I would like to introduce you all to my new, cuddly kitten: Kali.
She's a Sacred Birman, who enjoys sleeping and keeping her new mama awake at night, because she's bored and want to either cuddle or play. She can stretch her body and be incredibly long - so long she can take up all the space in a double bed!
And she is (of course) very much loved by her new parents.

Tip for sleeping better at night: feed her (wet) food right before bed time. She'll eat, then groom extensively and go to sleep after litterbox time. Works like a charm for my kitties.
