"Alright then." said Vivian as she then notices that her machines are have stop making more lollipops "Looks like it's all finished, perfect. When you're done, Moon, we need to get going, or do you want me to go on ahead?"

"Go on ahead. I'll meet you there." She said.

"Okay then, I'm sure you can very easily find where we set up with your powers. Until then I'll see you later, and be sure to stop everything, and close up the shop." said Viviana

Viviana then gathers all the lollipops that was made as she puts them all into a paper bag before heading out to the medical area that she heard about outside from one of the volunteers.

She nodded and did what she needed to do.

10 minutes later, at the medical clinic where the Vilnius Governor told Vermillion where he can set up a treatment center, Vermillion makes hasty preparations to treat all the sick in the city. Vermillion first let all the volunteers out of the building first so that he can stilize the building to make it clean and germ-free; next Vermillion begins to unload and take in all the medicine inside, with the help from the volunteers; finally he waited for Viviana and Chika to arrive as he'll need all the specialized help that he can get in order to make the treatments fast and efficient, which they did soon arrived 5 minutes later.

With everything now set, Vermillion now let's the people in one at a time to help give everyone medical treatment via with injections, and to those that dislike needles they have found a solution to solve that problem by letting Chika make a ring of water around at the arm as Vermillion injects the medicine, making it completely pain-free. After the injections, Viviana gives everyone a lollipop that she made, which they are special because they work in tangent to the medicine to make people recover more faster. Time slow marches on, but the three are making great progress.

Once the lollipops finish, she takes them with her to the place where they are treating the sick.

As time continues to march on, everything has been going very smoothly. Vermillion doing the injections very smoothly and precise; Viviana giving the sick very good bedside manners, and giving them lollipops with a smile; Chika assisting Vermillion very well with her water magic; and the volunteers are being helpful by gathering the sick, and gathering all the empty medicine bottles and used needles in boxes that Vermillion needs to take them back to Alexcia in order to dispose and recycle for later. One hour has passed as Vermillion managed to treat at least 70 people, but there's still more to go as they'll be here for a while. Also if once Moon enters the building, she can only see Viviana and a couple of the sick people waiting, wearing a special suit and face mask to make sure that she doesn't come down with the plague...even though she doesn't need the protection at all because she's a Homunculus...

"Hello Moon, we're doing well with the treatment, but we still have a long way to go. Perhaps you should get changed into a protective suit just in case. The last thing we want, like Master said earlier, is to see you sick too..." said Viviana

She nodded and went to go change. Once she was done, she went to Viviana.

"Hmm... Hmm... It suits you nicely... Of course, all four suits are unisex in case if both sexes needs to wear them. Anyway, all we have to do is to keep an eye on the patients, and give them lollipops when they're done. Just be careful handling them as they do cough a lot. Be sure to tell me if anything happens as we try to get them through treatment as fast and efficient as we can." said Viviana

Chika constantly comes in and out to the waiting room, continuously bringing people in and out as the time goes by. In the waiting room, people occasionally notices Moon being a Neko, and one young boy constantly stares at her curiously.

She smiles at the young boy. She proceeds to give out the lollipops when the people are treated.

The young boy is rather shy as he blushes a little bit, afraid of speaking as he's afraid that he'll give Moon the plague despite wearing very protective gear. As Moon hands her lollipops to the treated patients, a bit awkward that both Viviana and Moon are giving them basically the same candy, they still love them as eating them makes them feel even more better. Eventually, a few minutes later, Chika called the young boy to the back to see Vermillion and Chika. The young boy, like a couple of other patients, really hates needles as they can hurt a lot, so once again Chika reinsures the young boy by making a water ring around his upper arm as she then told him to close his eyes for a moment. Once the young boy did close his eyes...rather hard...Vermillion injected the needle right through the water ring painlessly for three seconds to fully inject the medicine into his body. He then takes out the needle as Chika gets rid of the water ring as she then told the young boy to open his eyes now that they're done with the injection. He was surprised that it didn't hurt at all as Chika told him that all she did was using a little bit of magic to make the pain go away. Vermillion bandages the injection site on the young boy's arm as he then told to see Viviana and Moon about giving him lollipops for being a good patient, and that they can help him get better faster. The young boy smiled at them, thanking them both for helping him as he went out to see Viviana and Moon about the lollipops.

"One lollipop, please." said the young boy to Viviana

"Sure thing~" said Viviana cheerfully as she gave him a lollipop "Be sure to also ask my friend here, Moon, for one too since you have been a good patient."

"It's okay if I can have another one?" asked the young boy, acting a bit shy

"Of course, Moon here will be happy to give you one as well." said Viviana

"Okay..." said the young boy as he went to Moon "Can I have a lollipop too, please, Miss?"

She chuckled and smiled. "Of course." She said. "I hope you enjoy it." She smiled brightly as she gave him a lollipop.

"Th-Thank you, Miss." said the young boy shyly, but happily smiling as he then leaves the medical clinic to go home

Time continues to go by... Another hour has passed as they have now treated at least a grand total of 160 people... The plague has affected a lot of people, but thankfully none of them shows signs of serious effects as the medicine has proven to be very effective at treating it. They still have a long way to go when treating the rest of the patients, but they're still making good progress.

"How are you holding up, Moon?" asked Viviana

"I'm holding up well." She said with a smile, but she coughed slightly. She tried to hide it.

"I saw and heard that light cough... You're not coming down with the plague are you?" asked Viviana

Just then Chika came out to take in the next person as it was a young woman this time.

She looked at her and shook her head, although another cough escaped her.

Viviana lets down a very sad frown before letting out a loud sigh.

"Off you go to see Master and Mistress Chika... Now..." said Viviana, rather a bit sternly at the end

She sighed and nodded as she went to see Vermillion and Chika...

Vermillion and Chika were surprised as they saw Moon coming in to see them. They were just about to finish with the young woman's injection as they soon bandaged her up and send her on her way.

"Hello, Moon, why are you back here?" asked Chika

"...! Don't tell me... You got the plague didn't you?" asked Vermillion, acting very worried for Moon

She looked down and nodded. "I did." She said.
