I sighed and picked her up."We'll talk about this later."I walked into the house.

"No we won't... you'll just walk away again...."

I walked up to our room and opened the door.

I was sitting on the ground by our bed, my head buried in my arms.

I sat next to her with Faye still in my arms.

I was crying. I didn't look at him.

Faye was still crying.

I put my arm around her.

"Why..." I said.

"For the money love."

"Why do we need the money.. we're doing just fine without it..."

"We'll run out soon and I don't want that to happen."

"But why do you have to leave... and for a year..."

"The place I'm going to is far and my job there will take a while."

"Why can't we go with you...."

"It's to dangerous love."
