Salimud balls his fists, making sure that the fire did not burn her. "<And if I refuse? What can you possibly do to me?>"
The men look at each other and then look back at Salimud and grin wickedly. "<We could always break you in half and take the cat.>"
Salimud growls and raises his fists, their fire burning brighter than before. "<I would love to see you try.>"
From seemingly nowhere Alex dropped and put his arms on both of the mens necks, the front with his innee elbows facing their necks, and pulled them both down to his sides. He squeezed and two loud cracks were heard.
Salimud grins, watching the execution. "Not a moment too soon, my friend."
Alex stands up and wipes his hands off. "Lets get going." He says.
Salimud walks with Shadow, his body temperature slightly dropping although it is still higher than normal.
Alex stood a few feet behind watching them vigilantly. He would make sure nothing touched them.
She stayed quiet as they walked, until after a few moments, she said, "Thank you...Both of you." She said. "I really appreciate this."
"It is nothing, Shadow. I protect each of my friends as I would protect my own mother, and I am sure Alex feels the same way."
He nodded. "I would die for a friend. I would die defending them as if they were a brother, or a sister in this case." He said.
She nodded. "Okay." She said. "If there's anything that I can do in return for this, just let me know."
"You need not to worry, my friend. Your company is more than enough." Salimud looks around, mentally on edge.
