"I know what I'm doing." She said as she looked at Vermillion. Then back at Lady Orica. "Say no more. I understand." She gently put a hand on her shoulder... "She saved you. I know. Look in my eyes. I know. I want to help you. You've told me what I needed." She smiled at her. She hugged her again. "Try to calm down Lady Orica..." She rubbed her back. "It's okay...It's okay..."

Surprisingly, Orica actually calms down as the intensive magical field dies down, much to both Vermillion's and Viviana's surprise.

*Sniff* *Sniff* "You're so warm, Moon... You kinda remind me of Eleanora..." said Orica

"That's good to hear." She smiled and continued to hug Lady Orica. "Lady Orica. Lady Eleanora may be gone, but she still lives on as long as you remember her. Honor your memories with her. The good times you had with her." She smiled.

"I do, but the nightmares keep coming back... You wouldn't understand how traumatizing it was seeing my own cherished and best friend impaled and absorbed like that... It was terrible..." said Orica

"Hmm... This is the first I've heard out the scenario played out... I can even picture it now...and it's definitely not pretty..." said Vermillion as he closes his eyes and crosses his arms

"No one should see something like that happen... I wish I could make it all better for you, Lady Orica..." said Viviana

"I do know." She had started crying and pulled back to at look Lady Orica. "That being sounds like the same one who..." She closed her eyes tight and looked away. She cried harder... "Who killed my family...When I was younger...I managed to escape thanks to my best friend...She died as well...Nothing is harder than watching your best friend and family die before your very own eyes..." She tried to stop crying, but to no avail... "I was powerless to stop it...I felt so helpless..."

Everyone was completely shocked by the sudden news of Moon's dark past that it took a bit in order for it to register in their minds, and calm down.

"Miss Moon... I would never..." said Vermillion, still very speechless

"I didn't even know... I'm so sorry that we forced this situation at you..." said Viviana

"I never knew... You and I are so alike..." said Orica as she then hugs Moon back "It's okay, Moon. Though your family is gone, if you wish it, we can become your new family. Of course, nothing can replace yours, but you made us all very happy when you came to our lives. And through sharing each other's similar dark pasts, I feel like we can become even closer now. I want to be strong, I want to be brave, I want to always live my live in peace; but I can't do it alone without everyone's help...and you too, Moon..."

Orica starts to cry too, but this time magical energy is more calmer and gentle when it was before.

She hugs back. "Thank you...So much..."

"Thank you too...for accepting us..." said Orica as she still continues to cry

"Two of our greatest allies...cut down from the same cloth... That monster...I won't forgive...!" said Vermillion, sounding and acting very menacingly at the end

Vermillion's face now shows a very harsh glare of extreme anger and hatred while also clenching his left fist very hard. Vermillion's body then starts to glow red with a powerful suppressing aura that can be felt pretty far.

"M-Master!" cried Viviana

"Oh! Oh no! Vermillion's emotions is triggering his Release Mode! He needs to calm down before he depletes all of his energy!" cried Orica

Orica summons out her mini-harp as she begins to play a soothing tune.

She calms down. "I know what to do." She looked at Vermillion...She went over and gently touched him on his shoulder...

"W-W-Wait, Miss Moon! You shouldn't touch a Homunculi when it's going through it's released state! The Homunculus' body not only gets very hot, but that aura can knock you back very hard in an instant if you're not careful." said Viviana

Orica continues to play for Vermillion who still hasn't calmed down yet.

"It's okay." She stood her ground and made her hand cold to the touch. "Vermillion. Calm down." She said.

Unfortunately the ice has very little effect on Vermillion as it melts and breaks apart very easily with his high magical power output due to Release Mode. However, Vermillion completely stopped moving as then the high-powered concentrated aura disappears immediately.

"Master...stopped...?" said Viviana

"Wait...this power..." said Orica

"I'm glad I made it just in time." said Celes

Just then Celes makes her appearance at area behind the alter at her usual spot.

"I was worried that something bad has happened if one of our children releases his/her power, but I'm glad that's not the case." said Celes

"It was sort of my fault that Vermillion ended up like this..." said Orica

She turned to Lady Orica. "It was not your fault. It was mine." She said.

"Umm... I appreciate that you both want to take the blame here, but I would appreciate it more if someone can tell me what transpired here." asked Celes

"I can answer that question, Queen Celes." said Viviana

Viviana explains the events that transpired in the Cathedral.

"I see... It's not surprising that this could happen. After all, Vermillion was created from Orica's Will, however because that he was made for combat, he does have a few extra traits that can also be copied into his will... Right, Orica?" said Celes

"...Yeah... Vermillion also carries within him, my anger and sorrow for losing my most cherished best friend. I could never try to kill it, even if I wanted to so badly, so when we created the first ever Combat-Type Homunculus I give him all my bottled up rage and my one true wish to see it destroyed... It was very cruel of me, I know, but I...I wanted to see her avenged since she was absorbed into that shadowy figure..." said Orica sadly

"Indeed... We knew this from the very beginning, but you must remember that you can't be driven by hatred, or you'll never be happy..." said Celes

"I know..." said Orica

Vermillion starts to wake up as he looks around, acting somewhat confused as to what happened.

"Umm... What just happened to me... I was angry, and then...I blacked...out...?" asked Vermillion, still very confused as to what happened

Moon told him what had happened. She sighed. "That monster has taken enough...He has to be stopped." She looked to Queen Celes.

"Yeah, I agree." said Vermillion

"I understand your need to go out and find that shadowy figure in order to avenge your fallen friends and family, but be patient. Please don't let your rage and sorrow consume you." said Celes sadly

"Your Majesty... She's right, though we all now have one common goal, we shouldn't let that be our main drive. We were created to be peaceful and protective, not hunters. When the time comes though, I'll fight, but I'll do so carefully and focused in order to come back alive." said Vermillion

Just then Vermillion sensed something at the door as he turned around to see who it is, but the door didn't open, not even within a few moments.

"I pretty sure that someone was at the other side of the door." said Vermillion

"Indeed it was, it was Sonia." said Celes

"Lady Sonia? But then why is she not coming in?" asked Vermillion

"Please check up on her, Vermillion." said Celes

"Yes, your majesty." said Vermillion

Vermillion then runs out to catch up to Sonia who was walking away from the Cathedral.

"Please excuse me if I seem rude, Queen Celes, but I was not letting my rage and sorrow consume me. I want to catch the shadowy figure, but I can be patient." She said with a small bow to Queen Celes.

"Of course, it's just that seeing people sad and angry makes me sad as well. I want to live in a world of which everyone can be happy without any sorrow or pain, such is a very difficult dream to achieve, but I still dream of such a wonderful world." said Celes

5 minutes has passed as Vermillion returns with Sonia beside him, looking very worried and scared.

"You have returned, Vermillion, but why is Sonia is sad and worried like something bad is going to happen?" asked Celes

"I wondered and asked her about it, but she wouldn't say. I did, however, know that she was at the doorway the entire time watching the events unfold. If I have to guess I think her worries are similar to what she saw." said Vermillion

"I see..." said Celes

"I apologize if I caused any worry or sadness for you Lady Sonia." She said and turned to her. She dipped her head. "I am deeply sorry."

"It's not that, but I can't help but to apologize to you for your loss as well... I'm very sorry... I only wish I can do something to calm your loss of your friend and family, but the only thing I can offer you is prayers..." said Sonia
