"I'm going to make you eat humble pie, Moon. Be sure to enjoy it~" whispered Viviana to Moon

Afterwards, Viviana starts to laugh as she's now enjoying herself with Moon by acting more casually which she hasn't been for a long time now. Chika was really confused as to what's going on, but she starts to read that Viviana and Moon are having a good time together.

Her tail sways playfully. "I'm going to eat what I please." She chuckled. "I'm going to enjoy seeing the look of defeat on your face." She laughed a bit.

"Hey that's my line, Moon." said Viviana as she continues to laugh happily

"...Umm...Ladies? Can I join in on this conversation?" asked Chika

"Oh, we're sorry. We're just having some fun together." said Viviana with a smile

"Apparently... I never seen you this...casual...before, but to be honest it's a welcome change." said Chika

"I agree, but in any case, let's get back on track to the Cathedral." said Viviana as she starts to move

"Okay..." said Chika with a shy smile as she follows Viviana

She laughs a bit and follows.
(I'ma go to bed. Night!)

The group arrives at the Cathedral as the sphere of light disappears once the three approaches the door. Somewhat afraid of finding out what beyond the large doors of the Cathedral, Viviana cautiously open up the door without too much trouble. Inside the Cathedral was basically the exact copy of the Cathedral back from Alexcia. The only key difference is that there's a white portal at the very center of the room.

"I believe that the sphere of light wanted to lead us inside the Cathedral in order to see and enter this portal here... Though I wonder where it would lead us? ...Hopefully not another of those illusions again, though it really looks like it's just a portal that would take us somewhere." said Viviana

"I believe so too, so why don't we just go inside and see where it leads. It's not like it's going to be a trap, after all why would Lord Vermillion want to harm us? We're his allies." said Chika

"That's...a very good point... After all, I'm sure we wouldn't have been able to enter Master's world otherwise. Let's go in to see where it leads." said Viviana

Viviana and Chika then enters the portal without hesitation.

Moon took a deep breath before she entered the portal.

The ride within the portal to their destination was instantaneous as they all arrived to see Vermillion ahead of them, somewhat far away, looking at what appears to be some mechanical machine, in fact where they are is surrounded nothing but machines... Apparently what's made into a Homunculus' life crystal is very complicated, and shouldn't be bother to try to explain... As they approached Vermillion, still looking at the machine, the three then starts to notice that a part of the machine is glowing red on and off, signaling that it's overheating; it also appears to be smoking quite a fair bit too, but other than that, it appears to be fine...for the most part anyway...

"Master!" shouted Viviana

Vermillion turns around to see them coming at him.

"Viviana? Chika? Miss Moon? What are you all doing here?! Much as less, how did you three even get here?!" asked Vermillion, surprised to see them

Moon walks up to him and smiles. She explained all that happened after she woke up to Viviana healing her.

Viviana and Chika also helps explaining things that happened along with Moon... 15 minutes has passed, but Vermillion understands everything now.

"I see... Well I'm very glad that everyone was alright... I'm surprised that I'm still living after using my Release to kill the large troll...normally it shouldn't be possible..." said Vermillion

"And yet, you're still with us...in a deep coma though..." said Viviana

"Hmm... Maybe that's why I have the ability to enter this interesting place..." said Vermillion

"Yeah... I didn't think we would find something like this in the life crystal... The Great Spirits has really made us to be very unique... I mean sure we all have metal and moving parts inside of our bodies, but this...this is very unusual..." said Chika

"That it is, but I think it's best not to try and understand as I have no idea... Anyway, I'm surprised that you three experience one of my wishing illusions... I feel bad for asking this...but...what do you think about it..." said Vermillion, turning very nervous at the end

"Well, only Moon can answer that question, so we'll let her speak her mind here." said Viviana

"Hmhm~ After all that illusion was made for Moon in mind which she did end up completing by filling in the blanks with her own hands." said Chika

She looked at Vermillion. She smiled a bit and a few tears fell. "It was great to see. It was something that I wanted to happen..." She continued to smile. "I'm glad that you want to help me get my friends and family back." She hugged him. "Thank you." She said.

"I'm glad that you like it. I also had another similar to your other situation as well, but all I wanted was to make things better for you because you're just like Lady Orica, and since she's the most wonderful mother that we could ever had, I wanted to treat you the same way." said Vermillion

"...Anyway, what do you think this place is?" asked Viviana

"Hmm... I wondered about that, but perhaps this may be the main energy core. See that machine behind me? It's been overheating and smoking like this ever since I got here. Since what you said is true, then I wonder if we can cool it down and fix it than maybe I can break out of my coma." said Vermillion

"It's worth a shot, but... Similar to your situation outside, if we're not careful, you could die very easily. Much like what happens when repeated concentrations of hot and cold affects delicate objects...they break... And this situation is no different..." said Viviana

"Indeed, but I just can't stay like this for too long, we got an important job to do." said Vermillion

"Then why don't we put our heads together to think up a way to fix this?" said Chika

"Yeah, let's." said Vermillion

The three started to think amongst themselves, thinking to solve the problem of trying to cool down the core without destroying it.

Moon thought to herself on the situation... ~What do we do...?~ She thought to herself.
~Well, you can try to slowly cool it down by making it gradually get cooler. Not too cold at first...~ A voice in her head said.
(No she's not Crazy.)
"THAT'S IT!" She yelled.

"M-Miss Moon! Please calm down... Anyway, you got the solution to my problem?" asked Vermillion

Viviana and Chika were also surprised by the outburst, but then calmed down as they await Moon's idea.

She smiled. "We can make it gradually get cooler. Not too cold at first." She said. "It gradually cools down and it doesn't destroy it." She said.

"I was thinking something like that too...although there's one slight problem..." said Vermillion

Vermillion then touches the overheated machine with his bare hands for a bit, but Viviana and Chika aren't surprised or worried in the slightest. Vermillion stop touching the machine afterwards as he then faces towards the others.

"As you would expect from someone that has an affinity with fire magic, I can naturally resist said element to a degree...not complete immunity, however. Anyway, that's beside the point, this also allows me to check the temperature of things as well, and it's kinda really hot, we're talking about at least over 110 degrees. Fahrenheit, of course." said Vermillion

"That's...quite high... Can we really cool something like that down to the point that it doesn't damage, nor destroy, the machine?" asked Viviana

"We have to at least try." She said. She looked at Vermillion.

"You're right, Moon, we should try." said Vermillion with a smile

"So how are we going to do this? I think ice is out of the question as only Moon can use it, but it may be a bad idea... Especially if it starts to make the machine parts brittle..." said Viviana

"And I don't think that water may be the best idea either as it can potentially short-circuit the machine...which is very bad too..." said Chika

"Quite... I just don't know what to do with this sort of problem. We can't use ice, nor water, what else can we use?" asked Vermillion

"I can just make the air cooler around it." She said.

"I guess that'll have to do. Luckily the machine is not on fire, or it could've made it worse." said Vermillion

"None of us can help you out with this task... It's times like this I wish Mai was here since she can use wind magic." said Viviana

"Well even if we can't help her with that, we can still help Moon by converging and giving our magical energy to Moon to help her out." said Chika

"That's a great idea. Granted we haven't done this method in a very long time. I hope I'm not to rusty on doing this." said Viviana

"Me too... But we have to do our best for Moon..." said Chika

"I don't have much power left, but I'll give you as much as I can hold out." said Vermillion

"You really shouldn't, but once you put your mind into it, you're not going to reconsider." said Viviana

"Well in any case, we're ready to help. Just give us the word." said Chika with a smile

She nodded. She took a deep breath and her eyes glowed gray. "Now." She said.
