I would like to find partners for a D&D-esq RP, I'm not a terribly skilled as any kind of GM, so unless someone were willing to co-GM, or wanted GM, then it will likely be mostly improv. Your character can be anything as long as they fit into the world, and are not overpowered when placed into it. If you would like to try one that you are unsure of how to fit, talk to me and I could try to help. For instance: if you're unsure why or how your character would be there at the beginning area of the RP.
Magic is common.
Renaissance
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Details: Occasional dice use, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.

What kind of story do you want to do?
Some kind of adventure one, I was thinking the PCs involved would go on some kinda quest or something, I'm sorry if you need something more specific, I haven't put more thought than that into it.
