King Enma seeing the floating spirit of throw angry empty threats his way, he could nothing laugh a healthy bellowing deep laugh, as this rambunctious spirit reminded him of another he had dealt with, he kept claiming something about being the prince of all Saiyans, "You have no body, how could you hope to pull off such a feat..."..."AAARGH!" called a wail of pain from Karai, even at 30% he was still having reasonable trouble. King Enma quickly turning his attention to the pair awaiting judgement, he would judge them simultaneously, but he need to hear from the other before he could pass his final sentence...Hearing their meager response, to be honest he was not impressed but he was the Ruler of the Underworld, and he could sense their true morality underneath their tough exteriors...Laying two spreadsheets in front of him, he grabbed him gavel stamp, "I will give you a 1-year trail pardon," looking at a massive stack of papers cluttering his desk, he reaffirmed his decision, "You will not be going back to your world, let alone your universe...we are having issues in realm guarded by the mystical dragon Shenron...if you can prove you worth I will be will to grant you a full pardon and a second chance...do we have a deal?"

when he said shenron i got real excited."If your Talking about Dragon ball z count me in,but whats the catch."I said

I heard the name shenron and the same happened to me I got excited with a slight grin on my face "I have to admit I love dragonball z but what's the catch here" being a lawyer he had to know what the catch was

I glance over hearing that and I say to king enma" i agree I'd like to be a male and a half saiyen half human if I can sir?"

"And id like to be full saiyan male by my birth father."

"And like all saiyen's half or full blooded I'd like to have a tail,I've always wanted to have a monkey tail" I said smiling

"So how old are we going to be when we get transferred in that world?"

Scribbling a few notes on the spreadsheets in front, King Enma quickly put down his pen reequipping his gavel, while all at the same time speaking to the pair, "Sadly I only have one opening for a full Saiyan reincarnation, so between the two of you, you must decide who will take the mantle, we have others options, but chose quickly as I want to test your prowess in battle before sealing the deal..." Gathering his underworldly energies in his hand, "Judged spirits, return to your bodies clay and show me what you are capable of...do my bidding to regain your freedom" Thick smoke surrounding the floating spirit pair, it shield anyone from seeing their rebirth before finishing...King Enma waiting in anticipation, he wondered whom they had decided to let become the Saiyan and what the species the other would choose...

I look over at the other person beside me and I say to him "if its alright with you I'll be a saiyen ?" Waiting to see what he says to me

"No way ill be the saiyan thank you very much."I said ready to fight for the saiyan position.

I replied "I wanted to be a saiyen" also ready to fight for the position. Then I turn to king enma as if he would have something to help with the dispute

Raditz and Nappa coming bursting in to King Enma office, they created another hole in his wall, the King so interest to see what the pair of spirits would manifest into he could hardly be mad about another hole in his wall...The pair in such a rush to get bodies they didn't pay attention to King Enma words, he only has enough strength for one FULL blooded Saiyan, and there was still the other species to pick from (namekian,Frieza species, android)....Raditz the defacto leader of the the two seeing the souls in their most delicate metamorphosis stage, "Brother if we act now, we will never get another chance to leave this place..." getting cut off of mid sentence shadow tendrils burst in the room after the pair, entangling them as if a anaconda constricting its prey, Karai slowing appearing in the room, he had his hands in a unique hand seal, he couldn't resist releasing it for fear of letting his current targets get to the morphing souls...

"How about this."i said."I get the full blooded saiyan body, but when we get into the dbz world well wish for a half saiyan body for you."I said trying to help him."Though if you don't take the offer i kick your ass."

I start to think on the option then I decide a different route to go "king enma I choose to become part of the frieza race. Though this is not because of the other guy's deal beside me but because I wanna fight nappa and raditz"

"You do know that vegeta an the others are gonna try to kill you so much."I said looking at him."But whatever i want my body to look exactly like me."
