I contracted that hobby from a friend lol. Anyways uh...game mechanics was 1 second in game = 1 second in life. So I would be sending emails days or per week depending on the situation. Orders to move. Questions. Intelliegence. Funding better weaponry and technology. That sorts. That was only later. I was only a Lieutenant down in Egypt

Oh yeah the players starts out as officers. Depending how long you played ranging starting as a low rank general or an officer. Starting in 1940? Idk I forgot the starting date. Then everything after that is on our own accords.
