"I guess even with the suit, you still got infected... I'm so sorry, Moon, you tried so hard to help. It's our fault that we made you work with us on this dangerous job..." said Vermillion

"Lord Vermillion, she'll be fine. All we have to do is to give her the medicine and plenty of rest." said Chika

"Yes, you're right, Chika. Well Moon, please come sit down right here and we'll inject the medicine inside of you. Oh and if you want, Chika can wrap your arm around with a magical ring of water to nullify the pain when it comes to the injection." said Vermillion

She nodded. "Please do." She said to Chika as she sat down.

*Giggle* "Now just relax, Moon. It won't hurt not one bit." said Chika happily

Chika makes a magical ring of water as Vermillion gets a new medicine bottle and needle ready for Moon. Vermillion then injects Moon with the medicine inside the magic water ring for a few seconds to completely inject all of it in before taking it out quickly and painlessly. The entire process was completely painless as Chika bandages up Moon's arm for her.

"Now you should rest in the back. Chika, would you please keep an eye on her? Thankfully, we've done all the children and elderly patients ahead of time as the rest are hopefully grown men and women. I'm sure we won't need any more of your water talents for the time being...hopefully..." said Vermillion

"I hope so too... Anyway, come with me Moon, you need to rest up so that the medicine can take effect and cure you." said Chika

Chika then makes one of Moon's arms (The one without the injection site) wrap around her as she escorts her to the back into a very clean and sterilized room. There's no way that Moon will get sick here as Chika will take care of her until she's better.

"Okay Moon, time for your nap, unless if you want to get one of Viviana's magical medical lollipops to eat first. In fact, I highly recommend that unless yours can work just as well as hers." said Chika

She nodded. "They can, but I'll get one of Viviana's." She said.

"I thought you might want one. I'll be right back, so stay here for a moment." said Chika as she left to get one of Viviana's lollipops

She stayed there and waited.

It didn't take long for Chika to retrieve one of Viviana's lollipops from her as she quickly returns to give it to Moon for her to eat it.

"There you go. Now you should rest on this blanket in your cat form when you're done eating, and I'll be right by your side every step of the way." said Chika with a smile

Chika then gets the blanket ready as she sits down and spreads it around on her lap, ready for Moon to lay down and sleep.

She finishes the lollipop and gets into her cat form. She curls up on Chika's lap.

Chika happily pets Moon to sleep as she watches over her, singing a bit in order to kill some time. Meanwhile, with a volunteer to replace Chika for calling people to the back, Vermillion continues to administer medicine to patients as he still keeps a very diligent pace. Viviana still continues to do what she can to help out the sick with her kindness and lollipops. Time moves on as it has been 30 minutes now.

She sleeps peacefully and happily.

Time continues to march away as then eventually Chika starts to snuggle and sleep right beside Moon happily. Meanwhile, Vermillion continues to work tirelessly to treat the sick without any breaks as they have to make sure that the plague is completely eradicated. Injecting the sick with the medicine to cure the plague from them was only step one of their plans, step two is that they're going to do a very thorough search of the entire town of Vilnius to make sure that all traces of the plague is eradicated so that it won't happen again. 2 hours has passed as Vermillion is almost done treating every single sick patient that had the plague.

She continued to sleep peacefully.

Another 2 hours has passed as then Vermillion is finally done treating all of the sick patients...all 563 of them, including Moon who ended up coming down with the plague as well... With everyone now treated and gone home, Viviana helped Vermillion clean the place along with the volunteers. The most important thing that Vermillion has to do is to separate and store all of the empty medicine bottles away from the ones that still have medicine in them into separate boxes, as well as to store all the used and dirty needles in a specialized container to prevent any leaks or stabbing when storing everything inside of his pushwagon. Vermillion and Viviana even also removed all of their protective gear as they store them in a special plastic film to prevent any diseases from escaping as they'll also be carefully stored in a special compartment away from the group if they enter inside. Chika and Moon still have theirs on them, but once they wake up, Vermillion and Viviana will request that they remove them so they don't get any germs on them while they walk around.

With everything finally done, Vermillion and Viviana takes a 15 minute break as they sent the volunteers home for the rest of the day as Viviana gave out the last of their candies to them as thanks. They took their break right in the room where Chika and Moon are as they happily watched them sleep while they rest as while for a while. They'll take their true break in a inn once Vermillion makes his report to Vilnius' Governor that step one is completed, and that tomorrow will be the start of step two.

She awoke with a yawn and a mew.

"Had a nice nap, Moon? We did too since we worked really hard treating all of the citizens. We're done with the treatment, but to be sure that everything is completely fine we'll thoroughly search the entire town to see if something is causing the plague, or even remotely outside city walls as there can be an outside vector as well. Everything on what we do here is a two-step process, and we just completed phase one. Phase two will take some time, in fact, we will have to stay here for tonight to make absolutely sure that we've completely eradicated the plague from Vilnius. Knowing the ship that is coming to get us, I'll not be surprise if they arrive either today or tomorrow to pick us up, but we have to do this first before we go.

Oh and I almost forgot, I want to retrieve the protective gear that you wore if you're still wearing it. If you wore it over your clothes then it's a good idea for your clothes to be sterilized before heading out to make sure that you don't catch the plague again, even though our medicine's effect can last up to three days at the most." said Vermillion

Viviana wakes up Chika as she heads out somewhere to take off her protective wear so they can store it in a safe place in Vermillion's pushwagon.

She nods and goes where she needs to, to take off the protective gear.

With Moon taking off her protective gear, both Viviana and Chika came to retrieve it, but first they thoroughly cleaned Moon's clothes while she's wearing them in case if anything dangerous happens to get stuck on her clothes in order to make her sick again. Once they're done cleaning Moon's clothes, Viviana took both of the protective wear that Chika and Moon were using as she puts it inside a protective film before putting it away with the others in Vermillion's pushwagon; meanwhile Chika happily tugs Moon along to join Vermillion again as they wait for Viviana to come back before they head out. Viviana arrived a few minutes later, reporting to Vermillion that she has locked up everything securely in his pushwagon as they're now finally ready to leave. The group soon left the medical clinic as they now head to the Governor's Office to report their progress before beginning phase two of their plan.

"So Master, we finally gotten rid of the plague from all of Vilnius' citizens, but even then we're not done, correct?" asked Viviana

"Yeah, we're not done just yet. First we're going to report to the Governor that we've treated all of the citizens from the plague, but just in case we're going to do a thorough examination of the city, and its outskirts, to make sure that the plague is completely eradicated, and that they won't be affected again by it." said Vermillion

"I see... Lord Vermillion, what do you think about this outbreak?" asked Chika

"Thankfully the damage was kept light and contained as the Governor temporarily stopped all trading to ensure that the doesn't spread outside to the traders. Of course even that has it's risks, as all production of the city was significantly slowed down, thus preventing Vilnius to produce more goods and food to sustain itself. It's a good thing that we've arrived within four days as they were running out of food and water, and they couldn't restock because a lot of the population were quickly getting sick." said Vermillion

"Yeah... And they can't still work right now as everyone has to pretty much had to rest for the rest of the day in order for the medicine to completely cure them. Of course, Moon is special so she can get better faster." said Viviana

"Quite right. How are you feeling, Moon?" asked Vermillion

She felt terrible, but she didn't want them to worry. She forced a smile and said, "I feel fine."

"Are you sure? Please, don't hesitate to tell us." said Vermillion

Viviana and Chika were also a bit worried about Moon, but they should know that the medicine should work perfectly fine.

She smiled brightly, but it was forced. She nodded. "I'm sure."
