She nods. She continues to keep her eyes closed.

"Oh come on, big sis. We're perfectly safe here, and we're about to enter a cave. Wait...are you perhaps, afraid of caves too, big sis?" asked Mai

"I'm afraid of heights and going underground..." She said. She held onto Mai... "I will stay with you though..."

"Are you sure though? We'll be inside for quite a bit. Also since this marble slab is going to be huge...I don't think you'll not like what I have to do after this... I think for your safety and peace of mind that I should take you back. I'm sorry that I didn't consider the fact that you can be afraid of heights like earlier today when we went down to the shore from the cliffsides." said Mai

She shakes her head. "No. I want to be with you." She said.

"Oh, big sis... Thanks..." said Mai

Mai and Moon begin to travel inside the large cave entrance to the mines. It was eerie quiet inside as they continue to make their way in. At least there's plenty of good lighting of lanterns, so it'll never get pitch black inside. The deep as they go in though, they can start hearing extremely soft, but odd noises. Mai, herself, can't hear it, but Moon can with her acute ears.

"What's that sound?" She asked.

"Huh? What sound? I don't hear anything, big sis." said Mai

As they continue on through, Moon can hear the sounds getting a bit more louder.

"I hear something...It's getting louder..." She said.

"Hmm... Oh! I think I know. Your acute ears must have picked up the sounds of mining. You see many people mine out many minerals out here as it's constantly being requested to have all the necessities of stone, marble, coal, iron, and gold, whenever we get the time. How else you think how much iron it took to make the Golden Castle. Though there were very few of us Homunculi in the beginning, we did our very best to make the Great Spirits a new and safe home for them which took them many years to complete. We're still constantly expanding as the Great Spirits continue to create us to serve them." said Mai

"Wow." She said.

"It's really not that amazing, as it's only natural that we help out the ones that created us any way that we can. We love our creators so much that we won't hesitate to put our lives down the line for them. In fact, it's because we're Homunculi that we're gifted with the ability to power-up immensely whenever the Great Spirit's lives are in danger." said Mai

"That's really cool." She says. She kept her eyes closed...She didn't want to see that she was underground.

"Big sis...please... If you keep walking with your eyes closed, you eventually trip on something no matter how careful you are. Also I don't want you to stub your feet on something sharp. Although I am keeping a good look out on the ground in case you're about to step on something. Anyway we're almost to where we need to dig out the marble." said Mai

She took in a deep breath... "Alright." She opened her eyes.

"That's my big sis~ Anyway, we're here~" said Mai

Mai and Moon enter a very large open area filled with a lot of lanterns for lighting. Mai leads Moon over to a white wall that she's planning on taking out, and there's a large square kart underneath the spot.

"Here we are. I'm going to take out a ton of marble today with my powers. Big sis, please try to bear with the shaking and being inside of this cave for a while, okay? I'll try my best to get it done as fast as I can." said Mai

Mai then closes her eyes and concentrates hard as her magical power starts to manifest inside the white wall. During that time, only little rumbling sounds can be heard as Mai starts to chisel away at the wall from the inside.

"Okay..." She said

As Mai continues to use her powers to take out a chunk of marble, the shaking gets slightly more fierce, and the rumbling sounds gets slightly more louder as Mai continues to chisel away.

[Had too as well, so it's no big deal.]

Moon tries to stay calm.

10 more minutes has passed as the rumbling and quaking gets a bit more noticeable now, but after a while the giant marble block is slowly coming out.

"Almost...there..." said Mai, straining a bit
