700 Years Ago three great Clans fought over the cresent continent nation of Sile, the war lasted 500+ years but finally ended after two great Ninja brought the three Clans together. Usole: Clan of Storms and Illusion, Kenji: Clan of Earth and Deffense, and Burgrass: Clan of Fire and Martial Combat. The Clans together forged a Village that soon blossomed into a small city known as the Village Hidden in the Sticks. Ninja trained in many arts here and were raised not by just by their parents but by the Elder Ninja and the Elite Ninja who served their Elders and their culture.

However ten years ago Four Demons rose all across Sile and pledged to destroy the Village of Sticks and conquer Sile and the world! These were the Devil of Blood (Water/Plant), Devil of Lava (Fire/Earth), Devil of Shadows (Darkness/Illusion), and the Devil of Death (Undead/Necromancy)! They formed the Devil's Pact and their army of Vampires (Water), Demons (Fire), Wolfmen (Darkness), and Zombies (Undead) grow by the day. Soon the Ninja fear they will be over whelmed with four armies attacking from all sides!!! However a new class of Ninja Apprentices has just graduated to Ninja Warriors. Teams of Three that do missions for the Village of the Sticks to help fight all four fronts to protect Sile from evil, and among this new class of ninja is Tusk!

Sitting in his perch high off in the trees, this is where Karai felt the most at peace. A solid black handkerchief-esque cloth in hand, Karai-san wiped away smugs and debri from a single katana before his attention was stolen by the sound of uncertain pacing... Seeing a brown haired and eyed man appear through the wood work, Karai pondered if this was a new teammate of his, he seemed young enough, and if in fact he is...they still had yet to come. Coming to a squat he resheathed his katana overhead on the right completing his dual set that sat in an X shaped across his back. Hopping down landing only feet from the man, Karai meant to introduce himself...

My alarm went off waking me up from my slumber.I wonder what today is.I looked at my calendar and saw that today was team meeting."Ah that's it i'm supposed to meet with my teammates."Now it was the desicion to get up or not.You see i want to start missions and all but this bed is real comfortable.I thought about my options and picked what i thought was the right decision."Eh they can wait dreams here i come!"

Tusk stood on a Clifftop over looking the City hidden in the the Sticks, "this is where we were told to meet the others, their supposable new teacher was supposed to meet them here at 9am sharp so Tusk was here an hour early! "I bet the others are just waking up right now.... But they don't have the goals and aspersions I do!" This was when a white haired ninja appeared from the trees and squatted before him, "I guess I'm not the only one..."

Remembering he was in anbu garb, Karai was allowed to do morning warm up sessions with the Black Ops granted permission by the village elders after seeing his prodigious flight through the academy ranks. Extending a hand in something caught his sense, reflexively reaching for a katana with said hand, Karai halted his movement and breathing awaiting whatever or whomever lay in the bushes..

"Hey face paint weirdo, how are you this morning?" Tusk recegnized this guy, his family were mostly members in the Special Ops in the City of Sticks. "I hear you get to watch the Special Ops train, no need to draw your sword on one of your new team mates..." This was a group of younger people about ready to be put on teams of three and go on their first missions.

Disregarding the man's harmless jokes at his tribes 'coming of age' war paint, still not taking his attention from the bushes, pulling down his wisterian colored scarf from his face his spoke in a somber voice, "Sensei?!", continually gripping his katana he waited for an answer, one could not be too careful these days with the recent burst in supernatural activity. In the back on his mind Karai wondered how his shadow clone was fairing finding their last member. The kage of the village aware of Zero's habits he preemptively gave Karai the man's address in hopes helping him be on time for once...

"I am your new teacher... Please come out, no need to be a coward," Tusk laughed. He had been a ninja and teacher for years, using a hand sign he returned to his true form instead of looking like a student ninja. "Karia known for his weapon use and speed, then there was Zero and Driscoll..." Tusk looked at the bushes where the boy hid, "come on out Karia."

I woke up because i was hungry i went into the kitchen to get me a small meal then i sat at the table."You know what i'll eat small today only four boxes of pizza.You know what five."I ate until there was no more and got dress."Was i supposed to be doing something important?No i think i'm free today."I walked out my house and went towards the training grounds and started humming."Row, row, row, your boat gently down the stream merrily. merrily. merrily, merrily, life is but a dream."

Driscoll had showed up on time and training went on as normal, "so what about that last student that was supposed to be here at nine?" He said to Teacher, Doctor Alexander Tusk...

"Oh you mean Zero... He fails."

I kept walking for awhile until i found a nice training spot.The thing is there where a team of three people there training.It's weird because teams should be made up of four three students and a sensei maybe there final student is late."Hey are you guys still using this spot."

But it was a different team of people awaiting their teacher.

Up away from other training grounds was Tusk and his two students Driscoll and Karia, "I may be a struck Teavher but I am one of the best in all the City of Sticks... I do not teach people who are failures right off the bat."

Karai moments from replacing his scarf to his default position (over his mouth and nose), placing two fingers to his lips, he gave a great whistle downhill attempting to get Zero's attention. Noticing how over confident and slightly aloof the man was, he fit to a T, the kages description, Karai wondered of his ability to work on a squad, as he equally felt cautious of Driscoll and his unknown abilities....

It turn out they were still waiting for there sensei.Before i left i heard a whistle and found out it was coming from atop of the hill close to me.I walked in that direction up the hill to see some guy with white hair."Hey man you need something i heard you whistle."

Karai not much of the speaking type, he hoped Sensei could straighten things out and get things rolling for the team...

"Tomorrow meet back here just the two of you and we start our first mission," Tusk knew that Karia had been training with the Special Ops and Driscoll had been a part of another team that fell in the fields of battle outside the walls of the City of Sticks. These weren't two ninja greenhorns, these two were ready for combat. "I will seek out another ninja since Zero has failed to meet my standards, meet here at 9am again... Do not fail to arrive on time."

The guy just left whatever time for me to train.I found a good clearing and started to get to work my shadow fight throwing kicks and punches in the air at imaginary targets get faster and faster as i built up momentum.I started hitting the trees next taking them down tree after tree.

Seeing night on the horizon, Karai stalked Zero from the tree tops awaiting the training area to clear. Making sure to stay behind the man he did not want to get knocked out of a tree himself. Finding Zero's needless destruction to much for him to bear, Karai reached in a pouch held on his lower back removing a single kunai. Reeling his arm back he streaked the knife across the way just in front of Zero, meaning to grab his attention....

Holding up two fingers in front of his face Karai murmured under his ever encompassing scarf, "Katsu", the explosive tag connected to his previously thrown kunai, detonating by Zero's side. Karai leapt down and out into plain view. "Zero I sense your unwillinglyness to function within our squad, as you know we are graded and paid as a unit. I also see you ONLY respond to force, so before the village starts to chatter or better yet, before you interfere with mission with you antics....I challenge you too mortal combat! I win, you fall in line...no more tardiness to class, briefings, or training...If you win, you may go about things your own way, your brashness we will just have to deal with...If you survive, what say you?!"
