...I don't know...especially adding something strange to my candy making process... How do I know that you won't sabotage my shop?" asked the man

"I would never do anything like that as I promise that I'll be very careful with your shop. I'll even clean up anything that I used, and anything else that you want me to do." said Viviana

"Hmm... You promise to not only to clean up your messes, but also help with my shop's cleaning? Hmm... I have been a bit behind in my cleaning, as well as some of my apparatuses can use some inspection and cleaning. If you can do that, I'll let you use my shop." said the man

"Then it's agreed. We were hoping to inspect your apparatuses first before starting anyway, so we'll head on back to get started. We could also use your help as we need to get these candies made in 30 minutes at the least." said Viviana

"30 minutes is quite a short amount of time, and you said that you're going to give the candies to the sick? That's a lot of people in such a short amount of time..." said the man

"We can, and we will, but only if we work hard and work together. Anyway, let's get started." said Viviana

Viviana heads on to the back of the shop to inspect the candy making processes and machines as she gathers information on which apparatuses that she needs to make her special lollipops.

She helps Viviana as needed.

Viviana finishes her inspection on what machines that she want to use as she then starts to carefully clean them to make sure that nothing dirty gets into them when she starts making them. It took her 5 minutes to completely clean all the machines spotlessly as she then starts to make her candies on the machine, adding in her special ingredient into the candy mixture as it's being made.

"Okay, we're making good time here. Anyway my friend here, Moon, wants to borrow your apparatuses as well in order to make her own candies if that's okay." said Viviana

"Sure, go right ahead then." said the man

"Perfect. What can I help you with in order to make your candies?" asked Viviana

"I only need to add some certain ingredients." She said.

"I see... I suppose that if you're fine with it you can use the other apparatuses that I'm not using." said Viviana

"Fine by me, but be sure to inspect them first before starting." said the man

"Right." said Viviana

Viviana then inspects and clean the rest of the machines around the candy shop, taking her about 10 minutes to finish up for Moon to start with her candies. Meanwhile, Viviana's candies are about done as then it starts spitting out lollipops at a moderately fast rate.

"Good, good... We're making great time..." said Viviana

She started with hers and made them with a variety of flavors. All using the edible cat nip that she had.

As Viviana and Moon get their candies done, the man suddenly feels pretty light-headed as he decides to sit down to rest. Viviana quickly notices this as she heads on over to see him.

"Are you okay, sir? You don't look so good..." said Viviana, concerned for him

"Don't worry... I'm just tired..." said the man, trying to sound normal

"...Well let me feel your head just in case..." said Viviana as she then touches his head as she soon let out a gasp "My goodness, sir, you're running a pretty high fever! You may even be coming down with the plague..."

Viviana then gets the man up and support him on herself.

"Moon, I'm taking this gentleman down to get him some treatment. Try and keep an eye on things until I return. You don't need to worry about my lollipops." said Viviana

Viviana then helps the man out of his candy store, and into the streets were they're heading to someplace on where he can get treated at.

She nods before they leave and watches things as she waits for them to return.

As Moon keeps watching the shop, 10 minutes later, the machines that Viviana used to make her lollipops has stopped making any more as it continues to run, awaiting for someone to turn it off. Meanwhile, with Viviana and the man, she found a place to temporarily treat him of his fever, but without the medicine from Vermillion's Pushwagon she can only do so much before it gets worse. She did the best that she could as she told the people to stay away from him for a few minutes until she comes back to take him to the place where they'll give the medicine to the citizens. Viviana then makes her way back to the candy shop to help out Moon, and retrieve her candies.

Meanwhile, with Vermillion, after speaking with Vilnius' Governor, he then heads out to go to a medical place that he was told about that he and his friends can use to treat the sick that is pretty close to the intersection that the four split up, but it's on the northern side. While he heads to the medical place, as he was passing by a few of the sick, he told them about the medical treatment that he'll give to all of the citizens, and that they should follow him if able to the place that that he'll distribute it.

Meanwhile, with Chika, she was able to round up 12 able volunteers to help out Vilnius with its crisis as she then heads back to the intersection where they split up to hopefully meet Vermillion there. She eventually bump into him as she was then told about the place that they're going to treat the citizens. With that knowledge, and seeing some of the sick following him, Chika then ordered the volunteers to spread out and direct the rest of the citizens to the medical place in order to get them treated there by any means necessary while she helps Vermillion set up and distribute the medicine to the sick.

As the minutes gone by, Viviana soon returned to the candy shop to help Moon out, and to retrieve her lollipops.

"How's things going on your end, Moon? You still need any more help?" asked Viviana

She shook her head. "No." She said. Her candies were almost finished.
