Sounds a little like Improbable Island monsters. Check it out if you're looking for villains, they have everything from hipster flying pigs to tears in the fourth wall. Personally the killer lawn gnomes are one of my favorites.

It's great to see such a plethora of responses to this! When it comes to sign up for spots I am going to try and have enough that everyone who wants in can hopefully get in, but I can still manage (probably with a little help).
I also need to give everyone a little update: due to several circumstances that I found out within a few hours to a day of posting this topic, it must sadly be postponed. There are some situations that need addressed in real life before I can give this my full attention (For example I found out yesterday that I was almost evicted from my apartment w/o my knowledge, and my rent is going up, among other things). Rest assured, however, because it is going to happen! My need to host a cheesed out and simple dice campaign is real.
I'm pretty bummed about having to post this message, and I'm sorry if built up any hype I can't live up to in the near future. Feel free to still post any ideas or tidbits you'd like to see become part of this contest, and I'll do my best to incorporate it somehow
