It is 872 years into the 3rd Era. Preadon has seen the end of the Border War between the desert nation of Sadr and the Eastern Empire. The Western Kingdoms are beginning to see a shift in power as the Kingdom of Nexiss begins to organize. And something ancient stirs in the northern jungles of K'theria, something angry... and hungry.
In this, the Age of Legends, do we join a rag-tag group of adventurers from all over the continent band together to solve the mystery of a missing Prince with no ransom, as they venture forth in search of truth, fame, treasure, and victory.
WESTERNERS: The Western Kingdoms are divided into three kingdoms- Graelun, Nexis, and Estoria. Graelunders are Pseudo-Scottish, Nexis are similar to Romans in both military and politics, and Estorians are typical Medieval English-types.
K'THERIANS: The K'therian jungles are the most exotic, and some would say dangerous, lands in all of Preadon, home to beasts of all sizes, carnivorous plants, and nearly every poisonous insect known to the world. K'therians are similar to African Tribesman, being dark-skinned and hardy folk who know how to survive at any cost.
SADRI: The desert nation of Sadr is barren and sun-scarred, but dotted with the occasional oasis. Founded by Kisenrien refugees running from political and social persecution, Sadr is home to some of the wealthiest merchants in the land. Sadri folk are very pseudo-Middle Eastern.
ELVES: The Elves of the woodland realm of Callasir are rarely seen by outside nations, save for the stern and ruthless Borderguard who defend the entrances and roads to their kingdom. They are a reclusive race who worship aspects of nature as living Gods, ruled over by the sun, Taurien.
EASTERNERS: Formerly a loose alliance of four different nations, the Yao-Fu Dynasty came into power and forcibly united them all under one banner. They are very mistrusting of the world outside their borders and believe themselves to be greater and more civilized than other races. Pseudo-Asian.
KISENRIENS (Not Playable): Far from borders of Preadon, the Kisenrien Empire has established a firm magocratic order over it's people. Non-magical Kisenriens are treated as if born with a disability, and your worth is judged by your magical power and your contributions to the study of magic. Pseudo-Arabic.
NOETHRANS (Not Playable): The barbarian tribes of Noethor are a large, hardy, and very spiritualistic people who live in an inhospitable and magically polluted chain of islands. Little is known about this clan-divided group of people who have, in some small way, been magically mutated.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Iron age
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.

This is intresting. Is there any character sheet we need to go by 100%? Is there a list of powers or magics we are limited too etc? I would like to know more about this! Also is everyone humans except the obvious elves and what not?
