"Ice against nature, huh? Well this should be interesting." said Viviana

Viviana begins charging up a ball of nature magic, completing the charge a minute later.

"Alright, I'm ready to go, Moon. How about you?" asked Viviana

She nods and smiles. She makes an ice ball appear in her hand. "I am." She said. She gets ready to use it.

"Alright then, let's fire them on three." said Viviana as she readies herself "One... Two... Three!"

Vivian then fires her ball of nature magic high in the air.

She fires her ice ball at Viviana's ball.

Viviana's nature ball and Moon's ice ball clashed high in the air, producing sparks and noises as the clash continues. Viviana's nature ball put up a good fight, but it was shattered quite quickly without too much effort from Moon's ice ball as it flies away into the sky.

"...As expected... Since nature is not as verberent in icy conditions, such as winter season, I knew that I would lose... Not only that, but I don't use my magic offensively as I just strictly rely on physical combat with my knives, and even then I'm not the most combat-efficient on that end either..." said Viviana

"There, there, Viviana. It's true that you say that you're not really good at fighting, but don't forget when it comes to healing and supporting hardly anyone can top you on that." said Vermillion

"That's true, even your healing magic surpasses mines in potency by quite a bit." said Chika

"Thanks. It true that we all have our advantages and disadvantages when it comes to certain situations, but that was makes us human to the eyes of our creators, the Great Spirits." said Viviana

"Now then, who should go up next? Why not Vermillion and Moon?" asked Chika

"Now that would be something to see. Lover vs lover." said Mai

"Well...I don't mind..." said Vermillion

"I don't mind either." She said.

"Well then... If Moon wishes then I'll accept her challenge." said Vermillion

"This should be interesting. Both Lord Vermillion and Moon are powerful." said Ena

"This should be good indeed. I wonder who will win?" asked Viviana

"I'm sure Moon will win if she chooses the right element." said Chika

"I second that too. After all, big sis can use just about any element." said Mai

"Indeed, but don't forget that Master is still very powerful with his magic even under a disadvantage. He was almost was able to beat your magic, Mistress Chika." said Viviana

"That's true... It fizzled out completely just as it penetrated and destroyed Lord Vermillion's fire ball." said Chika

"Either way, let's just watch and enjoy." said Mai

As the four ladies watches, Vermillion gets into position as he readies himself by stretching.

"Well then this should be interesting, but I'm sure you won't make it easy. In fact, I think I may have a feeling what element you're going to use." said Vermillion

She laughed and readied her element... Darkness... One of her weakest elements, but still strong.

Vermillion tries to sense Moon's power if she's going to use fire, but he couldn't sense it at all because she's using darkness.

"Hmm... Odd... I think Moon is using a different element than what I expected... I hope my fire magic will be enough..." said Vermillion deep within his thoughts

Vermillion finishes charging up his fire ball as he readies his stance.

"Ready, Moon?" asked Vermillion

She nodded. "Yeah." She said.

"Alright then. Let's do this." said Vermillion as he fires his fireball high in the air

She fires her darkness ball.

The two balls of magic clashes in midair as sparks start to fly out a bit.

"Darkness, huh? I wasn't expecting that at all..." said Vermillion in amazement

The two balls of magic continues to clash, clashing at a much longer time than the others.

"Huh... Still going at it, eh? I hope nothing bad happens..." said Vermillion

She had put so much of her energy into that...That was a bad idea...Her hand that she used to shoot the ball of darkness glowed black.

Everyone was still transfixed on the clashing to notice Moon's hand turning black. It wasn't until Mai was the first to notice as she scurries on over to Moon to see if she's alright.

"Big sis, are you okay? What happened to your hand?" cried Mai

Eventually everyone else starts to notice Moon's hand turning black as worry what happened to her. Meanwhile to two magical balls of energy still continues to clash, but Vermillion's fireball is starting to gain the upper hand.

She groaned slightly...She shook her head. "It was a bad idea to use the darkness element..." She said.

"Why is that? Does it have something similarity to Crow's curses?" asked Mai

"Hmm... A good theory, but I actually have a hunch that Crow isn't responsible for something like this." said Vermillion

"Why would you say that, Master?!" cried Viviana in shock

"Call it a good hunch, right Moon?" asked Vermillion "Besides Moon and me, with that conversation that we had an hour ago, he was being sincere, and is actually going to try and make amends. This also means that Moon is no longer under Crow's curses, so she should have no problems when using her powers... Of course, everyone else still hates Crow deep down...which I can understand...but we should give him a chance, especially since the Great Spirits knows of our conversation that we have."

The balls of magic still continues to clash as Vermillion's fireball is still gaining ground and advantage over Moon's ball of darkness.

She groaned in pain as the black on her arm went along more of her body... "It isn't Crow..." She said. "Something's wrong and I don't know what..."

"Another possible infection probably... Think we can try healing and purifying it off?" asked Vermillion

"It's worth a shot, but will our healing abilities will be potent enough?" asked Viviana

"What about using Lord Vermillion's Durandal to counteract Moon's dark powers." asked Mai

"That's actually a smart idea. Vermillion's Durandal has exorcism properties, so it should be perfect to purify Moon's body." said Chika

"Okay then, I'll use the Durandal then. It won't hurt one bit." said Vermillion as he draws out his Durandal

She nodded as the darkness continued to spread across her body.
