Hi, so lately I've been struggling with making characters again (probably due to most games I play having extensive character customization or creation, making it harder for me to make ones on my own) and I need help. I have a few character ideas I've been wanting to make especially but haven't been able to figure out well.

Here's the list...

-Tribal Mage
He can control weather to an extent with his mystic staff and can see from a bird's eye view with the orb on it.

-Light and Dark mage brothers
These two are complete opposites with one healing and protecting, the other killing and destroying. It even extends to their gentle vs brutal personalities and their modest vs near nude outfits.

-Shapeshifter
A guy who can transform into a panther. That's all I got so far.

-Ghost
He was killed taking a bath when his brother put a taser too his chest

-Plant Sprite
This sprite is less magically powerful than most, as his caste is one of the lower ones and closer to human than fairy. He lacks wings, wears only what nature provides, can heal plants, and can even sense a plant he's looking for.

I usually use a sheet to fill out character fleshing. Here's a good one I found:

Try to think beyond what the character can do to who they are. How does the guy controlling nature feel about it? Does he relish the power or does it make him feel like an outcast from others? How about the panther-shifter? Is it a curse? Something he's born with? How has being a creature of two worlds influenced him? So on and so forth. Look for a personal conflict or niche that interests you and which you can maintain. Then give the character one or two short term and perhaps one long term aspiration; everyone wants something. What is your character willing to do and how far will he go to accomplish those goals? Would he kill? Betray a loved one? Etcetera.
