Vermillion lifts Moon up to carry her in a princess-like fashion like he always does. As the ship gets closer to the landing point, the Windwakers and Seawakers slow down their magic proficiency so that the ship won't crash onto the shore as they approach. The crew also readies the anchor once they reach a certain point in order to park. 10 minutes has passed as they soon arrive at the shore as the crew drops the anchor to park the ship. Without an actual port to dock, everything, including the passengers, will have to get off and on through the pulley platform system, similar to how Vermillion and the others got on when they left Vilnius.

"Shore leave!" shouted the captain

The crew hastily moves around trying to get everything ready, going below decks to retrieve the needed cargo to the surveyors. As the crew moves around, readying one of the two pulley platforms to take the passengers down as then Vermillion, Viviana, Ena, Chika, and then even Mai gets on. Mai was out of breathe as she was trying to join the others because she woke up rather late, right after the Captain yelled shore leave. She actually slept through the other announcement, but she didn't have much of a choice as she was forcely put to sleep by Ena to snap her out of trace she was in when she woke up earlier. As the crew lowers the people down...

"You sure took your sweet time. What happened?" asked Viviana

"I'm sorry... I don't know what happened, but I sort of feel...a little funny...a while ago..." said Mai

"I...see..." said Viviana

"Well I'm looking forward to meeting the surveyors." said Vermillion

"So do I, but the fact is that you should be really looking forward to meeting two certain people that is part of the group. Two women, and one of them has a legendary weapon similar to your Durandal, Lord Vermillion." said Ena

"So that means she's a hero like me? Wow... I guess this really proves that you can never underestimate women..." said Vermillion

"Quite so. This one woman has really risen the ranks from being a soldier to captain and eventually a hero by prestige and passage, surprising everyone in the army, including the Great Spirits. Eventually she was tested to wield a legendary weapon...I think it was a lance if memory serves, but I forgot the name of it...anyway she was able to wield it perfectly like it has chosen her." said Ena

"I especially will look forward to meeting her. Do you know her name, Lady Ena?" asked Vermillion

"Her name is Hilda, and I'm sure you two will become very good friends. I think she may look up to you as a role-model since she can wield a legendary weapon like you have." said Ena

"Gee... I don't know what to say or act... I mean me, being a role-model? Well it goes without saying as many people does view me in such a way, but in Hilda's case... Oh boy... I feel really shy for some reason..." said Vermillion

"Why?" asked Chika

"I don't know... Just pay no mind... I'm sure that these feelings will fade once I met Hilda." said Vermillion

She smiled. She sighed a bit with a smile.

The platform makes land as the group gets off and heads to the camp where the surveyors are at.

"Oh and what about the second person of interest you were telling us about, Lady Ena?" asked Vermillion

"Oh...her... Umm... Why do you see for yourself, but all I can say is that she's a Transcendent, like myself." said Ena

"She's a Transcendent? And here I thought you'll be the only one." said Vermillion

"Believe me, I was surprised about her existence as well. I think in reality, that the Great Spirits made her for more general use in administration, especially now that we'll have a new expansion coming into the works." said Ena

"That does make sense. I look forward to seeing her." said Vermillion with a smile

She smiled and stayed quiet.

The group traveled for about 5 minutes until they arrived at the campsite of the surveyors. A few men and women came out to greet them.

"Welcome to our camp, Lady Ena, and I see you have some other visitors with you, including Lord Vermillion." said one man

"It's a pleasure to meet all of you as well. I looked around the area and I can tell that this area will be a fantastic place to expand." said Vermillion

"I agree. We have been surveying for the past three days, but already this spot has some good amount of resources that can help our lives, including the Great Spirits. We haven't completely finished our survey, but once we do we will send it to the Great Spirits as soon as possible." said another man

"I see, that's great news for everyone. I beg everyone's pardon to abruptly changing the subject, but is the two women by the name of Hilda...and...Oh, you haven't told me the name of the other person, Lady Ena." said Vermillion

"Oh, I'm sorry, Lord Vermillion... Her name is Angelica." said Ena

"I see... Angelica, huh..." said Vermillion

"Well to answer you question, Lord Vermillion, they both recently just left to survey up ahead and pass our camp. I believe Lady Hilda is still close by, but I don't know about Lady Angelica." said one woman

The others say they don't know as well.

"That's fine. I just hope that she'll be okay, but other than that we're here to drop off some supplies to you as they are unloading it right now." said Vermillion

"That's good, with the supplies here combined with what we're about to receive, we should now have enough material to make some decent housing, especially a bathing area for our Cellular-Cultivation Water." said one man

"I can't wait to finally take a nice relaxing bath... It has been a while, and I really miss the feeling of it..." said one woman

"Not surprising, but in any case please have a look around. The area within 300 yards outside of camp is considered safe. There are a few forest patches that we haven't surveyed yet, but one in particular is showing some unusual activity and readings." said another man

"Could you tell me what kind of readings are there?" asked Vermillion

"We don't know what it is exactly, but all we do is that there's a rather strong magical surge coming from it. We don't know if the forest itself is enchanted, or that there's some in there that's causing it." said one woman

"I see... Sounds interesting... I suppose before we go home that we can join in your investigation of that particular forest." said Vermillion

"That would be incredibly helpful. After all having two well-trained heroes like yourself and Lady Hilda would be quite a boon." said another woman

"Just leave everything to us, but until then why don't we stay here for a while everyone." said Vermillion

"Yeah." said the group

Everyone in the group quickly disperses as Vermillion takes Moon to a place where she can sit down and rest for a bit.

"How are you feeling, Moon? You have been quiet for quite some time ever since we arrived." said Vermillion

She smiles. "I'm fine, Vermillion. Just thinking." She said.

"Thinking about what? Or it's not really all that important." said Vermillion

She smiled. "Just thinking. I guess." She said.

"Okay... I guess I'll sit here and take a bit of a break too." said Vermillion

Vermillion sits very close beside Moon as he looks up at the cloudy sky.

She smiled. She purred a bit.

Vermillion rubs Moon's head, smiling all the while.

"I'm curious about something, Moon. What do you think about Hilda and Angelica?" asked Vermillion

She kept purring. "I think they sound...interesting in my opinion."

"I'm glad you share my opinion as well. Yeah, both of them are very interesting. Finally there's another legendary weapon user, or as we like to called those types of weapons, Regalia, and another Transcendent like Lady Ena. I'm sure that it must've taken a lot of the Great Spirit's effort to raise the two of them. After I'm finish taking a break here, I sure want to meet Hilda who they said she's close by. I also do want to check out that mysterious reading that the surveyors picked up." said Vermillion

She nodded. "I understand that." She said as she smiled brightly at him.

"Well in any case why don't we go look for her now." said Vermillion

"There's no need as I heard from my friends that you were looking for me?" said a mysterious person

"Oh, yes, we wanted to meet with you." said Vermillion

"And so do I. I never thought that we'll meet again face to face on the same level. I always waited for this to happen." said the mysterious voice as she then steps forward for the two to see her

The woman was wearing a pure white armor with golden decorations. She was also has lime-green medium length hair and violet eyes. She also carries a very well-crafted and decorative long lance on one hand.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet the both of you. I'm Hilda, wielder of the divine weapon called the Gradivus. It's a pleasure to meet with you, Lord Vermillion and Lady Moon." said Hilda

"I see you're well informed about Moon." said Vermillion

"Yes, many people that I've known always talk about her. How she published many books that are popular with the children. I too have one of the starting series, including the newest one that was just published, before I went out on my task." said Hilda

Hilda then steps forward to sit down with Vermillion and Moon as she then pets Moon's head gently.

"It's really nice to meet someone like you, Moon. I do hope that we can become friends." said Hilda with a smile

She purrs when Hilda pets her. She smiles. "I wish so too."

"You kinda remind me of my pet kitten, Mimi. She's a pure white cat with green eyes and a beautiful large fluffy tail. She is cute, smart, and affectionate to those that have gained her trust. I was probably one of the very view people that actually has a pet. We don't normally own pet shops in Alexcia, mainly because we believed our environment is much too small for pets to flourish. Alexcia is a walled coastal city with a mountain, we were afraid that that the pets other than any work animal wouldn't like it here, but that didn't restrict importing from other kingdoms or cities. Before I started my career as a soldier, I was a farmer and a worker of an animal husbandry of which I helped take care of a lot of animals. Eventually, I've gained a lot of the animals that I have taken care of their trust, and amazing things has happened during that short amount of time. I have so many nice stories to tell that it'll take all day, so I won't bore you two with all of them." said Hilda

"Not at all, I can see that you really do like to take care of animals. But, yes, it's true that importing other animals than work animals were very rare. How is Mimi living her life here?" said Vermillion

"She likes living were I used to live before living in the Golden Castle once I've started my soldier career. Now a days, she enjoys living in the Golden Castle as long as she has her freedom to run around and play. Mimi is an indoor cat, so she likes staying indoors more than outside, but when she does get the urge to go, she cutely scratches the window to tell me that she wants to go. I do have a comfortable schedule juggling between taking care of my kitten while also training to be the best knight I can be. During the times that I'm not around to take care of Mimi, I actually have an assistant to take care of her while I'm gone, so I can focus and not worry about her well-being constantly. Mimi really does like her a lot as much as me." said Hilda

"I see... That's good to hear." said Vermillion

She smiles. "Mimi sounds wonderful." She said. "I'd like to meet her one day. I've never told you this, Vermillion, but I can speak to cats." She said. She looked to Vermillion. "I could speak to Mimi."

"Well seeing that you're partly cat yourself, that's not surprising. I would like to see you two together some day." said Vermillion

"That would be a wonderful idea. I would also like Lady Moon here to translate for me what Mimi is saying or thinking. I feel like we can get even closer with you acting as a mediator." said Hilda with a smile

She nodded. She smiled. Her tail swayed peacefully.
