My idea is pretty easy. Almost too easy
Basically, I posted it on the wrong place before. I bet I'll meet more expirienced people here anyway

So, you discover ruins of a temple. Your head gets the idea that maybe you should go investigate. As you get further and further in, human skeletons start appearing. In the inner chamber, you find a girl in the middle of what seems like a circle made of stone, chained. She has scars almost everywhere. Dry blood coming from a few more open ones. The dress she's wearing seemed to have been white at some point. But it had lost it's colour due to all the blood. It was even black at the bottom. Someone had apparently set fire to her dress but managed to put it out. Her eyes are closed, head low. She looks dead. But is still alive

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.

Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
