Mai leads Moon back into the busy streets of the Cela District as they make their way through the central intersection before heading east to the Searia District. The Searia District has plenty of residential houses (The most), an Magical and Alchemy University called the Alchemy Institute, a large shopping district, and Aristocratic District in the back filled with the largest buildings ever built (They are practically sizes of miniature castles). As Mai and Moon continues to go through the residential section in order to reach their destination, many people again noticed Moon as some said their greetings to her while the others where very curious of her.

She waved politely. "Hi." she said whenever one of them said "Hello".
Mai and Moon then arrives at the Alchemy Institute at around 10:45. The Alchemy Institute is a rather large building with a golden metal finish similar to the Golden Castle.
"Here we are, the Alchemy Institute. Aside from learning about Alchemy as a whole, as well as it's processes, it's the main center for all of our inventing needs. I'm sure you'll find many different things inside, big sis." said Mai

Mai leads Moon inside, the entry is a massive one room area with multiple floors, doors leading to many different kinds of rooms, and some skeletal and metal models of mythical creatures such as dragons, golems, etc. Mai noticed two of her favorite scientists/inventors in the middle of the area while there were plenty other people around, Seymour and Beatrice.

"Well even though that we were created by the Great Spirits through the process of Alchemy, there are still more fun things for us to enjoy with the help of Alchemy." said Seymour
"Right now we're in a process of a technological breakthrough that can really jumpstart a whole new world of inventions. Unfortunately the processes has been going slow, and it's also quite complicated to know what we can use it for, but I'm sure it'll be many amazing things." said Beatrice

If we have something like that, it'll basically be a revolutionary new energy source. Of course, not for us as we're fine with having magic energy running though us, so this would be strictly for other things." said Beatrice

Also even if we find some way to actually acquire this technology, who knows how long it would take to make, or if our people would really need or care for this type of technology. Needless to say that the people of Alexcia are fine just the way how things are now, and it'll probably be that way for many centuries to come...that is until such technology makes themselves known throughout the world... Until then, we rather go through our own paces as there is no rush. Still thank you for the offer, Miss Moon." said Seymour

"Wow... That'll be really useful to find people." said Mai

She chuckled. "For one, I could make something that could hold steam without losing it's pressure. I've done it before. Two, I would love to see it. And three, Viviana brought me here and Mai thinks of me as her big sister." She said.
"Well if you can show us such a method later, we'll greatly appreciate it. It's like I said before, we like to take our time with technology as we're perfectly happy how things are." said Seymour
"So Mistress Viviana brought you here? Well I guess that does make the most common sense as she's one of the few High Maids that serves and goes out with her ambassador; and it's Lord Vermillion, no less." said Beatrice
"Anyway, since you two do want to see our little invention, follow me to the second floor." said Seymour

The group took the stairs up to the third floor, and passes by some doors until they get to the door of their lab.

Seymour's and Beatrice's personal laboratory is very big, but also a bit of a mess of many things as there's scientific bottles and tubes of various shapes and sizes everywhere, lots of stacked books of various sciences, and various other stuff that may or may not be important to notice.
"Sorry about the mess... It's not messy enough that you can't move, but there is a lot of stuff here." said Seymour
"We do get very ingross in our research... Sometimes..." said Beatrice
"Anyway the thing I was talking about is right here..." said Seymour
Seymour heads over to his desk as he opens up a drawer and takes out a large scroll. He then opens it up to let the other see that what the map is displaying now is Seymour's exact geometrical location within a simplistic top-down view of their lab.
"Here we are, our most recent invention: The Magical Geometric Map, or Geo Map for short. With this map, like we said earlier, it'll show you the exact location within rooms, buildings, or the outside. It also shows you where in the map a pacific person is by writing their name on it. However, it has to be a person that the map has information on, and that they're not too far away as this map has somewhat a limited range of 5 kilometers, but that's still very big though." said Seymour
"Why don't you write someone's name on it, Mai. How about Mistress Viviana?" said Beatrice
"That's a great idea. Where am I suppose to write her name at?" asked Mai
"Right here." said Seymour pointing to a specific line
"Okay." said Mai as she quickly grabs a pen and write down Viviana's name on the line
As Mai finishes writing Viviana's name, the map magically changes everything as it now displays Viviana's geometrical location in footprints and location in top-down view. The map displays that Viviana's footprints are actually moving around a bit, and that her current location is somewhere in the farmlands of Alexcia.
"Wow... This is really neat... Seeing that Viviana's footprints are moving around in that area, does that mean that Viviana is actually moving around wherever she's at?" asked Mai
"You are correct, Mai. What this shows you is where Viviana is at, and if she's doing something by moving around. Of course, there's no why that it'll display what the person is actually doing in their location. It'll be interesting, but it'll be way too advanced for something like that it happen with our current technology." said Beatrice
"Hmm... It does show that Mistress Viviana is in the farmlands passed the Cela District. I wonder why she's there? It seems unusual for a maid of such high status to be seen there." said Seymour

"What is it, Beatrice?" asked Seymour, curious about what Beatrice is thinking
"What if we write Lady Sonia's name?" said Beatrice
"Now that would be interesting to see. If anything, I think I know where she is though with the rumors flying around." said Seymour
"Even then, let's give it a shoot anyway." said Mai as she then writes down Sonia's name on the space again
By pure instinct, Mai writes over Viviana's name with Sonia's name which magically replaces the names. Once Mai finishes writing Sonia's name on the Geo Map, it magically changes again, but this time nothing came up on the Geo Map...it's completely blank other than showing Sonia's name...
"That's odd... I don't think the Geo Map was supposed to do that..." said Seymour
"Well Mai did write Lady Sonia's name correctly, so it shouldn't cause any problems...but this happened... Hmm..." said Beatrice
Both Seymour and Beatrice then think about how and what the problem is with the Geo Map not displaying Sonia's location.
"Hmm... I wonder..." said Beatrice, pondering something

Beatrice doesn't want to say anything as what she'll say is rather rude saying that how could Moon solve this problem since she's has only seen the map only for a little bit to know everything about it.

"Well we know that Lady Sonia is very special, but I don't think that she has the magic or alchemy to do this sort of thing. In fact, there is interesting rumor around that Sonia, herself, can't use any magic...well, in the sense that she has no control over it, as the only time we see her magic is during her performances... Of course, it's just a rumor, and it might as well be false because who ever heard of a Homunculus that can't actually can't use their own magic that they are gifted with?" said Seymour
"Also you said that she can be far away right, Miss...Moon, was it? Anyway, while that may be potentially true, Lady Sonia has never left Alexcia once in her lifetime. It's true that the entire kingdom of Alexcia is more than 5 kilometers in diameter, but it still covers a very vast amount of the area with hardly any missed space." said Beatrice

"But she may still be unseen by the map...You say that Alexcia is over 5 kilometers in size. She could be somewhere the map cannot search."
"True... But the chances of that happening are pretty slim..." said Seymour
"Wait, I got something." said Beatrice as she then went to her desk
Beatrice goes through her desk viciously until she manages to bring out another map, but this is just a regular map showing the entire kingdom of Alexcia, as well as a very detail kilometer measure capable of measuring out the entire kingdom perfectly. She also brought out a pencil and compass ruler to help her measure out the perfect distance of the Geo Map.
"Now here we are right here. Now if I can take a compass and draw a perfect circle surrounding the point of our map's origin, the Geo Map's range is this big." said Beatrice
Beatrice did manage to draw a perfect circle of how much the Geo Map can cover. As people can see there are some areas that the circle can't overlap, but the places are very unusual for Sonia to be. Significant places on that map that the circle didn't cover: the farthest, if also on top, part of the mountain that the people are mining off of; a lone search outpost at the very corner of the marble walls of the main entrance of Alexcia, while also being close to the mountains; and a small corner passed the Aristocratic District is full of grasslands, but it's a very small space as the marble walls from the first gate are very close to the blind spot as well. The circle also covers a good amount of shore and little bit of the ocean, but it's not like Sonia would ever take a out ride out...would she...?
"Hmm... I see your point, Beatrice. Out of all the significant blind spots that the 5 kilometer circle can cover, Lady Sonia can't be at any one of those spots. Because of her very peaceful personality, she doesn't like being around very small places, military outposts, and high areas, which basically eliminates all possibilities of these spots that Lady Sonia can't be there." said Seymour
"Well when you put it that way, it does make a lot of sense. Anyway, you said about knowing where Lady Sonia is at?" asked Mai
"Yes I did. I've seen her on the shoreline a lot of the times, which is not far from here at all. Just about 3 miles down from here, and you'll reach it after going down a steep cliff." said Seymour
"I can confirm that as I've seen her there throughout most days. Not always, but a significant part of her week is spent being there." said Beatrice
"So then, why does this Geo Map can't display where Lady Sonia is at? Even if she's not at the shoreline and is likely at the Golden Castle still, the Geo Map should display that location, right?" asked Mai
"Yeah, it does display the entirely of the Golden Castle well enough." said Seymour
