Yea. So I am back! I may have not been eaten, but my tent did fly away 5 miles. With me in it. I made it three days...good 'nuff.
Do I dare ask what happened?
Glad you're back safely though!

lol It's still windy >.< we get like 90 mph winds by my house because I live up by the mountains.
I live IN the mountains, here in Idaho. I understand completely! lol I watched my very expensive grill, that my grandpa gave me, fall over and crash into my deck... I almost died, the thing weighs 200 pounds... Either way where I'm originally from, Missouri, that kind of wind only means one thing, so now when it happens the hair on the back of my neck stands on end lol

Ewwww that sucks, yea my lawn furniture is two doors down in my neighbors backyard lol it's still 90 mph winds. I'm originally from Ohio so we never really got wind like this, unless we got a tornado. Now I live in Nevada on the outskirts of las vegas, and technically live ON the mountains, by red rock canyon. So on top of wind we have sand and dirt and yes...tumbleweeds...but the more like tumblebushes.

Wow. well, welcome back to civilization, and calm air?
Civilization yes, calm air no. At least I am in a house this time, less likely to blow away haha.

okay so living on/in the mountains is no fun, but when the wind dies down, it really is a beautiful place! I love it here I really do, and Ohio and Missouri are far more similar than I'd ever thought. Anyway, there are major advantages to life in certain places, here I get awesome winters!

LOL sweet. I love snow, one thing I miss about Ohio. AND rain, we really don't see much of those here in the desert lol Though this winter was crazy cold and it snowed like 5 times which is unheard of. I don't think there is anywhere I'll be happy with the weather lol it's either too hot, too cold, windy or something of another. Humidity sucks and so does dry heat, some one told me to move to Hawaii, but I have a fear of the ocean. Which is legitimate, I tried to be friends with it 5 times, and each time something horrible happened. I just know next time a shark is going to get me or something. lol
Pretty sure it snowed more in vegas than it did in ohio this year lol

Lol I don't think a shark is going to get you in Hawaii. I do believe that my biggest complaint about weather here is also Rain, the rain they get is so limited, but it acts like it's going to rain ALL THE TIME. I feel like the sky is supposed to be grey sometimes! lol Missouri is best known for it's Thunder, it's got some of the loudest thunder I've ever understood. I remember one time it shook our house and the window bowed from the shear sound of the clash. It's awesome... don't get that here... haven't really slept well in years because of it. lol
