His tail flicked happily behind him as they walked. He had never really had true friends and this was the closest he had ever got to making them.
Alayla just walked with determined and quick steps, and got closer and closer to the beginning of the forest. As they entered the forest, she looked at them. "We need to go in deeper, but there's nothing to worry about. I know this place like the back of my hand. Only thing I'm afraid of, is that you'll be afraid of what you see. But I promise I'm not as bad as I look," she smiled at them to reassure them. Alayla didn't have a lot of friends. She mostly just kept to herself and people tended to avoid her, because she was so mysterious. She literally always burned her locker to a crisp, and no one knew what she was. She wasn't a demon or a fairy or some kind of fire mage. She just stood out, and Jessica was one of her few friends, who knew what she was and wasn't scared of her at all. Alayla most of all didn't have any friends with shared life experience. It's kind of hard to find someone who has, when you're over a century old and still look like you're 20.
He smiles and looks at Alayla "Okay I am fine with that." He looked back at Michael all he could do is smile. Michael made him happy.
He nodded at Damon's answer before turning to him "if your fine with it, then I'm fine with it." Smiling softly he averted his gaze back to Alayla "lets go then"
She looked at them and nodded with a smile on her face. She went deeper and deeper into the woods, taking a turn every now and then, not even following the path. But they had nothing to fear if they just stayed close to her. After a while, she suddenly stopped and turned around to look at them. "This is far enough. You might wanna take a few steps back," she said and held out her arms slightly. She took a few steps back herself, looked around for a bit and then transformed. It all happened very quickly. She grew larger and larger, till she was almost taller than the trees and they were very small compared to. She sat down, and while doing so, shook the ground slightly. She was a very large beautiful white and blue dragon. Tiny blue swirls of fire came out of her mouth as she breathed out. It felt good to be in her true form again. She looked down at them to see their reaction, as though she was a little concerned that they would double back and run away. "This is my true form," she said. Her voice still as soft as it was before, but stronger and clearer.
(her dragonform can be seen in the gallery on her profile)

His eyes widened as she transformed before he closed them fully, deep in thought. He ran a hand through his hair before opening his eyes again to gaze up at the dragon. "That's something new..."
He stood there socked " you weren't lying when you said you had some to show us." He said and started to smile.
"No, I wasn't," she said in a calm tone. Her voice strong and clear. She sighed slightly and stretched her wings out. They were huge and flawless. They looked strong. She folded them again and looked down at Michael and Damon. "There aren't exactly many dragons left so I've been keeping it a secret. I didn't want to be bothered, as dragons have some special abilities that people could take advantage of. Besides, no one would believe me unless I showed them," she explained. "But I do trust you not to tell anyone about this. I still want to keep it a secret. If you don't I WILL find out about it," she said, trying not to sound threatening. She liked these guys and she really did trust them as they had come to an agreement. They might be demons or what not, but they didn't seem like the kind of guys, who would spill a secret.
He tilted his head upwards as he lets his gaze glide of the creature "the colours suit you" he simply stated "and even though I was taught to belong to the shadows, trust me. I'm not as dark as I seem and I won't tell a secret. Not when I have been trusted with it" he let his gaze drop back down to his fingernails, as he examined them.
He looks at Michael and smiles. He knew he could Trust these people with his life.
Alayla couldn't help but smile, when Michael told her the colors suited her. "Thank you. These are my true colors," she chuckled and winked. She listened to what he said and nodded. She leaned her head down to them. "I believe you. I have been around for at least a century and I've seen a lot of things. I can tell when people are lying to me and you're not," she said, looking Michael straight in the eyes with her huge feline ones. "I go by many names. Glow, Illusion.. I've even been called The Timeless One, because I'm immortal. I mean.. sort of immortal," she said, shrugging her shoulder a little. She wrapped her long white and blue tail around Michael and Damon slightly, and messed up their hair. She lowered her tail and laughed. "We'll find Jessica's killer, don't worry. Just sent them my way and I'll burn them to a crisp," she said jokingly, but with a hint of sincerity. She then transformed back into a person and walked over to them.
Simply letting a soft chuckle escape his lips was enough to prove that he was comfortable around the two. Running his hand through his hair to smooth it out again, he watched Alayla shift from back to a person.
At that moment in time, a cool breeze blew through the trees, making him sigh at the pure bliss of nature.
He was a demon, there was no denying that fact. You see it from the way he looked. It's not usual for a human to have wings, horns, fangs and a tail, therefore classing him as a demon.
However, not all demons were like the ones in children's stories, dark and cruel. No, even though he was a little cold and emotionless, he still cared for most things on earth. However hard it may seem to believe, this was his true nature.

He smiles he has always been alone and he finaly had people to talk too. His wings where a black and gray color but his horns got cut off in a fight. His hair grew where his horns used to be.He eyes go black as he listen to every thing round them he could hear people talking. He looks at them "we need to go." He looks at Michael and Alayla.
She looks at Damon and nods. "Yes, you're right, we probably should get going," she said and threw her arms around Damon and Michael, and started walking. She took in a deep breath and closed her eyes, enjoying nature. Alayla, being a dragon, belonged in nature, so she loved it. You could literally see it in her eyes. Waterfalls, battlefields, thunderclouds and other glorious things. She felt a bit sad and lonely, because there aren't many others like her. No one with shared life experience, but she smiled, as now she had these two idiots to hang out with, who weren't scared of her true form. That truly made her happy. She opened her eyes again and sighed.
As Alayla's arm came in contact with his body, he automatically flinched away before pulling away. Yes they were friends but he wasn't used to such casual contact.
Walking about a meter away from the two was where he was comfortable. Any closer and he would become very paranoid. I suppose his history was to blame for that.
However, as he looked back at the two he let a light smile play on his lips before simply stating "it's okay"

Alayla looked at Michael and smiled. She chuckled a bit. "Don't worry," she simply said. She moved her arms and stretched them towards the sky, while sighing pleasantly. "I usually don't let people in like that either. In fact, I usually shut them out. I am one of the most paranoid creatures I know," she said and smiled apologetic. "I've seen too much to trust anyone that easily," she said and looked down to the ground. Images flickered in her head, and she seemed to drift off for a while. She looked worried, but then shook it off. She then started to run a little. "Well, we have a killer to find and no time to waste," she said with a smile and ran with them out of the forest. She stopped for a moment, to make sure they were with her. If they were gonna do this, they were gonna do it together.
He smirked as he watched her run off. As he caught up with her, thoughts ran through his head.
He knew that Damon and Alayla were never going to find the killer, not when Michael knew who it was. He was certain of this fact. Yes, they might suspect him but they weren't going to get information that easily from him.
Keeping up with them, he took a look at his surroundings and rolled his eyes. He was a demon, a creature of darkness. Why had his master set him to do tasks like this. To attend a boring high school and tie up any loose ends.
Hell, it was boring and yet funny at the same time. Just looking into Damon's eyes he could see that the male had placed all his trust in Michael. However, with Alayla it was different. Yes, she trusted him but perhaps her past made her a bit more wary.
