People carry their phones like a prized horse. We want to use them for everything and everywhere. I was curious about suggesting making an Apple App, for the iphones. I am pretty sure me and others would love to see this kind of app for the less expensive phones.

Apps are really wanted, but Kim is currently the only person programming RPR and there are no resources to accommodate an app for the most popular platforms. So for now an app isn't on the radar. See other suggestions of this nature too.

RPR does have a really great mobile version of the site. We recently got a templates upgrade so that the official templates are mobile compatible now!

Unfortunately we don't have a staff! It's just me, who creates and maintains all the site features out of love (not paid) and a team of volunteer moderators.

It's hard enough for one person to create and maintain a site of this size when there's just one version, but to create and maintain 2-3 different app versions (android, apple, windows metro phones) is just not possible right now.

Push notifications are also being worked on.

Other than fast-access and push notifications, what features are you hoping for from an app that you don't get from the existing site?
