The group soon arrives at the Governor's House 12 minutes later, and were surprised to see Governor Marcus outside to see them as if he was waiting for them to arrive.
"Governor Marcus, good morning. I wasn't expecting you to be outside, especially this being somewhat early." said Vermillion
"I just wanted to go outside and finally take in the fresh air now that you have gotten rid of the plague that was bothering us." said Marcus
"Understandable, and I'm happy to report that we have completely gotten rid of every trace of the plague affecting your city. My assistants, Viviana and Chika here as also examined the outskirts, and reported that there are no traces of the plague anywhere. Your city is now completely purified so you can finally resume the town's original functions and duties without any fear, and the citizens should be feeling much better and happier than ever now." said Vermillion
"We couldn't thank you enough for everyone's service to our city. Although it appears that you cat friend, Moon is it? Is not here..." said Marcus
"Oh, Chika here is carrying her. Moon can turn into a kitten at will because she's a Neko." said Vermillion
"I see... Well I can't thank you four enough. If it's possible, I wish to employ allyship with us and Alexcia. We want to not only have a strong relationship with your kingdom, but we also want to pay you back for everything that you done for us." said Marcus
"How considerate. We'll look forward to continuously help out each other. Unfortunately we really need to return home as our ship, of which we'll be sailing on home has arrived, and that we shouldn't keep them waiting for us. We will, however, send another ambassador to handle any and all negotiations, agreements, and embassy establishments, within at least 2-3 days." said Vermillion
"I understand. You, your friends, and your citizens are more than welcome to visit us at any time. Have a safe trip back." said Marcus
"We will." said Vermillion as he turns his attention to the ladies "Well then, with everything finished, is there anything important that we need to do in Vilnius before heading back to Alexcia? If not, we should be getting going now."
"There's none." said Chika
"We have everything that we need and have to take out of Vilnius. We have double-checked everything." said Viviana
"I see. And what about you, Moon?" asked Vermillion to Moon

Vermillion and Marcus nods cheerfully while shaking hands, and with that the group now makes their way out of Vilnius via through the western exit. They then headed northwest from their directional facing (i.e. Southwest) in order to head to the shoreline to find the boat that the kingdom of Alexcia brought over. 10 minutes after they exited from Vilnius, the group is getting closer to the shore, but while they continue to travel, someone familiar was walking towards them...it was Mai...
"Oh! I see Mai! This is quite a surprise." said Viviana
"I agree. So Mai was part of the ship's crew? I wonder why--Oh...I know... Because she has wind powers that help speed up the voyage, but there are many other people that have wind magic aside from Mai. Some even more powerful and more experienced." said Vermillion
"I think it's because Mai really wanted to see Moon again. That's the way I see it." said Viviana
"I agree, and for some reason I think that there's more to it." said Vermillion
"Anyway, I'm sure Mai wants to see you in your Neko Form, so you should transform back. Although are you going to be okay standing for a bit because of your leg? Well besides, you only have to stay that way for just a bit." said Chika

Mai didn't respond back to Moon for a little bit as her face turned very sad and started to tear up, but in reality Mai was very happy to see her.
"...Big sis... WAAAAAAAAAAH!" cried Mai as she then hugs Moon somewhat tightly "You're real right, big sis? You're not a ghost right, big sis? *Sniff* *Hic* *Sniff*"
The three watches on, happy to see them be reunited again. In reality though, Mai was extremely worried for Moon because she has known that Moon was dying two days ago, hence why, after receiving both news about Moon's death and safety, she wanted to come along to see her.

Mai then suddenly almost stopped crying as she then went soundly asleep immediately.
"Oh my... Mai must've been distraught with so much worry that she probably couldn't sleep...much as less function properly... Lady Aura must've been very worry about her well-being this entire time..." said Viviana
"Well at least I think she'll be fine and recover soon. I think Moon and Mai will have to ride inside of your pushwagon for the rest of the way there, Lord Vermillion." said Chika
"Agreed. If anything I'm sure that only you can lift both Moon and Mai together and put them inside, especially because of Moon's injured leg." said Vermillion
"Understood~ Leave it to me~" said Chika happily
Chika then uses her water magic to create a water cushion beneath both Mai and Moon as she then makes them flow off the ground and into Vermillion's pushwagon. Vermillion then opens the small forward window and side windows to let air and light in so they won't be in the dark as then Viviana helped Moon lie on a cushion to help her get comfortable with her leg and Mai's hugging in her sleep. Chika then gets in to watch over Mai and Moon. Once everything is settled, Vermillion then proceeds to move on ahead to the shoreline as they'll soon see the ship up ahead along with Viviana at his side.
