Hello there everyone, I'm a totally blind roleplayer and I've had some experiences mudding and love that. I also enjoy shows like the quest and merlin. I have a Russian blue cat named Moonrunner and he's 12 years old going on 13 and still as silly and lovable as ever. I've had him since he was just a little 8-week-old kitty and love him dearly. I have my first character named guldar who is a warrier mage character and I'm looking for any sort of medieval fantasy roleplay. Hello again everyone. By totally blind I mean just exactly that that I am indeed totally blind only being able to see light. I use my hands ears and other senses to make up for the lack of vision so I'm a white cane carrying professional blind man. As far as my martial arts background, I have such control over my punches that I can throw a punch to your jaw for example and slow it down enough to tap you as lightly as a man would tap the back of his hand with his finger. I only have a green belt though but I'm a strong surviver being borne at 17 weeks premature at 600 grams or 1 pound 5 ounces for those of us who are metrically challenged. I also have a prosthetic leg on my right side along with the blindness but please believe me when I say I am no man's retarded blind man, nor am I helpless either. I run a business selling fundraising products and I found this company through lots of prayers to God Almighty and through my own grit and determination and not knowing the word quit. Have a wonderful day and you'll be seeing a lot more of me.

Out of professional curiosity, how is the site playing with screen readers for you?

very well thus far actually thank you for asking, I'm extremely impressed with the amount of freedom with which you're able to craft your characters all through text. I'll not be using any templates or any graphics for obvious reasons but once I figure all of this out, I'll be able to give you more and more feedback as I learn and go along. I can tell you for sure that your security measure in which you merely need to complete the sentence in order to access the site fully is extremely accessible which I was pleasantly surprised at by the way, now if I could only find a medieval group that allows humans that are warrier mages.

wonderful. I offen wondered about how the roleplay on here worked, is it all forum based stuff or what. Kitom you sound like a fellow who could answer this for me. I'm thinking about starting my own group that does only medieval roleplay and speaking of groups, how do I get rid of the group that's on my profile? I joined a group but found out later on that they don't allow human characters and had to leave. How do I get that off my profile? thanks a lot and I'd like to start rping just as soon as I can, I'm looking forward to it. My character doesn't have the dnd stats or anything, I left him open figuring that I'll develop his powers and abilities through roleplay which I'm sure is the goal here.

Some people like to create open forum RP but you are going to also find people like myself that tend to prefer PM.
But you are perfectly welcome to do both or either depending on your preference!

As for groups you can join or leave at any time it is at the top of the group's page, there will be a small 'Your Membership' spot that drops down to three options, the bottom option will be 'leave group' after that you are done! Super simple and easy

You can start your own group just as easily, though I'm sure you already noticed how to and if not just ask!
Once your group is started feel free to open it up to whomever you like and be sure to post it in the forums so everyone knows what you are looking for ^-^

Hello, and welcome to RPR! I've met a few deaf people and those with other disabilities, but I think you're the first blind person I've met (other then color blind, and not counting those I've noted in the area as I haven't talked with any of them). It seems very apparently already that you don't let anything get in your way, though!

I'm betting that Kim's not just open to hearing your continued input on the site, but actually hoping for it. Incidentally, I was going to put a smiley, but have the ones posted so far been translating out for you?
