Kuro nodded, understanding that there is no way to make death hurt less. She stroked Josh's brown hair lightly.

Josh looked at her and wheezed " stay with me "

Kuro nodded. "I'm not going anywhere."

Josh rested his head and closed his eyes

Kuro stroked Josh's hair, then kissed his forehead. Praying that he is able to go to heaven and that they will meet again in the afterlife.

Josh fell asleep only to wake up and look at her " What happened "

Kuro shook her head. "Nothing, it seems." She looked around to make sure no one else was around.

Josh looked " I am fine "

Kuro looked back at him and raised an eyebrow. "B-but you were just about to die, what happened?" She never saw a person that was going to die turn to being okay without medical attetion; besides herself.

Josh looked " I was tested on too "

Kuro nodded. "I know, but I even died once, but of course I came back to life. But you are bleeding, or were, and I was only choked." Kuro rubbed her neck from the memory of the pain.

Josh looked and then touched her hand " Just forget about it "

Kuro was about to protest about it but then silenced herself and nodded. "I might not get but I might as well forget it."

Josh smiled and kissed her check

Kuro blushed and hugged him. "I'm just glad you're alive."

Josh nodded his head " me too "

Kuro smiled and looked up at him. "We better get those wounds cleaned up and bandaged before a bear catchs the scent." Kuro let Josh go and grabbed her backpack, searching through it for the medical supplies.

Josh hit the ground and let a sigh out

Kuro looked over at Josh and raised an eyebrow. "You okay?" She had grabbed some of her medical supplies and put them down on the ground.

Josh nodded " you just let me down "
